You'll enjoy a three-course dinner and be entertained by the glitz and glamor of a live cabaret show. It's a night out on the town in Sydney you'll never forget!

Sydney Showboats, Sydney's most unique dining venue, has undergone a dramatic $1.5 million makeover. You'll see new shows, state-of-the-art lighting and new dancers wearing brilliant hand-beaded costumes, including headpieces from Las Vegas and Spanish Bolero costumes.

The cabaret show focuses on the central theme of love and features glamorous Australian showgirls who have danced at well known international venues. The show's 10 segments re-create the exotic settings of Las Vegas, Brazil, Spain, Korea, Japan, India, Africa and France, with a contemporary version of the traditional French Cancan. The dynamic finale brings the story back home to Australia, symbolizing Sydney's Opera House - and of course the million-dollar views of Sydney Harbour from the window of your paddlewheeler are part of the show on your 2.5-hour dinner cruise on the harbor.

Three- course menu

• Platter of smoked salmon rolls, tandoori spiced chicken drumettes and chilli garlic prawns

• Tenderloin of beef with kipfler potatoes, spinach & ricotta soufflé with shiraz cabernet jus (served medium)
• Oven roasted chicken breast with asparagus, porcini mushrooms, mash & champagne cream
• Vegetarian dish of the day (on request)

• Vanilla bean panacotta, rich chocolate cake and heavenly tiramisu

Please note:  Entree and dessert platters are shared between two people. The main course is served alternately amongst diners. Menu is subject to change

Tables packed in too tight and service slow. Food good. Show spoilt by a big group of people at a 21st birthday talking, shouting and singing through the whole thing. They ruined the cruise for alot of people. Not sure how you can avoid this, other than not accepting booking for 21sts. Or having security whose job it is to remind people they are not the only people on the boat!

We were initially allocated a poor table on third level with in effect no view of stage.On complaining we were moved to a table on second level with direct view to stage after being advised show was full and no other tables available.Meal and show were as expected for such an evening.Night views of harbour/bridge/opera house worthwhile. Organisation/loading a little chaotic due to numbers but nothing to worry about.Tip arrive /board early.

The show was fantastic and my parents thoroughly enjoyed it as it was their 40th Wedding Anniversary, and the 3 course meal was also good, but the desserts could have been better, but great night out.

the trip was fascinating how ever after paying that money to take my wife to celebrate her 45 birthday and having all those people standing around our table while we were eating,we didn't get the chance to enjoy the food or the show as all these people from other tables were every where trying to get a better view of the show and that was very disappointing._br/_ thanks

Dancing girls, & oh the young man were fabulous. Ricky our waiter was a very busy man. Our men were extremely thirsty. Only draw card was waiting to be seated which took about 12 hour, which was not good. Food was excellent. Scenery was good but had to go outside to see.

Great fun night if you a looking for something other than just a meal. Best way to see the harbour at night if you are holidaying in Sydney. Worth going but no need to run to the boat to be there by 7pm like we did as it actually doesn't leave until 7:30pm, so don't stress if you are running late!

We had a wonderful evening! The entertainment was fabulous! I couldn't recommend this Showboat Cruise more, with the Sydney skyline in the background. We had a ball! We did find the Magician's jokes a little dated though. But I don't think the children noticed much. I would highly recommend The Showboat Cruise to anyone.
