The Brewster driver was good. Just didn't get to pickup his name. He was quiet, but was ready to answer any questions we had. Thank you for a great, quiet ride. It gave us a chance to focus on our next set of plans, etc..

The time given to us by your booking agent was incorrect and when we arrived from our flight we were told that we had to wait an extra hour-travelling with infants is difficult enough. If we had the correct time in the first place we would have considered an alternate flight. On this trip we travelled extensively- but this simple transfer from airport in Calgary to Hotel in Banff was by far the most expensive (double most others) for no apparent reason. Just not good value or organization.

A very comfortable coach and driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thoroughly enjoyed going to the various stops along the way as it gave me a bit of an insight as to where I would be going during the next few days.
