We would have been happier if the guide had had our booking confirmed, as we had the printed out details we were able to proceed._br/_ I accept mistakes do happen but I felt sorry for the guide who had to deal with 2 extra people on a crouded bus but he managed well

The city tour is somewhat misleading the tour actually take you to the outskirt of Vienna. There is no time to admire the lovely sites that go by so fast. The tour takes you to a top of a hill where you can see the all of Vienna, there is a short chance to have some refreshments served by the most rude waiters that we have ever encountered. After the land lightning tour there is a lenghthy featureless ride on the Danube and then in the Danube canal. Maybe it would a good idea to shorten the boat ride and make more time for the outskirt of Vienna.

There was too much transferring from one vehicle to another. The boat cruise was alright, took very long at the lock. It was unfortunate that the bus was stalling during the journey to and from Vienna woods.

First half, a coach ride to the boat (2 hours to cover a very short distance) very poor - microphone in coach did not work so we were parked up in 36 degree heat, with no explanation of delay. We were then taken to a patch of rough playing field while the guide explained a bit about the history of the area. Back to the coach and a new coach was provided but no apology for delay, which led to one stop off being cancelled. I appreciate things do go wrong but an explanation and apology would have been appropriate. Boat trip itself was crowded (as I would expect in August) but tannoy not loud enough over noise of screaming children, etc., so could not hear commentary. The countryside on that stretch of the Danube was not particularly interesting, there were few buildings of note and 20 minutes of the 80 minute ride was spent sitting in a lock, going no-where (unless you count the water level dropping!). Additionally, the company did not tell us until after the tour had started where we would be dropped off, which turned out to be a considerable walk back to the starting point - in exceptionally hot weather. So, no, can't recommend this trip.

NO STARS This tour was awful!!!! we were the only english speaking couple so the guide spoke very little english we went to a place in the vienna woods for 25-30minutes with nothing to do and guide wasn't around, never saw the opera house and the tour was an hour short of the advertised time

timekeeping was excellent.however the coach trip_br/_ through parts of vienna was pointless as you could not see much as the coach was moving.I think more time should have been spent in the wine region.The boat ride waasnot very exciting either and had to wait ages in the canal because of traffic!!!!!

The tour guide spoke English quite well, and comments were very informative. We enjoyed thatpart of the tour. However the boat ride was probably not worth it. The boat had to enter the locks in order to have the water level adjusted to enter the canal. This process was slow and not very interesting. At the end of the boat ride we disembarked at the levey. The tour guide just pointed us to the underground and said you can take that back to your hotel. That was not too helpful we finally figured out how to use it and where to go and we did make it back.

The boat ride was bery enjoyable, but didn't really get to see the city of Vienna. The guide did the tour in 4 languages - very distracting. Our time was short, so we're glad we took the tour, but if you have more time, do a more thorough city tour.

Very unorganized, rude hotel transport who apparently was very frustrated with the traffic. You basically drive through the city while the guide rotates in three languages. Take your time and walk around the city during your vacation, you'll have a better time.

The Danube boat ride takes forever because you have to go through a locking system (like the Panama Canal), so while you are waiting, it's is extremely hot, and the boat is a floating restaurant, and unfortunately our waiter was extremely rude, so it felt like the ride was even longer. Definitely could have done without this one.

Tour was disappointing. Tour guide provided minimal information. Most time on Danube was waiting in a lock to enter the canal. Canal featured mostly ugly graffiti. Skip this tour!

Was expecting more from this tour. Not enough stops at historic sights. The boat trip was a waste of time. Just floating down the canal and looking at graftit walls was not worth the trip. The guide was good, however, as mentoined trip itself wasn't that spectacular. This would have been much better had we not listened to the tour in German, then Italian, then English. By the time she got to our language we had already passed whatever it was they were talking about. I would stick with a tour of just Vienna and skip the boat ride, unless like us we can know say we went on the Blue Danube.

We got a good overview of Vienna, and driving out to the outskirts was very pleasant. The boat trip was nice too. Unfortunately the tour guide had to translate in 4 languages, and I think she forgot to translate for everything. I think this is a cheap way for a company to run a tour, and it's no fair to the tour guide. This tour company needs to quit being cheap and reduce the languages to two to a tour-did not enjoy it.

The coach trip was ok but very rushed,only got to spend about 10-15 minutes at each place and the boat trip was a bit disappointing to as we seemed to spend most of it in the lock on the danube cannal.

Very strange tour. Very strange choice what to show to tourists in Vienna. During this tour we saw only two or three tourist attractions and it was not most beautiful places in Vienna. We have realized that Vienna is very beautiful town only next day , when we started sightseeing our self.

Trip was dissapointing due to it not providing a tour of the city of Vienna itself and the boat tour running an hour longer than scheduled. The latter caused me to have to depart from the group as my time in Vienna was very limited and could not spare the extra hour.

A well organised trip with a knowledgeable and skilled guide who was able to switch smoothly between three languages during the commentary. The only downside was the long delay about 30 minutes at the start-no explanation!

This would have been much better had we not listened to the tour in German, then Italian, then English. The tour guide was very nice, but switching three languages was not enjoyable and sometimes the comments were Italalian-German-English mingled. Otherwise it was a great tour with interesting stops along the way, the boat ride was very nice, but very crowded.

We were very disappointed to find out that so much of the tour was on a bus and that the live commentary was multilingual, not just in English. The guide was VERY disinterested in his job. We would have preferred a headset to listen to the information rather than this man! The boat ride was very enjoyable. We thought that the tour only involved a bus ride to get to and from the boat so that most of the 3.5 hour tour would have been by boat instead of only about an hour.

The Viator ticket indicated that Schwedenplatz was a pickup point. The tour operator only picks up at the Opera House. We missed our trip on Friday because of this misprint, but the tour operator let us do the trip on Saturday. This messed up our arrangements for our short weekend break.

I enjoyed the trip, although there were not enough outside seats on boat, so I had a restricted view. Also, there was no opportunity for hotel drop-off afterwards, so the tour shouldn't be advertised as including this.

Tour guide was not up to the mark. Vienna is such a beautiful place and the tour does not even project 10 of the Vienna beauty. Places selected for stops are really not worth stopping. Boat ride is also not interesting.
