Niagara Falls is amazing, but this tour was not. We paid the extra for the tour with lunch included, only to find that you can pay for lunch on the day and get a better price. The tour guide was annoying. The bus air conditioner was broken. The winery was boring. I recommend you do Niagara Falls, but not this tour.

Well organized tour. I would have preferred to visit the beautiful Niagara Falls City (seen only from the faster bus) instead of going in the wine shop to shop.

Excellent day trip. Was very surprised with the good quality of the buffet meal in a restaurant overlooking the falls. Having your Maid in the Mist boat tour organised for you means you can bypass the others tourists in long lines. I would recommend this trip to my firends.

This was one of the most pleasant trips we have ever taken. The bus was on time and not crowded. It was easy to meet and visit with others. The bus driver and guide were so nice and helpful. They gave us lots of advise about where to go and what to do that were above the usual directions. The guide talked the entire trip relating history and knew everything about all the locations we visited (and more!). The buffet lunch was delicious and we were placed at windows where we could look over at the Falls while we ate. There was ample time for shopping and resting and viewing all the sights. I would recommend this trip to all my friends.

Excellent tour. We went on a really windy day causing all sorts of traffic problems, but the driver skilfully avoided these, getting us to Niagara only an hour late. We didn't miss out on doing anything (although we did the Behind the falls instead of Maid of the mist, as the latter wasn't open). Good lunch overlooking the falls. And the tour guide knew her stuff. A very good day.

GOOD TRIP TOOK IN ALL THE SIGHTS THE FALLS WERE BREATH TAKING. WE WERE PICKED UP ON TIME COMFY COACH THE BUS DRIVER SAM WAS NICE THE TOUR GUIDE EDDIE ALLTHOUGH NICE TO OUR SELFS WAS VERY RUDE TO A MUSLIM COUPLE WITH A SMALL CHILD AND WHEN THEY DID NOT RETURN TO THE COACH FOR 1.30 HE LEFT THEM. BUT THE DAY WAS GOOD AND WORTH GOING.

An awesome tour with a great guide. The photo opportunitys at lunch (on the top floor of some hotel) were second to none!!! Plus, the stop at a winery that made ice wines was an unexpected bonus that I loved!

Guide, John, was lovely and very informative. The only thing I was disppointed with was the lunch we received at the Sheraton Hotel. We were all crushed onto the one table to eat when the whole restuarant was empty. The cutlery and crockery was dirty and the food on the buffet looked as if it had been lying for a long time. The niagra falls was stunning and our journey home was smooth.

One of best tours we have been on. Journey from Toronto not too long and tour guide kept us informed of places of interest on the journey. Lunch at Sheraton buffet style so somethng for everyone great view of falls from balcony of restaurant. Maid of Mist trip wet but something that must be done. View of Niagra by the Lake seen on return jouney great wished we could have stopped. Visit for wine tasting also interesting. No complaints about anything.

i was very disappointed in this trip. I booked to go on the trip on 29th October. It states in your information that the boat trip is on weather permitting. You do not make it clear that the boat stops sailing in October. I arried in Canada on 23rd October and could have done the strip on 24th October if i had know the boat would not be sailing after that date. This was to be the highlight of the trip. I have used Viator before for trips and always thought them good value for money but this trip was just a waste of time and money. I think it was over priced for what it was.

An excellent trip. The coach was on time at our hotel pick up. The driver and guide were lovely people. The guide's knowledge was unbelievable, although he was a bit difficult to understand as he spoke so quickly to give us all the information. Unfortunately, the PA system on the bus broke down on the way there, but our guide caught up with the information on the way back. Lunch was on the top floor of the Sheraton hotel with amazing views of the Falls. We had the last 'Maid in the Mist' boat tour of the season. That was unbelievable. I had booked our trip for Monday 25th October and nowhere on the viator booking did it say that we would have missed the boat trip if we had gone on that date. Fortunately, the coach company e mailed me with this information so that we were able to re arrange out trip for the 24th October. We would have been devastated if we had got there only to discover that we had missed the boat trip by one day. On the Guide's recommendation, we were taken to the helicopter base and had a fantastic helicopter ride over the Falls. We then had a lovely journey back through beautiful countryside with the magnificent colours of the Autumn leaves. We stopped at a very nice vineyard for a wine tasting which introduced us to Ice wine. A really excellent day!

