50 minutes including Aerotow - Soar over the higher snow-capped mountain peaks, glaciers and the most spectacular scenery imaginable, while learning more about how a glider can sustain flight using the thermals and other forms of ‘lift’ that make gliding such a special experience. This is our most popular glider flight.

The Aircraft

• Two tandem 2 seat all-metal gliders
• All aircraft are certified for commercial day VFR use

Departures

• Late-April to mid-October, daily
• Regular departures throughout the day
• Departs from Pemberton airport (approx 25mins drive from Whistler)

Duration

• 50 minutes including Aerotow

What to Bring

• Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended
• Don't forget your camera!

Important Info

• Altitudes of each flight vary depending on the conditions of the day
• Minimum age is 7yrs - The child must be confident and comfortable enough to go up unaccompanied by their parent or guardian
