You can choose from 2 different transfer options:

• Meet and Greet service: If your hotel does not have its own private pier the representative will meet you in the hotel lobby and take you to the closet embarkation point for your private motorboat departure transfer. If your hotel has its own private pier you will board your private motorboat departure transfer alone and the representative will meet you at the airport and take you to the departure terminal at Venice airport.
• Full Service: Representative will meet you at your hotel lobby and stay with you until you arrive at the departure terminal at Venice airport.

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Venice City Hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the representative 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places. It's that easy!

This service was better than the arrival in that both the man who met me at the hotel and the water taxi driver made sure I was able to get to my flight without any difficulty, helping me with my bags and showing me where I could get a cart to use for the heavy suitcases.

We had a very early flight out of Venice. Our water taxi was already waiting when we walked out the door. The transfer to the airport to smooth and seemly. This is the first time I have used either viator or a transfer in venice and I was impressed by both. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to my friends.

The service was right on time and the hostess very thorough. In spite of high waters in the canals due to 3 days of rain as well as the fact it was still raining the trip was smooth, timely, and the hostess intervened at baggage/check in to ensure my partner had a wheel chair as needed. Excellent service all the way around!

Arrived on time to pick us up and made a speedy trip across the lagoon. They forgot to tell us initially that someone was going to meet us to show us the way to the terminal and transport our luggage. But the did notify us before we walked all that way with our luggage.
