Driver there on arrival and quite easily found. Only complaint would be that after quite a tiring journey and arriving late at night the driver spoke far to much. The return trip the driver was very proffessional and only spoke when spoken to.

when we arrived to Vienna's airport, no one was waiting for us. we waited for at least 1/2 hour. Further, I made two phone calls to their customer service numbers and got their voice mail as it was early in the morning before their business hours. At that point we were not sure whether to take a taxi on our own or not since we prepaid for this service. My husband went and asked the Airport information disk about the Tour Operator. We were informed that they had an office at the airport. we went to it and asked the sales representative. she was in charge of car rental not airport transfer. She was nice to us and made a phone call using her cell phone and informed us that the driver did not know what time we were arriving and that is why he did not show up. We had to wait for another 1/2 hour at that time, we got frustrated and asked her to call one more time, he came 10 minutes later. He did not apologize for being late and asked us where are we going. we gave him our hotel name and he was surprised as he thought we were going to the Marriott in downtown Vienna. We told him we are staying at the Trends Pyramid for the first three days of our trip and then transferring to the Marriott to be picked up from their at our departure time. He was texting on the phone, calling on the phone, and checking our paper documents all along the way to the hotel. He was speeding, not using his signals and was getting frustrated at slower traffic. He made me scared and uncomfortable riding with him in the car. Once we arrived to our hotel, he came to us and said that his company supervisor wanted to speak with me on the phone. On the phone, I was told that we had to pay more money since our hotel was far and was not listed in our reservation. After arguing back on forth, I assured him that our information has not changed since we made our reservation, we arrived on the same flight and our flight was on time, Our hotel has not changed since we made our reservation with them. I was about to pay the extra money when the driver came back to me and said that "things have been cleared up and we do not have to pay any extra"

It took us about 20 – 30 minutes to collect our bags and the driver seemed a bit irritated. Initially, he didn’t assist us with the bags and another driver was bothering him on the way to the car. About ten minutes into the ride, his mood adjusted and he talked to us about Vienna sights and pointed out a few places to visit.

The driver was waiting on schedule. The car was clean and comfortable and driver carried our bags to the hotel which was a long distance as the Hotel is located in a pedestrian area and the nearest the driver could park was a long block away. An excellent service - we would recommend and will use again.

First class service, highly recommended when arriving in a starnge city with two teenagers. We were met in the arrivals hall, helped with our bags at both locations and given a few comments on the surroundings on the way to our hotel. Well worth the money.

Our Driver was waiting for us as we exited the customs area. He had a sign with our names on it, so it was easy to locate him. He was efficient and polite, but not especially talkative. It was definitely worth using the car service so that we avoided any potential problems with the amount of the transfer and we felt safe at all times.
