When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Warsaw accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking (subject to availability) and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24-48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up time and places. The driver was late. After waiting about 30 minutes we made a call and someone came proptly to get us. Due to part of the airport being blocked off the driver was creative to get us to the terminal. Everything turned out fine. We made the flight with his help.

We had a very early flight so it was very reassuring to have our driver arrive at our hotel ahead of time. It was sad ending our vacation but having a private driver made our departure more bearable.

Driver was on time even though it was 4 in the morning! Wasn't as chatty but no problem.
