Mush your own Dog Sled team! Step onto one of these traditional dog sleds behind your team of energetic and lovable Alaskan Racing Huskies, and get ready for a unique back-country journey.

When you arrive at the base and meet the dogs a professional dog sled musher will also introduce you to this amazing Canadian sport and teach you the basics of driving your own sled. You'll learn straightforward commands and the simple techniques for handling the sled.

You'll get an amazing thrill as you set out into the peaceful beauty of the pristine Soo Valley. While on the trail, a professional guide will be nearby at all times. You have the option to ride with a guide, or if the conditions are right, mush your team of dogs yourself.

Once you return to the Whistler Dog Sledding base you will have the chance to feed your dog team a treat and enjoy and hot drink while you check out the photographs taken of you on your trip.

Up to 2 adults and 1 child can ride in 1 sled together provided their total weight is no more than 450lb (204kg).
