This was a great value for money trip. The location to meet was easy central and easy to find. The only thing that let it down was that the cruise only circled one way so if you weren't sitting on the best side of the vessel you missed seeing what the commentary was talking about.

we tried to listen to the commentary , but a bunch of idiots grabbed the best seats and babbled in another language...could not hear much nor see much....insulting the foreigners did not work either

Don't bother! Just cross the bay on a routine ferry and you'll see the sites and get the commentary.

A delightful speedboat cruise once we found the terminal for the Cook's Cruises. The QM2 was in port that day and we cruised around her alongside the QE. A nice trip after getting off the Regent Voyager and seeing the harbor up close.

The cruise was great however i looked at the price list on the wharf. And i over payed. I also could have just booked on the day and used a voucher giving me 10% off on vouchers i was given at the hotel and monorail

The cruise was great- a wonderful way to see the city, and very relaxing. The only disappointments were that the cruise we booked was not operating at the time we selected, so we had to wait 3 hours for another one, and the recorded narration on the boat was too quiet to hear from all parts of the ship- we had to stay close to the speakers to hear it. Otherwise, it was a great experience!

When I got to the pier I was told that our booked cruise was not operating and was given choice of a later depature or a different "Hop on Hop off" cruise. We chose this and enjoyed a great day out. Fish and chips at Watson's Bay from doyles was superb.

The narrative was a canned audio which quit twice during the cruise. Thought there might be complimentary drinks, but no. Would not recommend this particular cruise.

i thought it was very informative cruise. We travelled as a family, and the kids enjoyed it too. I thought it would have been nice to have compimentary tea and coffee. But apart from that very enjoyable.

We highly recommend this company. We were disappointed when we went to the counter to exchange our voucher for a 430 p.m. ticket, as we were told in the fall seldom doe the boat go out at this time. We up graded our ticket for 33 per person for the next day and took the boat that allowed stop overs at the aquarium, Watkins point, zoo and other attractions on the harbor.

We turned up at 10.30am for the 11am tour and being told it had been canceled and we wld hv to wait til 2.30pm for the next one, we were transferred to a 11.30am similar tour at a longer length but at no extra charge. The tour guide was informative and helpful and the tour were definitely worth doing.

Great experience. Tour was prerecorded so patrons were able to listen to the narration without any problem. Only 1 a half hrs long, which was great after travelling 14 hrs on an airplane that day. Excellent overview of the history of Sydney.
