When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Warsaw accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking (subject to availability) and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24-48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places. Driver was waiting for us on arrival. He lacked any personal skills and made no effort to be welcoming to his country. Although he was supposed to be English speaking he made little attempt to speak with us.

The driver was there waiting as I arrived in the terminal. The airport transfer was quick . He hardly spoke and did not provide any of the commentary about Warsaw that other reviewers talked about; this was a selling point for me.

There is nothing bad about being picked up and taken to your hotel after a long flight, but I was disappointed with our driver. He hardly spoke English and did not provide any of the commentary about Warsaw that other reviewers talked about; this was a selling point for me.

After nearly 24 hours of travelling, it was splendid to see our private driver waiting for us outside the customs hall. He was a young, english speaking student who gave us many tips on our way to the hotel. We would use this service again - DEFINITELY!

He pointed out different buildings and explained a little about the city's history. He was very friendly and spoke very good English. Definitely worth looking into.
