Lunch and Snorkel Sail in Barbados

Barbados, Barbados

Snorkel over shipwrecks in Carlisle Bay and swim with sea turtles in Payne’s Bay on this lunch cruise in Barbados. Hop aboard the ‘Jolly Roger’ schooner for 4 hours of fun, including rope swinging, plank walking and conga dancing with fellow partygoers. You’ll enjoy a barbecue buffet lunch and unlimited drinks from the open bar, including delicious rum punch! Hotel pickup and drop-off are included.

After hotel pickup, meet your friendly captain and crew aboard the Jolly Roger. This comfortable schooner offers plenty of space for socializing, including a top deck for sunbathing and shade from the heat of the day. Set sail for Carlisle Bay, a marine park where you’ll stop for a snorkel and swim over several sunken ships. Then your captain steers up the west coast to Payne’s Bay for a chance to swim with sea turtles and feed the fish.

After snorkeling, enjoy a great party on board with the opportunity to rope swing or walk the plank. A fresh barbecue buffet lunch is cooked to order, including your choice of sirloin steak, grilled tuna or baked chicken along with macaroni pie, vegetable rice, steamed vegetables, tossed salad, corn, coleslaw and garlic bread!

Enjoy unlimited drinks from the open bar; the famous Jolly Roger rum punch will put you in the spirit for a pirate wedding and conga line. When you’ve returned safely to shore, you’ll be dropped off at to your hotel.

Of all the waters we encountered on our cruise, Barbados have the cleanest and crystal clear water in the area. The Pirate Ship ride was good with the snorkeling above the wrecked ship quite an experience. Lunch was great but the party scene could have been much better than advertised.

Great experience. Food was acceptable authentic bajan cuisine and the ship was well maintained.

I give this only four stars just for the fact that lunch was horrible and they rushed us at our destinations for snorkeling. I almost felt at one point like they were yelling at us to hurry hurry hurry. Opt for the hamburger and skip the steak or chicken. Jumping off the ship, was a blast though.

Very fun party boat. The rum punch was great, drinks were available for the entire cruise. For the lunch I had the steak, it was very nice and soft. I really enjoyed the first stop at Carlisle Bay where we snorkeled above the shipwreck. There were always crew members in the water with us and there was also a lifeguard on board keeping an eye out. We only saw one turtle though when we were getting back on the ship. The second stop at Payne's Bay was also nice, where we got to walk the plank and jump off the rope. On the way back the party began. We danced and drank on the top deck. A crew member was also taking pics of everyone on the ship and they are supposed to email them to everyone. Great boat experience. Highly recommend.

Did not enjoy the tour. Too much hassle with it. From one date to another and so on. A third date before we actually attended. By that time was not impressed.

The four of us had a great trip. We loved snorkeling over the shipwreck and with the turtles. We all walked the plank and swing on the rope swing. The lunch was nice also.

I really enjoyed this trip, the crew were friendly, the food was pretty good and the swimming areas were fantastic and we got to see turtles. Not having sea legs I was pretty sea sick and nauseous the whole trip and couldn't take advantage of the free bar but really enjoyed it nonetheless. transfers were prompt though the driver a little curt not as friendly a disposition as i'd got accustomed to in Barbados. Megan was great with her communications as we wanted to change dates and it all went through no issues. Very much a party boat and a couple of the other guests left a lot to be desired...not one for small children.

What a blast! My wife and I went on this trip and we weren't completely sure what to expect. However we ended up having a great time. The snorkeling is a little bit short at the first location, which has a wrecked tow boat under it, but it's still more than enough time to explore. The second dive location isn't amazing in terms of view, but you get to play on the gangplank and that more than makes up for it. The rum/beer flows at your pace so keep that in mind, and the food is enjoyable. Then to top it all off when you head back, they drive a little slower and the whole boat turns into a dance party.
