Always on arrival at a new destination I'm a little nervous about how to get to the hotel. This was a service I'd use again but there were two small gripes. The guy at the Super Shuttle desk made me feel I was stupid because I didn't understand that in his world there was a difference between a 'reservation' and a 'voucher'. Then he sent me to find a shuttle with a number (596). There were about 8 vans outside but none with that number. Eventually a friendly driver helped myself and another passenger who was also trying to find 596.

Excellent service - the driver arrived early, but he said he had not been given a specific time to pick us up. Fortunately we were ready, and it only took a couple of minutes for the Concierge to bring our luggage to the van. It is a long distance from the center of D.C. to Dulles, and taxis are expensive, so there is great value in getting the Super Shuttle van. The driver was courteous, and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. I would definitely choose to use this service again.

We were met in a timely manner and delivered to our hotel.. Due to reconstruction at the first hotel and at our hotel the driver had to drive around a bit as it was after 11pm. We arrived at our hotel safely at 11:30 pm. Well done.

Very surly driver who would not put the air conditioner on even in 80 degrees and regardless of my foreign accent i still speak perfect English and he could not be bothered to understand when i explained that i could not travel in the back as it made me car sick specially when his less than subtle driving made the need to vomit worse! Not impressed and will not recommend this to any of my friends!

What the ticket said originally was to give it to the driver outside. But when I got there I was ushered back into to airport to the super shuttle desk where a receipt had to be printed and then a delay as to which van I was to be taken by.. This took about another 30 minutes after a long wait in the passport control.

I have used shuttles quite a bit and normally all OK. On this occasion, the bus was dirty, driver played French music all the time and insisted on singing all the way - badly! Also, a dog was allowed in the van which was also causing a smell after 40 minutes in the bus with it. The bus was 10 minutes early picking us up and we got there safely was the good part.

Slightly longer wait than expected at airport but very punctual pick up at hotel for return trip. You do have to travel to several hotels to pick up/drop off other guests but it gives you a chance to see the area, and your price is fixed rather than worrying if a taxi will charge extra if stuck in traffic. Would definately use again.
