In two hours you will be taken through our beautiful city and shown the business and financial center, Bahnhofstrasse, the most important museums, a section of the Old Town, Fraumunster Church with its famous Chagall windows, historical Limmatquai, the University district, residential areas, beautiful hillside villas on the Zurichberg, as well as recreation areas and views of the Alps from Zurich's vantage point on the lake.

Punctual, good headphones/audio guide in multiple languages, touched on all the sights of Zurich. It is not the tour's fault that Zurich is a bit boring and put everyone but my family to sleep! The best way to see Zurich is by foot, you lose a lot sitting in the trolley.

I may have given it five stars if I'd been allowed to complete the trip. Half way in after the second stop, I returned well before the 10 minutes alloted to see the tram leaving without me. I'd arrived in the city only 2 hours earlier. Fortunately I had a Zurich Card and can read German, so was able to find my way back. The trip was less than 50% full and I was the only white older single traveller.

This trolley tour was fine for somebody who ha a few hours to spend in Zurich. We liked the guided tour of Zurich with a visit to chocolate factor. We have seen more attractions in this tour including the residences of the Rich and the Famous people. However. disappointed for not seeing the chocolate making tour of the factory.

A very nice way to get an overview of Zurich. Covers a lot of ground throughout the city, gives history and insights. Perfect way to help plan where you want to walk, visit and explore further on your own. Delivered exactly what we wanted.

Found that almost the same tour was incorporated in the Heidiland and Liechenstein tour and the driver was very disinterested , could have saved time and money.

This is a good tour to get an overview of the city if you are not going to do any other tours or if time is shor.t Don't do it if you are planning the other tours around zurich as they all do an overview of the city.

This trip was a prerecorded tour, and the bus driver just pointed out the windows at the different sites. I would have booked another tour, had I known what this tour was.

Everything went smoothly but the tour wasn't anything special. The trolley was a bit old and loud so that you really had to turn up the headphones volume. Next time I'll rather book a live guide who can accompany us into the attractions.

I enjoyed this tour very much. Even though we were booked for a later trip, they let us go early, which was great. We had two guides, and both were very friendly and spoke several languages, including English. The commentary is interesting and very comprehensive, as is the entire tour. One great thing is that the tour does two stops quite early on, letting you take photos and browse shops, or use bathrooms if need be. It snowed during our trip, which was great for us! We were only in Zurich for a day, but with this trip felt like we had just about seen everything. Highly recommended!

This was an OK tour. After reading the brochure for the competitor's tour, there was not as many offerings for almost the same price. When the add-on for the Lake Zurich cruise was figured in the tour was more expensive.

The tour started off well but then the trolley bus broke down in the middle of the road and the tour had to stop. We were given a 50 refund on the price we paid for the tour but that was with much difficulty. I recommend that prior to boarding this bus ensure that you get confirmation that should something go wrong, you get a refund or accommodated on another tour.

It's a good way to get a lay of the land. Noting was really especially exciting, just a few stops and listening to a tape in English. It is worth doing, though, when you first arrive. It gives a pretty good overview of Zurich.

Book this on your first or second day of your trip. It will give you a sense of direction in Zurich and ideas of where to visit. A pleasant relaxing ride with some good short stop over points.
