Disorganised. You should ignore the instructions on your ticket that tell you to go outside to find your bus. You instead have to queue up at the desk for another ticket, then wait until your number is called, then find your bus! What a joke!

good option to join the DC_br/_ just one comment, it is nearly impossible to find the place where you can find the shuttle with the explanation given when you make the reservation_br/_ should be explained better

No problems at all. The shuttle turned up exactly on time. There had been an accident on the road which was causing significant delays to traffic bound for the airport but our driver took an alternative so as to get us there as soon as he could.

Rather poor signing and location of pick up point. Not helped by assistant at desk who gave no precise instruction apart from ''Go out those doors'' .Waited outside with other customers until found by driver parked at another location. Driver helpful and competent.

Due to the hurricane we did not leave until Aug. 22. the Super Shuttle called and let us know that we would be picked up at the same time on Monday at our hotel. Service arrived and we got to Dulles in a timely matter the driver was courteous and we arrived back in CA with all our luggage and very happy.

Not helpful to have to go and find a desk inside the terminal before being able to board a ride after a long flight with luggage specially as i did not have to do this in San Francisco last summer and the printed voucher was enough and the extremely high temperatures made everything an extra effort. Again not impressed and will not recommend this to anyone.

Picked up promptly at assigned time, driver asked for paper work. When we arrived at airport, he stopped at first available parking spot, asked for airline, pointed to door, got out set out luggage and he was finished. we did give him a tip but didn't feel he deserved it. But guess our goal was reached, in that we received transportation to and from airport.

I arrived at Dulles Airport 07/28/2011 at 11:59 P.M. with a "RESERVATION" I did not get shuttled to my hotel until.nearly 2am... I waited nearly 2 hours to get my ride.

Miserable!!_br/_ Booking ahead through Viator cost $25. Walk up was only $20, which would have left me the ability to take alternative when I realized it how long this would take. On booking I was told the leave every 15 minutes. On arriving at the curb Dulles as the documentation indicated, I was sent back inside to a huge line, then to a holding bench for another long wait. The next wait was out in the hot sun in a van with the doors open. In all this miserable trip took over 3 hours. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Slight mistake at the desk when they were booking us in which caused confusion with the driver. Further, the driver couldn't find our hotel - though luckily I had brought directions.

As we had used this service before we knew where to find the transfer desk, although the signs in the airport are still not very clear. Our advice is if you haven't been to Dulles airport before, find the airport information desk and they will point you in the right direction._br/_ Once you find the transfer desk the transfers run smoothly and your are quickly dropped off at your destination.

What can I say - pathetic! Check in at desk was laboured and the driver was a nightmare - he had to go back to the main desk to double check our tickets that we had just been issued, his driving was erratic and there was absolutely no comunication with anybody in the van for the entire journey. Then he tried to drop one of the passengers on the wrong side of a busy road from his hotel - simply awful!

This was a total disaster. They did not have my details when I phoned the day before to confirm my booking. The person I spoke to was not very helpful. Do these people not realise that we are from another country and do not know what the norm is so they should not assume that we do. The driver arrived 30 minutes early but then drove to Union Street staion 5 minutes away and we sat in the shuttle for an hour. It was hot an uncomfortable and very annoying.

Make sure they drop you off at the right hotel! We were dropped of at the wrong hotel and had to fork out for a taxi to take us to the correct hotel. When we reconfirmed the booking for the return part and advised them of what had happened - no recompense or sorry! They were ok on the pick up, managed to find hotel and get us to airport pn time.

Service was awful and very poorly organized. We had to walk a long ways to get a pass and then walk another long way back to get the van. Why aren't the vans by their ticket counter. The people at the counter were very slow even though I had a printed reservation. On the way back from the hotel we took a cab and saved $40.00.

The shuttle was easy to find and timely on "lift off." There were several other people on the shuttle from the airport to DC which allowed us to have a brief "tour" of the city.

I was the last to get to my hotel, so it took a longer while around 1.5 hours. On the way back, I was asked to be ready for departure to the airport almost 5 hours before my flight because of possible traffic and stopover delays. As it turned out, I was at the airport in around 40 minutes, and had to kill a lot of time there! I was also not allowed to take a cappuccino in a takeaway cup onto the van for fear of spilling on the seats or other passengers!. That aside, it was still a good reliable service.

Excellent service from Viator. They were prompt when pickminhg us up from our hotel yesterday afternoon. We have just got home as were delayed by the volcanic ash cloud. We would certainly use Viator again if they were available.

The printed instructions on the voucher which say to go outside are incorrect - you need to go to the company desk first, where they give you a number. Then you sit and wait for your number to be called. I waited only 10-15 min. Then you follow the driver outside to the van. All else was OK. Good compromise in cost between bus, the cheapest, and cab, the most expensive.

The shuttle desk was easy to find. The person behind the desk was was very sombre but everything was quickly arranged and a ticket issued. The journey was long as we were the last to be let off, but that was okay as we were not in any hurry. I would use this service again!

Very good! We had to wait for 30 minutes on the bus, but we were on holiday, other passengers were moaning! I have used shuttles in many cities, and i cannot fault them.
