Travel over Albis Pass along the shores of the Lake of Four Cantons before arriving in the quaint town of Lucerne. Stretch your legs and see the major sites as your guide takes you on a brief city tour. Afterwards, enjoy approximately one hour of free time where you can choose to take a closer look at the Lion Monument, Chapel Bridge, Town Hall, or the new Concert and Congress Hall.

Your coach tour continues to the mountain resort town of Engelberg where the breath taking journey skywards begins. Board Rotair, the rotating cable car for panoramic views of alpine glaciers and ice boulders as you ascend 10,000 feet (3020 meters).

With approximately an hour and a half to enjoy the scenic Mount Titlis, bask on the sun terrace or dine in one of the numerous restaurants. Before your tour concludes, be sure to visit the Ice Grotto, ride the IceFlyer and the FunLift for an up close viewing of the ice crevasses.

Spent a lot of time in a bus that hadn't even been wiped down with a wet cloth or swept before we got on. Also spent a lot of time dropping off people for other tours and picking them back up. Only 1 hour at the top of the mountain, and the Rotair gondola was so packed you couldn't see out if you were short. Save your money.

The view from the top of Mount Titlis was definitely well worth the trip! However, I felt it would have been better if the tour was not combined with 2 other tours to Mount Riggis and Mount Pilatus. The detour and waiting as the tour guide briefed and ensure those visiting the 2 other mountains wasted a lot of time. This resulted in our time spent in Lecerne shortened to only 45 minutes, which was a pity given it was such a beautiful city.

Weather forecast was clear. Nice, sunny day till we reached the top and then it started snowing. Wow what a sight, what a pleasure. My 2 year old son didn't want to come inside. Very nicely organised tour. Fantastic, out of this world experience.

The trip to Mt Titlis is suppose to be the hightlight for my 19 days Europe trip. The guide was nice and knowledgeable but it was a low season with few visitors to the top as it was snowing heavily. My children and wife 1st experience of snow and was rather excited but unfortunately we do not have sufficient time there and also not able to enjoy the scenic view due to the weather. A bit pricey just to feel the snow and not able to enjoy its other facility. Will need to check the weather if planning another trip in future.

While the weather on Mt. Titlis on the day of travel was appalling as could be expected in early January,overall the trip was good value. The trip through the swiss country side was great and seeing it in the depths of winter made it all the more interesting.

A great tour indeed amidst some very heavy wind and snow at the top of Titlis (-21C). Our tour started with only 7 persons. So we went on a smaller coach with Mr.Gallus being the driver and our guide. The stop at Lucerne was wonderful. We were given ample time there. The cable car experience up to Titlis was also great including the unforgettable Ice Flyer which for me is a must try.

First part to Lucerne was lovely. Unfortunately our day was ruined by the weather. There was a snow storm and so we couldn't see anything at Titlis. Not the mountain itself from the bottom let alone any view at the top. The glacier flyer was also closed so we had a lot of time to just sit and wait. I'm sure that this happens a lot so definitely check the weather before booking a day!

The jackets and boots received were not of the size specified in the request sent earlier. The tour was ok but the schedule was too rushed. There was no time given to wear the boots and jacket on arrival at Mount Titlis. The guide should have given them earlier before boarding the bus.

I took the trip on December 1. It was very well organized and everything was as per schedule. Our guide was very good and gave good insights about the place. The place and my group made it all the more interesting and considering that we were just 10 people on the mini-coach, it was the apt number. Would love to take this trip again when I travel next time to Swiss.

This tour was all that I expected. I enjoyed it tremendously. The drive from Zurich to Lucerne has splendid scenery with Lucerne itself being the climax of the drive. It would have been good to have a longer stay in Lucerne so that we would have had enough time for lunch and exploring more of the old town (even 15 minutes more would have helped). Nevertheless, we had a nice lunch near the Jesuit Church, which itself was a treasure to explore. We did make it back to the bus for a beautiful trip to Mt. Titlis. Our ascent to the top was spectacular; it was an awesome experience to ascend to the top in the 3 different cable cars. The ice cave was a neat thing to explore when we got to the top. Our tour guide was very helpful and knowledgable. She provided us with very useful information before we arrived at the mountain. It was a fabulous experience that I would recommend for anyone.

