Combine culture and nature on this guided coach tour through Zurich and surrounding areas. Your half day tour includes a cable car ride to Felsenegg, an introduction to the old town and a ferry ride along the waters of Lake Zurich.

Your local guide will point out the major sites including:

• Opera House
• China Garden
• National Museum
• Patriarchal Guild Houses
• Limmatguai and its medieval Old Town
• Shopping and business center on Bahnhofstrasse
• The clock face at St Peter's Church (the largest in Europe)

Stretch your legs and take advantage of several photo opportunities, first at the Harbor, with its incredible views of Lake Zurich and afterwards visit the Fraumunster Church with its Chagall windows.

Your tour continues to Adliswil for a cable car ride to Felsenegg (2600 ft / 800 m). At the landing platform enjoy spectacular views over small towns on Lake Zurich and the white tipped peaks of the Alps. After your return cable car back down, head for the lake and appreciate the sites of Zurich by ferry. Today's tour concludes with a bus ride along Zurich's Golden Coast.

Please note: the cable car to Felsenegg may on occasions be out of operation. On these days, you will be taken to the top of the Albi Pass (by bus) to enjoy the same views instead.

My wife and I really enjoyed this trip. We had a wonderful experience going by cable car to Felsenegg. Although is raining and the ground was really wet and slippery, we managed to walk to the restaurant to have a nice cup of hot chocolate and coffee thanks to the encouragement of our guide Maria.

It was a good brief tour to get to know Zurich. Just don't eat or drink at the restaurant on top of Felseneg as it's so expensive (1 plate of some chips and 1 sausage costs 22CHF). I don't know if it's the same everywhere in Zurich.

Save your money and pass on this tour. The Musem of History is located across from the bus station and you will see more of it from the station then the quick drive by on this tour. Next is a brief stop at the lake, take a tram and see more on your own. Many times, by the time the tour guide translated to English we had passed the site. Again save your money and do the boat ride and alpine lift in Lucern.

The tour of Zurich was good, and took us to the places we wanted to see. Our tour guide was good, but she repeated everything in English, German and Spanish. This became annoying after a while.

Good overview of the city. Gets you out away from downtown for half the time so you see places you'd miss if you are there on foot. Excellent view from the mountains and the lake yet doesn't take too much of your time. Just enough if you are there for a limited time. Excellent, knowledgable guide with good stories, history, etc.. Easy access to bus station. Easy sign-up and follow-through with Viator. No hitches. Nice, clean bus. Will use Viator again.

I wish there was more to the trip. Our tour guide was good but i think rushed by having to speak in 2 different languages so there are some things that we missed. I was not as satisfied with this tour also because we were not able to get out and see more of the sites. When I went to Rome we were given personal headsets to hear our tour guide and this one we were given nothing. The tour guide did not seem as knowledgeable of the city as I wished as shen we moreover recent facts. Suggest that if it's not raining to do a little more walking around the city.

We only had a stop at one of the churches in the city, which was a pity. The guide was very good and so was the driver, it would've been better if we had more stops for photos, perhaps it was difficult to do in the city, the cable car to Felsenegg ate a bit of the tour time which in my opinion would've been better spent driving around the city. Ferry ride was very short.

We enjoyed our City Tour of Zurich, our Guide was Rosemary and she was excellant and told us lots of interesting facts and information about the city. Due to a Tri-athlon race it was not the tour that we had hoped for which was a shame, but there was nothing that could be done about that as major parts of the city were out of bounds for traffic.

This was the worst city tour I have ever taken in any country...The tour guide was really bad. Had really strong accented English which no English speaking people on the tour could understand. He was not even willing to make the scheduled stops on the tour. He hardly gave any information to us. It was a real waste of money. I really wish I had not paid so much money for something so useless.

We enjoyed seeing Zurich, but thought the tour was somewhat unorganized becaused we passed some areas three times whilce criss-crossing the city. We were picked up at the airport before the tour and then dumped downtown Zurich after the tour with no guidance on how to return to our hotel. You should be returned to your pickup point after a tour is completed. Not very good customer service!!

It was sufficient for a quick overview of the main attractions of Zurich and also to see the entire view of the city. However, the itinerary was a bit too rushed, as we did not get to stay more than 15 minutes in each location that we stopped at.

An excellent trip of Zurich with views of the lake, a trip to the top of a mountain and a walking tour of central Zurich and a lot of history. The weather was very kind, hot & sunny, the guide spoke very good English so overall a very interesting trip.
