Was disappointed with our trip. When I booked it sounded like an upmarket trip worthy of celebrating a special occasion which we were (our 30th Wedding Anniversary). The food was orginary and the service by staff on the cruise was nothing special. We were not even asked if we wanted a drink with our meal until it was time for our dessert!! I would not recoomend it to anyone else and certainly will not be travelling on the dinner cruise in future.

SEATING WAS NOT GOOD FOR SEEING THE DANCE FLOOR AND I PAID EXTRA TO SIT BY THE WINDOW(NOT WORTH IT). FIRST CRUISE THAT I COULD NOT SEE THE DANCE FLOOR. YOU HAD TO PAY FOR TAP WATER. A PERSON WOULD THINK THAT A PERSON COULD GET FREE TAP WATER. THE FOOD WAS OK.

This was our wedding day and we booked the cruise as our celebration meal. It was perfect and had a fantastic time - would definitely recommend. The service and food was excellent - definltely a trip to remember!

pleasantly surprised. slight delay getting onboard otherwise perfect. staff were were efficiant and friendy the meal was above average and every one of our party of six commented that the meal was very nice. the cruise was faultless and passed the most wonderful scenery both in day light and after dark,on the whole every one enjoyed the experiance and said they would like to do it again.

Boarding was easy. Had reserved window seating for party of 6 on middle deck. Entertainment manager came over several times to speak to us, and was very helpful in locating the photgrapher for an extra requested picture. Service (Jenny was our server) was excellent and food was very good as well. Only compliant was the band. Most of us were in our 50s, yet the music they played either pre-dated us, or was just poor song selection. Who listens to "I am Woman" anymore. Dining room was packed, but only one table actually danced to their songs. The two other decks, had more suitable music playing, and their dance floors were full.

The views were great, however the food was extremely disappointing as the portion sizes were very small and the meals were cold. After we finished the cruise we had to go and buy more food as we were still hungry. For the price we paid I expected much, much more.

I took my wife on the Sydney Harbour Dinner cruise as a suprise for our 3rd year anniversery and it was well worth it. A couple of days before, I called the cruise company and asked them to reconfirm my booking. The lady on the phone was very polite and very helpful. When it came to the actual cruise itself, as well as the food and the journey around the harbour being quite nice What I was most impressed with was the service. The waiter we had was excellent. My wife and I were taking seperate photos of each other on the cruise, and without asking he offered to take use our photos outside with the view. When we got outiside he took us a couple of really nice photos. Another a couple was outside too, and he offered to take there photos without even being asked too. Later on the waiter brought sparklers with our desert in celebration of our anniversary. The live music was nice, and my wife and I had a little dance on dance floor before the ship docked back at circular quay. Overall a fantastic night made fantastic by the service we received.

The vessel was nice. The staff were friendly enough, however, in the back near the bar it appeared as if some of the staff were having arguments about things. I would describe the food as adequate. I had much better meals while in Sydney, and the portion sizes were fairly small. I'm pretty slim, so this isn't a case of an overweight person complaining he didn't get 20 pounds of food. The entertainment was fine. The most disconcerting part of the entire experience was that people on lower decks who had paid less for their meal packages were upgraded for free to the top deck. Had I known I could have saved money by buying a cheaper package and upgraded for free, I would have done that.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, as my two sisters and I ended our week in Sydney with this tour. As a special bonus, my daughter flew in that afternoon during her own world tour and so the four of us were in constant delight with the evening the views, the service, the food, the music, the dancing, and the general ambiance. We were more than a little disappointed to board the boat to find that it was a substitute for Sydney 2000. It was a very special day for us. My birthday and also our 52nd wedding anniversary. However, the crew who looked after us were excellent, I would highly recommend it on the correct boat. We booked and paid for Sydney 2000, and we should have been told prior to boarding that it had been substituted.

the dinner cruise itelf was a real treat, although when we arrived at booking office they didnt seem to have us on their list!! I was asked when I booked whether it was on the day itself - I said we'd booked in September. We were treated well and enjoyed the cruise, but this questioning about the booking rather upset me at the time.

A fantastic experience! Great staff, excellent food and loved the boat! Only thing I would change would be the timing of taking our dinner order. The cruise was departing, past the Harbour Bridge, and Opera House, and our waitress was taking our dinner order as we were trying to take pictures of the sunset.

It was our First wedding Anniversary and the Cruise was our best idea. Viator offers the best deal. The Crew was very friendly and generated a warm environment. Of all the cruises out that night this was the most beautiful and clean and splendid. The Food wasn't my kind of food but the experience itself of seeing Sydney Harbour at night is something I won't forget ,ever! If you are going to Sydney especially on an occasion please find time to go on this cruise on a Friday or Saturday!
