Wonderful tour and very knowledgeable tour guide. The stops were well planned out and the time allotted for “free-time” was just right. Too bad there aren’t any fireworks on Sunday nights anymore. Also, the bus was unable to pick us up from our hotel (located north of downtown Toronto). Luckily, there was a parking lot right across the street.

The day was cloudy and wet (very wet) at times, but the whole day was great. From the tour guide who entertained us from start to finish,a visit to a winery, the trip on the Maid of the Mist the fireworks and illuminations,we had a wonderful time. The meal was also delicious. As a first-time visitor to Niagara Falls, I found the bus trip was informative, interesting and relaxing. The falls were breath-taking. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone new to the area or wanting to visit the falls without the hassle of driving. _br/_ I was disappointed to find out that the fireworks show at Niagara Falls on Sunday evening is seasonal. I may have chosen the day time trip instead, had I known sooner. Otherwise, a wonderful day!

Despite the torrential downpour, my trip to Niagra was extremely enjoyable. The tour bus was comfortable and the tour guide informative and friendly. He was flexible within the itinerary when people had special requests but managed to stay on schedule. The meal included in the tour was excellent with beautiful views of the falls and his menu recommendations were spot on. _br/_ I would tell my friends about this tour if they were in the area , especially as seeing the falls at night is a special experience.

The tour was very good. The bus was very comfortable as the tour guide and driver were excellent. The dinner at the hotel was OK but not spectacular as the Falls were over all it was a very good day. Just one thing the weather turned to rain as we approached Niagara and continued to rain practically the whole time.

Just like the other day trip to Niagara Falls that starts in the morning this one is about the Maid of the Myst and the dinner. There won't be enough time for anything else and the guide makes it very clear early on that the objective is to get the visitors in and out of Niagara Falls as quickly as possible. Everything seems rushed. The original itinerary distributed to us by a guide said the tour leaves Niagara Falls by 21:00, but the guide may cut it short by 30 min at his/er discretion. If you really want to spend time by the Falls and explore the surroundings at your own pace, better to get their on your own. Visiting winery is a waste of time.

This trip was an extreme disappointment. The tour guide had 24 of us sit on the bus for 45 minutes while 4 of the group took a helicopter ride. This caused us to be late for the last boat ride of the day so we didn't get to ride on the Maid of the Mist. All the guide said was, "Sorry folks". 4 people had come from Australia to ride on that boat. The group was very upset with this tour. No reflection on Viator, however, as this was my 4th experience with them and everything has been_br/_ handled well. The tour group that actually ran this trip I would avoid. (Guide later said that Niagara must have changed the time of the last boat just that weekend but we asked at guest services and they said the time hadn't changed.) Just an excuse for poor planning.

Your web-site is not very informative,needs to be better.Even the "Booking Agent" on the phone didn't clarify if it's a Bus or a Ferry ride from Toronto till we found going on a Bus.

Highlight of our 2 week trip. Unbelievable sights to be seen. We took the optional helicopter ride (made possible by the brilliant organisation and goodwill of our guide and driver. Not to be missed. Well organised and a day to be remembered. The boar ride is everything you would expect.

I would have preferred to omit the wine tasting and spend more time at Niagara itself, which would have enabled us to take the walk behind the falls. However, otherwise the trip was excellent and the guide informative and helpful.

It was a very enjoyable tour that I would highly recommend. The tour guide was very informative and friendly. The buffet dinner was delicious and the falls amazing. Be prepared to get wet on the Maid of the Mist so maybe bring some spare clothes or something. Would have been lovely to have been able to stop at Niagara on the Lake.

This trip was our second to Niagara Falls, the first being during the day, and was excellent in every way. The driver was the most pleasant and courteous we have experienced for a long time and, along with his wit and humor, made it a very interesting trip. The only criticism is please don't take the time to stop at the winery. It is not worth the detour. The extra time could have been spent at the falls without any problem, and I know this was the general opinion of the rest of the group.

We had a fantastic day and loved the free fireworks display in the evening (Fridays and Sundays), but we had to stop at a winery and helicopter tour company first, which we would have preferred not to do. We had been to the winery earlier in the week for a wine tasting tour, and we had to wait another half hour for people doing the helicopter over Niagara, which meant we had less time at the falls itself.

Fantastic guide very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. Though the wine tasting visit on the way was a waste of time and would have preferred to use that time for more daytime at Niagara falls. The only downside of this trip is that after doing the Maid of the Mist and Helicopter flight f you chose to do so the daylight was fading, so perhaps departing a little earlier could be an option to allow more daylight time. The evening falls lit up were fab.

Niagara Falls was beautiful!!! Especially during the evening. We scheduled our trip for a Sunday, but unfortunately because there was no one else who booked for that day, they had to reschedule us the following day, which landed on Canada's Thanksgiving day. So we had to redo our plans. Other than that, the guide was very knowledgable. We went wine tasting, stopped by the whirlpool, then rode on the Maid of the Mist. The dinner buffet at the Sheraton was also very nice, the view was breathtaking.

Excellent trip. A long day but worth it. Left Toronto at 11am & returned at 1am! Went to a local wine-tasting farm and through Niagara-on-the-Lake. Some people went in a helicopter over the falls, whilst other people went on a cable car over the rapids. Beautiful buffet at the Sheraton and lovely views. Went on Maid of the Mist, which was amazing. Had few hours free time in which we walked over the rainbow bridge into the U.S.A. Fireworks were great. Niagara is a bit like Blackpool, but had a fantastic day. Driver was very good fun and kept us informed all the way. Definitely recommend this tour.

It was definitely worth doing but could have been better. I do not think the visit to the vineyard needed to be tacked on at the end. I don't even think it was fair to the vineyard staff as most people in my view had enough by then. Several people including us had made arrangements for the evening - we just made ours.

We were picked up from our hotel in Toronto and, being a bit early, were treated to an impromptu tour of the city to fill in time! Our driver on the actual tour was a mine of information and humor, and was an excellent and knowledgeable guide. He had to reorganize the trip schedule because of freeway delays, but we still got to do all the important bits of the tour, including the winery. The "Maid of the Mist" trip was as wet as he promised, and the buffet in the restaurant overlooking the Falls was something else. Night lighting of the Falls and the fireworks, as it was Friday evening, were great. We had to change buses as ours developed a coolant leak, and even this was accomplished in less than ten minutes. We were dropped right outside our hotel after a great day out. I give this tour a perfect ten!
