Sydney Tower Eye

Sydney, Australia

View Sydney in all its breathtaking glory from Sydney Tower Eye and the Observation Deck. See Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House from a different perspective, watch the ships sailing into Botany Bay and the Blue Mountains rising up in the east. At 250 meters (820 feet) the Observation Deck is the highest viewing platform in the city, and boasts 360-degree panoramic views across the skyline.

Sydney Tower Eye provides unsurpassed, birds-eye views in all directions over Sydney and its world-famous harbor. The lofty turret is so high, visitors can see ships at sea approaching Sydney two hours before someone on the beach, and watch planes touchdown at Sydney Airport 10 kilometer away. It takes just 40 seconds to be whisked in high-speed double-decker lifts from downtown Sydney to the tower's observation deck suspended high above the city. Marvel at the view with the use of free telescopes. Complimentary guided tours, provided on the hour, will help you gain the most out of your experience.

Your ticket also includes a visit to the 4D Cinema Experience, the first 4D movie produced entirely in Australia. An amazing flight through Sydney, taking in the sights and sounds of this incredible harbor city.

Why not combine your Sydney Tower Eye with up to 4 of Sydney's top attractions by purchasing a Combination Ticket. The attractions do not need to visited on the same day as the Combination Ticket is valid for one month from the entry date of the first attraction visited

Great way to get your bearings and decide where you want to go and you see things you would not have known were there.

Great view of Sydney in general, but obstructed view of Sydney Opera House and Sydney Bridge. The simulator was deceiving, since I expected more views of Sydney and the Blue Mountains.

Worst tour for your money. The building was poorly kept, and the OzTrek ride was so jerky that I hurt my back and neck on it. I have been on other rides like this and i know how they feel. Not recommended at all.

Excellent, though they should have said our little girl was too young small for the final '3D' ride at the start.

We enjoyed the Sydney Tower very much. The views are great from up top. OzTrek was okay, but was nothing great. The ticket booth accepted our printed voucher without delay or hesitation; they knew what is was and quickly helped us. It was nice to have this in advance.

It was not as clear in the tower as I would have liked, hard to take a good photo. I am sure if you did the Skywalk it would be clearer. The OzTrek was fine for kids but a little too young for adults. A lot of construction work going on around it and in it, felt a little low key at the arrival lift. If you only wanted to go up the tower, it could have been cheaper.

Sydney Tower had great views, but the OzTrek is very dated and really not worth the visit. An old rickety ride, and some of special effects don't work. If you can just go up the tower, do that!

Great views from the Tower. The OzTrek ride was ok but a little short and could have been a little more informative. However, it was enjoyable. Worth taking up the purchase of the photo and DVD.

Only 1 deck is open, the rest of the floors are closed.

Worth doing for the views. The OzTrek was a bit out of date but the ride at the end made it worth doing.

I thought that by prebooking our tickets that we would not have to line up at the ticket counter. Waited in line through security only to be told at the last stop before the elevator that we needed to redeem the voucher for tickets. Had to line up at ticket counter and then back through security etc. Maybe could have been told to redeem the voucher on purchase. Once we made it up to the top we were disappointed to find the main view of the harbour blocked by skyscrapers. Oz Trek was OK.

The views from the top of the tower are amazing, we could see as far as Botany Bay. We spent as long as we wished on the observation floor. Free souvenir brochure describes all the sights that can be viewed from the tower. OzTrek also very good. The cafe is an excellent place to sit and have a drink and snack while viewing the sights of Sydney.
