Fantastic day trip. This is our first time taking a tour such as this and it did not disappoint . The views were spectacular and we were given plenty of time at each site to take in the view and take pictures. Our guides Dustin and Jono were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this tour. It takes the stress of driving and having to find parking off so that you can enjoy the trip.

We visited lake louise, moraine lake, spiral tunnel and saw a freight train passing through, lunch at Emerald lake and Takkawanka falls.Wow what a full day and had plenty of time to take snaps and enjoy each place. The driver was so good at reversing the coach on the sharp incline to Takkawanka falls and dealing with the issues that involved. He was also very knowledgeable.

The tour was everything we had hoped. The scenery was spectacular and the pace of the day was relaxed and enjoyable. We were always given enough time to take in all of the sights. The lunch @ the lodge @ Emerald Lake was very good and it was great to sit and get to know others from the group. Everything went smoothly and punctually. Our driver was very professional, especially on some difficult turns_br/_ going up the mountains. He pointed out various points of interest throughout the day but he could have been more energetic and engaging in his delivery. Highly recommend the trip!

Oh, my...!! The scenery was absolutely incredible! It was really nice for my husband to sit back and enjoy the view instead of driving. The guide was really wonderful. We saw such beautiful places! Excellent tour. Rick and Danni, our hosts, were very knowledgeable and one could immediately tell they enjoyed showing visitors the beauty of Banff and surrounding areas. Bus was very new and clean. Snack provided was nice and lunch good. Well worth it and provides much more information than one would glean trying to do it alone. Highly recommend this tour for first time visitors to Banff and Lake Louise.

Expected a few more waterfalls but the ones we saw were lovely. The lakes were mirror smooth and all in all a lovely day..the only problem was a lot of steps and stairs for lunch but lunch was great just take the shuttle to the lodge for lunch...Patrick and Erin were wonderful.

Incredible tour! We visited Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Emerald Lake, the Spiral Tunnel overlook, and waterfalls. We had 30 - 60 minutes to walk around at each location, giving ample time for photos and to stretch your legs. Lunch at Emerald Lake was very good, and we had nearly 90 minutes there to eat and hike. The driver and guide were informative and helpful, and the bus was luxurious -- large windows, comfy seats, plug-in to charge devices, nice onboard bathroom. Water and snacks were also provided at appropriate times. I had high expectations prior to the trip, and my expectations were exceeded in every way. Highest recommendation.

Even though a couple parks were closed because we went so late in the season, this tour was wonderful! Our tour guide, I believe his name was Tim, was so knowledgeable and had such a nice demeanor in delivering his info. Covered the history of how this beautiful area was discovered and some facts about those explorers who did so. We had plenty of time at each stop to explore as we wished and to take pictures. The lunch we had included in price was surprisingly delicious! I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. Saw so many points of interest we had heard about all in one day. The coach was very comfortable and our tour guide and his assistant had bottled water and snacks for us. Would definitely do it again if we are ever back in Banff.

This tour was wonderful from start to finish! It was one of the most well-organized trip that we have ever done. We were picked up/dropped off at our hotel by a taxi and taken to the main location where the tours leave from. The tour was run by Brewster Tour Company, which has a huge presence in the area. _br/_ The coach was very comfortable. Our bus driver, Linda and her assistant tour host, Rebecca could not have been more accommodating!_br/_ Linda was a very safe driver and so knowledgable. There were water bottles available and a snack mid morning. Lunch was included as part of the tour orders were taken in advance so the meals would be ready when we arrived. There were 3 choices: hamburger, chicken or a veggie burger, with accompaniments, and it was a delicious lunch. More than enough time was allotted for each stop on the tour._br/_ We were taken to places that we would not have been able to get to on our own, either because we would not have known about them or because getting there and parking would have been an issue. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Banff and we would highly recommend it!

The places we saw were very beautiful, but we were a bit disappointed that the tour was not as described. We did not travel on the Bow valley Parkway and when I mentioned it to the guide she said they never do that. We only had 40 mins at most stops and especially at Lake Louise this was not enough to take photos and use washrooms and get drinks. Other reviewers said they had an hour at each stop. We were 30 mins late starting because they forgot to pick up some people but we still finished 30 mins earlier than I was expecting so the trip was 8.5 hours not 9.5 you advertised.The tour guide said the fact that they started late would not mean we missed out on anything but I don't think that was correct.

Our tour guide, Nicole, and bus driver also guide, Genesis, were fabulous. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The tour delivered much more than I expected in terms of the number of sights. I enjoyed being on the bus and not have to try and park in what were some very congested spots. Beautiful scenery. Great Tour! We never would have seen half these places if we were on our own. No driving. No trying to find a parking spot. Just get off the bus and enjoy. There was plenty of time at each spot.

It is probably the BEST option if you have few days in Banff. I had only 2 days, and this tour gave me the chance to see the most important and beautiful places the national park has to offer. Guides are great, funny and very well informed. You get around 1 hour to wander at each place. Food was good. Highly recommended, the most beautiful views I've seen in my whole life, a UNIQUE place.
