This is a private transfer so the price is the same for groups of:

• 1 to 3 people
• 4 to 8 people

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Vienna City hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 72 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places.

The driver was very nice. the only thing is that we had to call them before our departure to make sure they are coming. They did not update us nor called us to make sure what time we needed to be ready. That was stressful, also, the day before we left was a national holiday and they were closed, we could not get to anyone at the company. Other than that, their cars are nice and clean, the driver was very nice and happy.

My hotel offered airport transfer services but it was still convenient to have the transfer booked and paid for in advance of my trip. Since we had to catch a 4am flight, it was great to have one less thing to think about. Driver was on time and waiting for us when we stepped out of the hotel. Clean car.

We were picked up at the hotel by the same driver who had previously met us at Wien Westbahnhof on our arrival in Vienna. As before, car was spotless and had plenty of room for the two of us and luggage. Driver was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. It was an excellent experience.

Service was excellent, both ways, but it's not cheap! £30 for a twenty minute taxi ride - it was worth it for us, peace of mind for the elderly and reasonably affluent, not for those on a serious budget.

Our return was VERY early...4:30 AM however the driver was there on time and got us to the airport very quickly..to the point of making us nervous with how unreasonably fast he was driving! He was polite!

Driver was not there when we arrived in Vienna (flight was delayed) but we got quick help from another driver and witin10 minutes our car was there and we were on our way...on the return we had a 4:45am pick-up at the hotel. Went smoothly after problems confirming the booking. Tried for 2 days by phone but kept getting the after hours message. Finally found an internet cafe and emailed confirmation which was answered with no delay. Had to phone 20 mins after pick up time as no car but apparetnly was a public holiday in Vienna and the driver knew the trip would be quicker due to less tarffic - but it would have ben good to know this as we sat in the hotel foyer waiting for 30 mins.

Perfect transaction, the driver arrived at our hotel at 4:30am for our 6:55 flight. He picked us up in a very nice Mercedes sedan and dropped us at the proper terminal with our baggage.
