This is a very good orientation tour of the city. The guided tour of the palace is excellent. For 5 stars I would have liked a slower tour of the Ring Strasse. You have to be quick to see all the sites because the bus has to keep moving with the traffic. The driver tries to slow down as much as possible.

This was a fantastic tour, especially the tour guide was outstanding: knowledgable, understandable very well prepared. The tour was well organized, always on time - even the hotel pick up. Our was a French - English speaking bus. Altough we go 3-4 times to Vienna per year, we got a lot of new information about the city and the history. I suggest it everybody-value for money.

The guide was knowledgeable, but rather monotonous. Sometimes I couldn't tell that he had switched from German to English and vise versa. Schonbrunn Palace was a disappointment since most rooms were empty and being renovated.

This tour is way too overpriced. The bus tour around the city center lasts only 30 min, without stops and little time to appreciate or even see the sights. The yellow ring tram or the hop on/hop off buses are far better (and cheaper) options. It took the bus another 30 min to drive to the palace where the actual tour lasted about an hour. It was ok I guess but if I would visit again I'd just take an audioguide and visit the palace in my own pace. This is one of these tours feeding on the tourist's ignorance .

The Palace was too crowded and we couldn't even hear our guide over all the hustle and bustle. It was very hard to keep up do to the speed and the crowd. The best of the the tour was the free time to see the Christmas Market in front of the Palace. But I could have just gotten a taxi to the palace for much cheaper. The people next to us were sleeping during most of the tour!

Despite phoning before hand and confirming pick up time we waited more than half an hour before collection. There was much confusion at the coach boarding point too and when underway we were stressed! The tour was far too large. We value other Viator tours we have had in other countries where small nos have been a key positive. Not good. Our guide was knowledgeable but her style of delivery was not too good. Her English was poor and there was an 'undertone' to her narrative which was culturally unacceptable. The tour of the Schonnbrun Palace was very quick, possibly because of the crowds and the refurbishments taking place. Not a good experience for us, this tour.

Great way to see it all if you have minimal time. I felt like we had just the perfect amount of time to see everything that we'd want to see at Schonbrunn palace. the drive around Vienna pointed out the major sites. this was nice since the tour was done at 12:30 which allowed us time to go inside these sites once the tour was complete. I'm very happy we did this tour. I'd highly recommend it!

The trip was well organized. We were not very lucky with the weather, nevertheless the Schönbrunn visit was informative. More time could be spent visiting the palace. We were picked up from the hotel which was very convenient to join the trip.

Covered every historical part of Vienna. The guide was as professional as you can get. His commentray was very informative and his sense of humour great. We got plenty of info and plenty of laughs. Marko gave us history as well as glimpses into the present in Vienna. Perhaps the only downside was the very short tour of inside the Schonbrunn. Although very good it was the shortened version which was not known until you entered the Palace. In all though only a minor point in a magnificent tour with the world's greatest guide.

We took this tour on a Sunday morning. The streets of downtown Vienna were easy to navigate and our bus could pull up and pause for us to see sights of interest. The Schonbrunn Palace was a wonderful stop - we wished we had more time - and the tour inside the imperial apartments was great.

Tour guide spent over 50% of the time speaking to the two Italian speaking members of the tour. I think we missed out on some of her commentary. Thought we'd actually see more of the city sights vice just a "windshield tour". Palace awesome.

The tour guide at the Palace was pretty good. He rushed from sight to sight, but gave us lots of information (but you only get to see 50% of the palace). Unfortunately the weather was awful so we could not enjoy the gardens, which are what make Schonbrunn so beautiful.

It was a disappointment for us. The driver was going faster than it would allow us to take any photos at all of the sites being pointed out by the guide. We expected a little more substance in the tour....not just driving around and pointing out the sites in a split second. We waited for the bus for 45 mins. after the guided tour of Schonbrunn Palace. _br/_ That time could have been used to allow us to get off in front of the Parliament and the City Hall to take pictures.

The tour guide will make or break your visit. Ours spoke italian then english and the experience was tideous. But the day before I went with a French guide and she was amazing!!! You'll enjoy this palace so much more with a great guide.

The tour was great! We got picked up from our hotel and then the big tour bus left on time. We got a good overview of the city, our guide was very nice and knowledgeable, had a great time. We got to have coffee at the palace and even got a discount voucher for it. The palace was gorgeous but I think it was kind of a short tour. The tour left us at the opera house where we explored the city on our own. Had a great time!
