This service is available for minimum 2 adult travelers. It must be pre-booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival and cannot be arranged when you arrive so get in early and book online today.

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Venice hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's easy.

24 - 48 hours prior to departure transfer you will be required to call the operator and confirm the most convenient boat stop to meet the transfer and a message will be left at your hotel to advise where to meet the boat for your Marco Polo Airport Link Departure Transfer.

Our hotel did not receive fax until night before 7.50am transfer (not 24-48 hours as stated in booking confirmation. Shared transfer with 3 other couples, as a result we were way too early - had to wait nearly 1.5 hours before check in even opened for flight.

booking was straight forward. confirmation was rec'd by our hotel the day prior to departure, however after waiting for the water taxi which did not show, made several trips back and forth to the hotel, who contacted the local provider. finally after waiting one hour the taxi picked us up. the ride was fine, but the stress in having to rearrange this was not pleasant.

Our 7:45a.m. departure required us to book the departure transfer, and I'm so glad I did. All the instructions for booking, confirming, etc. were very clear, and only required my hotel to make a quick call to re-confirm upon our arrival in Venice. The water taxi showed up about three minutes early, and quickly whisked us away through the pre-dawn darkness. I have to say it was an extra treat to be out on the lagoon looking at the sleeping city. Well worth the expense for a memorable and relaxing departure from Venice.

These transfers were excellent. They were convenient and gave us peace of mind knowing we wouldnt be taken for a ride as there are so many charletons out there. We booked this departure transfer to be sure that we would have transport to the airport for our early morning departure. The boat was on time, and we were at a very busy Marco Polo airport in plenty of time to go through all the formalities and catch the plane without feeling rushed.
