Our first day in Banff was wonderful. The scenery from the top of the mountain was spectacular and the boat ride was perfect but maybe unnecessary. Our guides, Andy and Jessel, were informative and loads of fun. This is a great way to spend the day.

Loved this tour. It was our first full day in Banff and this tour gave us a great overview and showed us our way around the area. Clayton our driver/guide was excellent. Alex our host was fabulous. They took great care of us. Highly recommend it.

Wow wonderful way to start a visit to Banff.great guide ,gondola and cruise great and everything was beautiful...all the information we needed to have a great stay...FYI tours will leave you in town so you can have dinner there before retiring and there is a lot of live music in town in the evenings...

I felt like this tour was a great exposure to the Banff area. Good intro. I opted for the extra boat cruise add on which was so worth it._br/_ Pace was good. Never felt like we dwelled too long at any one place. Smoke was definitely a bummer but that can't be controlled. Its 1/2 a day so eat a big breakfast. A lunch stop isn't really possible.

A great way to become familiar with Banff. We were taken to places like the Art Center and Tunnel Mountain Road that we wouldn't have found on our own. Great narration by the driver on a comfortable bus.

Really brilliant; saw all of the main sites in Banff-_br/_ stunning views!! Guides really excellent, both Dave and Alex on the coach and Colin and Justin on the cruise; friendly and informative! Could have done with time allotted to grab some lunch as tour ran 8-2pm, however some snacks were provided.

Great time and tour and guides were great. Don't forget to re-confirm befoe pick up, even if you paid in advance they won't call you or pick you up.. I found it odd since my hotel is 1 block from their office and calling the hotel would have been easy to confirm or arrange a refund but instead they drove right on by. We had to catch up in a cab. Otherwise good time. Be prepared to tip them too.

Our tour guide/bus driver Andy made this trip fun. He gave us so much relevant information while we cruised along. His timing was good for the Gondola and we were on a 9am trip up the mountain - thus avoiding crowds. We had ample time at the few other places we stopped and really enjoyed this way of seeing Banff. The only problem we had was a very smelly passenger with horrific B.O. on the bus - can't win 'me all!

This was a great way to learn about the city and find your way around for the rest of our stay. The staff at the tour bus was fantastic and they really took their time to answer questions and give information. They stayed on schedule and the bus was very clean and relaxing. This is a great way to start a stay in Banff.

A great tour, which took you to some interesting places - e.g. the gondola, Lake Minnewanka - but as a 'city sightseeing' we'd have liked a little more about the town and its history. The driver-guide and host were fab and the coach was very comfortable. We didn't feel rushed at any point, which does sometimes happen with these off-and-on-again type tours. We very much enjoyed it. We paid for the Lake cruise - very enjoyable!

We could only complete the gondolar ride on this tour but really enjoyed the bus trip out there. There is an amazing view from the top and the guide took us for beautiful walks further up the mountain. Really good souvenir and coffee shops here. However we had to get back into town because although we had a Heli trip booked for 2.30pm initially we were told we had to be at pick up at 12.00pm and our ride was at 1pm.
