Sit back as your coach ventures over Brunig Pass (1008 meters) to the Bernese Oberland (highlands). Walk along a secure footbridge to get an impressive view of Aare Gorge, spend approximately 1.5 hours here before ascending through wild landscapes to Grimsel Pass (2165 meters).

At an altitude of 2300 meters you'll arrive at Rhone Glacier. Don't forget your camera as you explore the fascinating long blue ice tunnel leading to the Ice Room for approximately one hour. From here your small group day tour will tackle the Furka Pass, offering spectacular views over the Gotthard Massif.

Discover the Urseren Valley followed by Schollenen Gorge with its legendary Devils Bridge at the base of St. Gotthard Mountain. Your full day guided tour concludes this evening with a coach return to Zurich.

Excellent tour! Definitely go with the small group tour. Our guide was Heinz; he was informative, on time and very personable. We had a great day visiting the Alps and definitely recommend this tour as the way to do it.

This tour was OUTSTANDING! It is a MUST SEE and DO, when visiting Zurich, Switzerland, and the Swiss Alps. Personal attention, small group, very informative and fun and the gorge and glacier stops were tremendous....DON'T MISS IT!!

The bus ride itself was awful, apparently brand new buses come with broken air conditioners. There was a small child on the bus and she cried most of the way to the mountains. Once we were in the mountains it was cool enough. Bring a sweater or light jacket but aside from the glacier tunnel it is warm. We went in July, bring water and snacks, there are only 2 places to get food and it is over priced and poor quality. The tour guide was good but he made me feel rushed. The Alps and the landscape made everything we went through worth it though. The water and mountains are beyond incredible.

Absolutely fantastic. Good mix of travelling and activity. The guide was superb too - very knowledgable and patient. A very memorable trip which I would highly recommend.
