very pleased with this transfer. Easy to recognise my driver. Was delighted to find that I was the only passenger and had a very comfortable, clean BMW all to myself. The driver was extremely courteous and spoke very good English. We chatted all the way to the hotel. Would certainly use this service again.

No one met us at the airport. After a while, I went to the desk indicated on the voucher, but the girl said she could not find the information in the computer. Nevertheless, she arranged to have us transported using the voucher as payment. Clearly, this was not as planned or "advertised" by Viator.

This is a fantastic service. The driver was waiting for me with my name on a sign . Even though I paid a shared transfer, there was one car for myself. It is not as expensive if you have to move on to the the UBahn with your luggage. The transit time is the same.If you come from a long air trip very tired, the Vienna Airport arrival transfer is for you.

The driver was a bit late, didn't speak English and didn't help me with my lagguge. Just left me in front of the hotel at night with 3 big bags and drove off - didn't even move 10 steps to the door.

The service was superb, I was met at the airport with the driver holding my name and taken to a beautiful clean and luxurious BMW sedan. The driver spoke great English and as we drove through Vienna pointed out places to go and interesting facts about the city. He got lost getting to the hotel but it was a difficult place to find. He helped me with luggage. Overall will def use the service again.

Despite having advised earlier arrival, no one was there, and meeting instructions were wrong. After a phone call a driver was dispatched to pick me up. No complaints about the driver - gave me a running commentary as we drove to the hotel.

I have just returned from Vienna and was extremely impressed with Viator. A driver was waiting for me at the airport with a sign, and I was promptly whisked off to the hotel in a private car. I was picked up punctually for the return journey, again in a private car. Out of interest I checked out the price of a shared shuttle bus to the airport, and the price listed in my hotel was 29 euros approx 45. So prebooking with Viator was much cheaper, and was tremendous value for the superior service they provide. I cannot recommend them more highly, and will definitely use them again.

Using Viator to book my Vienna airport transfer was a great decision. The price for the transfer was much lower than other competitors. Also, the shuttle driver was waiting for me as soon as I arrived in the main terminal of the Vienna airport, and he got me to my hotel promptly. I would definitely use Viator again for my travel needs.
