Definitely much better than taking the bus, especially after a long flight. If the airport is busy, the forest of name boards at arrival can make it tricky to find your driver - you may need to take two or three trips through the forest until you spot the board with your name.

We were met promptly as we came out of Customs as described in the instructions, and escorted to our car where our bags were loaded and our driver safely drove us to our hotel in town and unloaded our bags. I could not have asked for better service. I will definitely use Viator again on my future travels.

We cannot fault this service. They met us at the airport even though our flight was cancelled and we needed to catch the next flight. All was organised and we were quickly picked up and on our way to our hotel. The driver was great and the service efficient.

The taxi transfer to hotel, driver was there. As we left the arrivals area, a very clear sign with our names was very helpful in organising our group 5 quickly & politely to the taxi. Although he did not speak much English he did his very best to tell us how long it would take & played some western music on our way! On arrival at hotel, luggage was carried in for us, a very good service. The minibus taxi was not quite as 'newcomfortable' as might have been expected but still OK. No hesitation in recommending or using again.

The whole experience from purchase of transfer voucher, confirmation of itinerary and actual transfer service was very smooth. The van was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults with lots of luggage.

Definitely the best. Walk out of immigration/customs and there's a driver waiting. He made sure we were comfortable (i.e. toilet, money change, luggage sorted etc). He drove sensibly. Well worth the money. Trouble free.

The driver was obviously sick, coughing the whole 1 hour plus transfer. By the 2nd day of the trip both me and my traveling companion came down with a bad cold, thanks to the driver! Not professional at all!!!!

It was late at night when we arrived a Taipei International and it was also raining. Not a good time to arrange for a taxi with so many non English speaking drivers - can't emphasize this enough. It was so nice to see our driver waiting with a sign with our names on it as soon as we exited. The driver was courteous and professional. Got to the proper hotel in a comfortable limo.

My wife and I used the airport transfer service both from CKS airport and back again to CKS airport. The drivers were waiting for us with clearly legible name signs and were prompt in getting our bags in the car trunk and immediately removed them from the trunk at each destination. Neither car smelled like smoke which is a major factor in our recommending your service. We plan on using Viator transfer service from now on when we travel. The transfer service is a good way to beat the stress of locating reliable transportation.
