gets you all around the city, most tourguides give good explanations, frequent busses approx. every 20 min_br/_ critical: sometimes they miss a stop so that waiting-time for up to 1 hour or even more is possible_br/_ voucher gives wrong schedule (voucher: 1 bus every 1 hour, real schedule except for missed stop: approx. every 20 min)

Very disorganized. We were told the wrong place to go to start the tour. Much of the information we were told was inaccurate. We were not told that this tour included a cruise on the harbor. If I had have known that, I would not have purchased a separate harbor cruise. Never again.

Tristan was a great tour guide. I like his descriptions of Yonge street as a dividing line between older and newer Toronto. He personalized many moments of the tour as well. Because of his narration, we captured many great photos of Toronto. It was great to literally hop on and hop off in so many places over the course of our whole stay. Very worthwhile!

Good value ticket that we used to travel around the main sites (sights) in Toronto. We didn't need to purchase or use any other form of transport during our 4 day visit (the ticket lasts 72 hours).

excellent - really easy way to see all the sights. great to be able to get on and off at all the attractions. really cost effective. Didn't realise it was valid for visit and not just one day - which was a bonus.

Was a bit hard to find the starting point. The pick up times at the places were in too long intervalls so it was difficult to see more than 3 sights per day. Other cities offer better service. However I managed well as I stayed 4 nights.

not worth the price... you could feel there was no passion in the guide's speech while explaining the tour and no customer interest whatsoever.... maybe use another city tour bus line or even by bus/ street car could not have been worse!

Unprofessional tours guide which seem to be a theme with this operator. Other tours bus ran more regularly and continued into the evening. These stopped before 5pm although it was still light. Disappointing.

Very disappointing. Torrential rain on the day but still an open top bus which was old and in addition to the rain pouring down the stairwell it was leaking at different points downstairs. The buses for the other Hop on Hop off tours looked a bit more up to date. Guides were also a bit unprofessional - one of them told us more about herself that what we were passing.

Absolutely dreadful. Do not use this company. Activation address was incorrect, resulting in us spending an hour wandering about trying to find the bus stop. No reps on the streets. By the time we found where to get on the bus, it was too late to complete the tour. Much better to try the others which sell tickets on the street.

The addition of the tour guide to the trolley was very informative and personable and the young ladies were a wealth of knowledge. We enjoyed the trip, although with limited time only did the BLUE line twice. We did find though that the last pick up from the ROM Day 1 and the Casa Loma Day 2 at 4.00pm did not give us as much time as we would have liked.

It was a very hot day and the air conditioning in the tour bus was not working so needless to say it made the trip uncomfortable. Everyone was complaining about the heat. Seems they could and should have provided us with a different tour bus.

Great introduction to the city. Suggest you do the full 2 hour loop tour when you first arrive, then you can decide where you want to explore in more depth. A 3 day pass sounds a good idea, but in reality you are unlikely to get the maximum usage out of this because the bus only picks up from each stop every 2 hours. For us this meant a lot of hanging about between attractions. A timetable would have been useful at the time of booking, then we could have planned our itinerary better. We only received the timetable once we got on the bus. The bus stops do not have timetables at them either, the only information you receive is where the bus tour starts and at what time. This makes it difficult to join it en route, as you do not know what time it gets to the various stops, and if you miss it, there is a 2 hour wait for the next one. Be wary as well of the bus stops. In the off season the route is different, and the bus does not stop at all the marked stops.

This was not what we expected. I used this service in Washington, DC, and it worked much better. The buses in Toronto did not keep a good schedule and were too sparse. We ended up taking cabs to get around to the different sites. The stops were also poorly marked. The tour guide could have given more information about the sites we passed other than just pointing them out.

The blue line or north-south loop the city sights is good, frequent and gives you an idea of the downtown. The green line or east-west loop of ethnic neighbourhoods is also good but very long and less frequent. Difficult to find the bus stops and occurs with coach, not open-top double-decker, and I didn't like that part. The guides are very informative and helpful in both loops.

This is a good trip and a perfect introduction to the sights of Toronto. The guides are very good with plenty of anecdotes and are very helpful in suggesting when and where to get off and when the next bus will be along. We got the 3 day ticket which gives loads of time for doing the sights. Casa Loma is a good stop and the CN tower is a must. The Distillery district and waterfront are also good stopping off spots. I think the company do a great job and that their staff are all helpful and knowledgeable. If you have time try their Niagara Falls day trip - it's great!

We were only 2 person on the bus. It was difficult to see anything through the windows. The guide, a nice guy, but he was talking too much, so it was difficult to concentrate on the tour, and follow where we was going in town. He expected some conversation. I expected just to sit an listen, and look out the window.

We did both the North South Loop and East West Loop Tours and found them both to be excellent, although the East West one was spoilt by it being a very cold and windy day and maybe not quite so interesting for our party as the North South one which was really great. The guide was very knowledgeable with a good sense of humour and we really enjoyed the places we 'hopped off' to see, in particular Casa Loma, The Bata Shoe Museum, The Museum and of course the CN Tower. This trip was really good value for money and I would certainly recommend it.

Definitely worth doing but we felt that the buses were not running frequently enough, you could be left waiting at a bus stop for a long period of time over an hour as we were. However when we rang the helpline on the sign at bus stop they did inform us as to when the next bus would be along.

It was okay but I know it could have been better. I mean the tour guide could have been nicer. Some of them were rude. I couldn't even listen about the city very well. I saw some fascinating sights so I guess it ended pretty well. I definitely want to go back.

An excellent tour of Toronto City, very informative and interesting. Would highly recommend this tour to visitors to this city. A bit difficult to find the stop by the Toronto bus station as the stop number was in the shop window, not on the post where you expect to see it.

If you are visiting Toronto for the first time, this tour is worth the money. North-South and East-West tours show you almost each and every street of Toronto. Your ticket is valid for 3 days so you can do the overview the first day and hop-on-hop-off second and / or third day.

This tour was fun, the only problem was that the buses did not run frequently enough, and so had to wait an hour for the next tour bus if you decided to get off anywhere. The tour guide was very good but the buses were a little run down as well and need to be upgraded. Still, it was worth seeing the different sites in Toronto.
