This trip is a MUST do! After I did this trip, I said, "If I do NOTHING else in Switzerland, this trip to Jungfrau made the travel time and effort worth while" We had a great guide, I took great pictures, and we got amazing weather.

This was our first time to Switzerland. The whole trip was AMAZING. The bus driver and the guide are 1st class guys. Great info and too the top of Europe is explainable. My friends told me about this trip and tried to share their excitement. I had to try for myself and no words for how awesome the trip was. A must see.

Really we were on top of the world not only on top of Europe. The train through the snow mountains and specifically through the tunnels are breath taking. A beautiful experience in every sens. The tour guide was very informative and saw to that every one enjoyed the tour and took care to ensure all were together and never missed a place/site/event that was on show. He gave lot of useful information about the area/peaks/customs. I rate this tour best of all we had at Switzerland.

We didn't get a chance to go on the top because of the strong winds but the guide was really good and he gave us option whether we like to go to Zurich or Bern. He refunded 45 Franks to each person on the way back to Zurich. We are happy with what we have seen on the trip especially the snow.

Extreme weather (blizzard the night before, 120mph winds at the summit, avalanche warnings, no trains running beyond a certain point, etc.) prevented us from taking the regular tour and required some last-minute rerouting and a change in destinations (Wengen and Grindelwald instead), not to mention the affixing of chains to the bus's wheels, but our guide (Peter) and driver (Freddy) did a superb job and the whole expedition was enormously enjoyable. We look forward to returning for the real thing later on.

This trip is a must for everyone visiting Switzerland in my opinion. While visiting, everything had gone our way perfectly including a very good weather. A really spectacular and unforgettable experience for my me and my wife who are first time visiting Switzerland. On top of that, I would like to commend on the professional service rendered by the tour organizer for a very dedicated driver (Freddie) and guide (Peter) through out the whole journey. Special thanks to Peter also for able to make last minute changes on the train itinerary due to weather condition.

We were supposed to suspend our trip to Switzerland but when we saw Matt Lauer visit Jungfraujoch in Today Show, my husband and I decided to go. We loved it! Guide KiM was extraordinary, he gave a small historical tidbits on some towns, but we loved his energy and enthusiasm. He surely wants everybody to enjoy and have a great time. The mountains are incredible. It sure was a great experience for our family.

I only had one day to spare and decided to go on the most expensive tour! Love it! The tour operator was really nice and the guide is friendly. In a day I got my engraved Swiss army knife, see the top of Europe and send postcard home from the top of Europe!

This trip was the most beautiful experience we had. The landscape was very good, and even there was no a lot of snow, on the top was beautiful. Even the way until the top is very long (almost 5 hours) our guide, KID, was amazing!!!! He talked to us, he took pictures of us, made us laughing.... The only thing I did not like is that there was a big group filmng a movie, so we cannot appreciatte everywhere.

This is a must for any trip to or in Europe. Our guide, Kid, was the best by far of any guide we had on our travels. Big groups, small groups, he was friendly to all and kept the tour moving to allow everyone to see the sites. This is the best way to go, just sit back and enjoy the ride. Only would advise to be in shape for the walking and stairs.

This is a most amazing place to visit - just getting there is an adventure. The views are breath taking. Our guide, Kie, was so full of energy and he kept us together and moving on this busy day. If you only do one tour, I think you should consider this trip.

We unfortunately had a terrible experience on this tour, due to the guide. The tour itself would have been amazing, however the guide was an absolute lunatic making my day feel more like I was stuck in a room filled with cats being strangled.To be fair to our guide, I will point out at this moment that at least half of the tour enjoyed his psychotic ways, finding them amusing. Firstly, the guide did not give any history or information during the drive or town visits. Instead, he literally repeated, over and over, the time we had to be back to the bus, so much so that everyone on the bus was jittery and worried they'd be left behind, and I certainly didn't enjoy my 'free' time, because he kept popping up and repeating our meeting time. He was very callous, insensitive and rude. He yelled at our group constantly and I felt like I was in military training. On the cog train, he didn't let anyone sit as they wanted, but assigned seats. As the train went, he went crazy taking photos with anyones camera he could get his hands on. Some of us wanted to take our own pictures, but he actually forcibly pulled the camera from my hands and then took photos. I could go on, but I won't bother. I think that is enough of an idea to what he was like._br/_

Kie is a fantastic tour guide, my friends and I enjoyed the trip very very much. He is a funny guy, and has voluntarily assisted us in taking many memorable good photos during the trip and he would prompted us to get ready for any nice scenery shot so we did not miss any nice shot. He took good care of us too. I will definitely go for Viator if I were to come back here again. : )

Spectacular scenery. Beware that the trip is very tight on time and you have but a few minutes not enough to enjoy Interlaken and Grindelwald. Also, be prepared for the 11,800 foot altitude as it isn't for anyone with health problems.

Our guide for the tour was Chinese and he was superb! Ask to have him for your trip! He had a great sense of humor but a no nonsense attitude about being on time. Everyone knew that he meant what he said when he told people that if they were late they would have to find their own way back to Zurich. Therefore, everyone respected time limits. The Top of Europe is an incredible train trip to Jungfraujoch and one that I will never forget. It was filled with the beauty of the snow capped mountains and once at the top, fun playing in the snow. The train ride was smooth and slow so you could take pictures easily and enjoy the incredible scenery, all while the guide gave information and even took pictures for us if we were seated on the "wrong" side of the train.

This Tour was spectacular. Our tour guide named Kid was outstanding. He made sure we saw everything and took pictures for us and with us. Mario the bus driver was great. This was a five star trip for the scenery Kid and Mario made it a 10 star trip. Super job by both individuals. Keep up the great work and many thanks.