We had a very informative cruise around the Toronto harbor. The view was spectular. Jake and Jennifer did an outstanding job in providing lots of interesting facts and responding to questions. A good value for the price.

Was picked up at 9.25am and the tour finally left the bus depot at 10.20am as we were waiting for another pickup bus. Had Lunch at a hotel beside the falls which over looks them and the lunch was nice and is included in your tour. The bus trip there was 2 hours. After lunch rode on Maid of the Mist and then had an hour free time. Then off to the floral clock. and the Helicopter tours, we had to wait for the people who had booked this own expense. Not happy about that 1 Hour, so headed over to the whirlpool rapids. Then a senic drive thru Niagara on the lake. Tour Operator doesn't have the permit to stop here, and I think it would have been nice too. Then on to a vineyard to try some "Ice Wine" which is a dessert wine. Then back on the bus, arrived back at 7pm. Our Guide at times slurred his words and held the microphone too close and waffled on a bit.

I liked the Falls, only this. The tour was not good, our bus crashed a car when arriving at Niagara Falls and nor the guide or the driver asked if someone in the bus was hurt or something similar. The guide had a difficult English and never tried to integrate the people, his only concern was about the Helicopter tour (CAD 575 per person) - he invited the people to joing the helicopter tour several times.... The lunch was so confused: long lines, no knifes in the table, no food replacement in the buffet... terrible. Only the view was good.

There where a couple of problems - the tour company seemed to think we where due to go a day earlier, and the pick up point was not clearly defined meaning we needed to get a taxi to catch the bus. Once on the bus though everything was OK

Trip to Niagara on a very busy civic holiday. Coach and driver - excellent. Unexplained long wait at Sheraton Hotel restaurant before we were seated, but meal very good. Niagara, Maid of the Mist trip and pagoda trip over the whirlpool all lived up to expectations. Winery too obviously a selling visit but I did buy some ice wine. Only let down was the coach guide. Obviously experienced. But his throw away style of reading notes in a monotonous low tone meant that much of what he said was not heard or understood.

Trip was good, a little limited. We had the trip that included lunch, which was an excellent buffet, but as a result was limited with time in Niagara. The Maid of the Mist was excellent but we had approximately 60 minutes free time afterwards, which wasn't enough time to really see much else. We had already had a sales pitch about a helicopter ride which was taken up by approximately half of our tour group, which meant the remaining half twiddled their thumbs. We actually had a photo stop at the aerocar; might have been better to allow those longer at the main part of the falls and come back for them; it wasn't a big diversion. The other negative to me was that we had been told we would visit the floral clock, and a winery, but on the day were told that it was a holiday so would only do one. This became the winery- another sales pitch! Go into a place where you feel obligated to spend. I'd have preferred the floral clock, but wasn't quick enough in stating my preference - basically who shouted first & loudest was heard. I was disappointed that this wasn't mentioned at the beginning. It was a holiday all day, the floral clock didn't close, and the winery seemed not to be closing early so I think it was just that the guide wanted an earlier finish. I'd paid for the full tour and missed out on things. Would have been fairer to actually ask all individually what they wanted to do and count numbers, not do what one person wanted. Niagara Falls is not to be missed, hence the 3 star rating. The tour was good, but also could have been better managed.

Great day trip to Niagara Falls - a must see if your in Toronto - only about a 2 hour drive. Could do without the stop at the winery - only trying to sell you wine. The buffet lunch was in a nice hotel. Great view of the falls whilst eating. Worth the money for sure.

What a good trip! Pickup on time, guide was excellent and knew his stuff. Food at hotel great, plenty of time on the Falls and the Maid of the Mist was running - one of the best experiences ever! We paid extra for the flight by helicopter and that was great too. Vineyard visit maybe was a bit of a tourist trap - but some of the trip came away empty-walleted so who am I to complain? An excellent trip overall which I was slightly worried about after I read some of the moaning reviews - ignore them - sit back, enjoy the day. Absolutely great value for money, 5 stars, and I'll be back with Viator next time I'm abroad.

Hotel pick up on time. Informative driver-guide but coach was far too hot. The driver kept saying he had to put the coach in for repair to the air conditioning. Given that it was 25C outside, the people in the rear of the coach were nearly expiring by the time we got to Niagara. Good lunch provided, then Maid of the Mist. Spectacular!!!!! We next visited the floral clock and a vineyard. These last 2 stops were a bit too much and made it a very long day and most people were glad to get back to Toronto.
