Enroute to Lake Louise, you'll make a side-trip into Kootenay National Park for an easy walk along the edge of Marble Canyon, one of the deepest and narrowest canyons in the Rockies. At Lake Louise you can walk along the frozen lake shore, rent some ice skates and skate on the lake, join your guide for a bit of snowshoeing, or take a horse drawn sleigh ride across the lake and back. (not included) Or if you prefer to look at the magnificence of the Victoria Glacier from the comfort of a warm chair, why not enjoy some lunch or tea inside the Chateau Lake Louise.