Two things = Loss of two stars. Firstly, it was not clear exactly where the pick up point was, at the back of the bahnhof was not enough, a street name and in front of the Hotel Walhalla would make it easier to find. I did a drive by the night before just to be sure of the location and it was the person who recommended this tour who named the hotel.

Excellent trip from Zurich to Lucerne and then to Engelberg and from there to the top of Mt. Titlis by 3 different cable cars. The last one being a rotating cable car with 360 deg views of the beautiful snow and glaciers. Had traveled with my 2 yr old daughter but had no problems. Very Expensive restaurant (and only) on the mountain top which will set you back by a min. of 30 CHF per person. Our guide was fantastic and warm and was very patient. Would recommend this tour to anyone who is going to Zurich.

I enjoyed the tour. Though there were a few things that were not satisfying: They started late, there were several drop offs that took up time, and we did not have as much time in town as advertise. We felt very rush and could not walk around as planned.

I guess expected that we'd have more than 3 hours on the mountain. The reality is that the company that ran this tour used the same bus and driver for the Pilatus Day Tour, hence the stop in Lucerne was killing two birds.. Would I go with the same tour company.. maybe, if I couldn't get a better alternative!

The guides were very knowledgeable and nice but had very thick accents, worth doing from Zurich to see Lucerne and the Swiss Alps, unfortunately when we went there were strong winds and we could not do the activities but other than that it was great, with the exception of the hefty price tag ;)

Overall a great trip. Only problem was there wasn't any confirmation regarding our provided jackets. We e-mailed, but didn't receive any reply. We were unsure if they would really provide us our jackets, so we ended up bringing our own jackets which too up a lot of luggage space. Jackets were provided, but it would really help to confirm it with me so we won't have to bring our jackets all the way from England.

It was a nice trip and a must ofr everyone visiting Switzerland. However , it was not as well orgznized as expected. First of all, visitors for different tours were gathered in one bus and lot of time was wasted for dispatching them in different area. Seconfly , the guide was changed for our tour from Lucern and the new guilde was not a real professional one. Specially , he did not handle the request of shoes and warm jackets properly. He let the people take by themselves and when I checked mine, I could not get proper. Also he did not inform where to put stuff like own shoes etc. I had to keep these thing with me. Apart from being poorly managed and guided, the tour was excellent, memorable and fabulous. I will advice that do not expect much from guide and try to maximize your fun time. Good luck

The tour itself was really fantastic and well worth it, but the service by Best Of Switzerland in Zurich was appalling. The bus left at 9.00 and at 845am the lady sold the three seats we had booked and refused to let us on the bus which was still in front us when we arrived 846am. We had to pay extra and take the train from Lucerne as they had clearly overbooked to Lucerne. Appalling.

One of the highlights of our trip. The views are undescribable. Our guide was interesting, knowledgeable & spoke excellent English. The trip is well paced a little more time in Lucen would have been better & you don't feel rushed. The jackets & boots provided worked out so well for us & we did not bring warm clothes on our trip. I highly recommend this adventure. Be sure to slide down the ice glacier as it's a blast.

Great day - cable car was brilliant, until we got to the ice flyer which was even better - amazing views, lovelt snow - wonderful! Only criticism is that the time in Lucerne was way too short - needed at least another hour to explore the Old Town and shops. Still a good day though!

Very Good tour siutable for all. Take your own warm waterproof shoes as those supplied 2 pairs out of 4 were not comfortable. You also need a scarf and gloves as it gets cold up there even on a sunny day. Guide was excellent and well informed. This was the highlight of our holiday.

We went in March during tour off season, but the tour guide was fabolous and the mountains were beautiful. It wasn't a clear day at the top of the moutain so we couldn't see anything or use the ice glider but we had a lovely experience eating at the restuarant and exploring the ice caves.
