Our flight arrived late due to weather in Florida. The driver was still waiting with a smile on his face. Full of helpful information. Our flight out was very early and he said he would make sure we had him for the return to the airport. He arrive right in time (3:30am) and still with a smile on his face asking is out our adventures.

I recently used this company for my airport transfers from the Airport to a Zone 2 hotel in Bridgetown. This was my first trip to Barbados. As a female traveling alone and arriving late at night 11 pm I was a little anxious about getting from the airport to the hotel. Prior to booking, Viator connected me with Sarah from the transfer company in Barbados. I found Sarah to be very helpful and reassuring so I booked my transfer immediately after speaking with her. My transfer driver Corey was waiting for me at the airport upon arrival with a sign and found me in the hotel lobby on time for an early departure 4am as I had arranged. He was very friendly and easy to talk with and he shared some interesting facts about the island. The van was large and comfortable to ride in and Corey provided a smooth relaxing ride. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if I find myself in Barbados in the future. Thank you for the great service!!!!!

No one at the airport to pick us up last night when we arrived. I had to hire a taxi to get to our hotel. Not a good experience in the middle of the night. Ended up paying twice for hotel transfer. I will not use these people again. Probably have to hire another taxi to transfer back to airport next week.

My flight was delayed and didn't end up coming in till the next day. They made it very easy and made me feel very comfortable about changing the plans. It was wonderful getting of the plane and having a ride all set up and not having to deal with a taxi and fees in a country I didn't know what to expect.

My trip to Barbados was for a for a destination. Although this was just a transfer from the airport, l enjoyed this tour. The driver took the time to describe the island, places to eat and where the locals go to have a good time! That same night l did go to the place that was suggested by the driver. This was prearranged by the bride! Driver was on time and personable. Price was reasonable. _br/_ I definitely recommend this tour.

Transfers were great but Jet Blue had mechanical problems causing me to miss my connecting flight. Left yesterday and won and #39;t be home until late this afternoon. Not cool, missing a day of work.

The pick up from the airport was fine. However, on the return no one ever showed up at the hotel. It was 2:30 AM and I had confirmed the early departure a few days before. Had to call a taxi. Loved Barbados...friendly people and the warmest, clearest water.

Pickup at the airport went well. The driver for this pick up turned out to be our driver on a later tour as well. Very personable guy. However, the pickup to return to the airport a week later didn't go so well. We were told they would confirm with us 2 days before. Never happened. We had to call them. Then the day of we were picked up 50 minutes late with no notification or explanation. Thankfully we had the 50 minutes in our schedule so we weren't rushed.

Considering the Driver did not know who I was but thought I was the person he was supposed to pick up as he stated and watched me exit the terminal, sit down, go back to entrance, make a phone and sit back down without ever approaching me was a bit annoying as i had to waste time and calling the office.

This is an excellent company. Our trip in Barbados began and ended with the transfer copmany. I hired this company through Viator for transport to and from our resort. Upon arrival Ryan Turney, safely transported us to our destination, he gave us a brief history of Barbados and provided information along the route about various landmarks. We actually used this company for other tours while on the island. Our trip ended with the tour company and our friend Kwame transported us to the Airport. _br/_ I give this company Five stars and a high Five and a fist bump!

My flight was delayed multiple times and I was unable to contact the tour company, but they were there to meet meet me even though I was over 5 hours late. I was picked up on time to go back to the airport two days later. My return pick up couldn't have run more smoothly.

Our transfer from the airport to the hotel and back went very smoothly. Our driver, Jervis at your service! met us and waited patiently as we filled out paperwork for missing baggage and gave us a nice narration about the island as we drove to our destination. He arrived promptly back at the agreed upon pickup time for the return trip, was kind enough to make a quick stop for a sandwich en route. A pleasant and professional experience.

The plane landed early so the shuttle was not there. The airport taxi/dispatcher sent us in a very small taxi that supposedly worked with this local shuttle operator. The driver was nice, but we were very squashed. We had dnot even gone 3 mins and our driver so Oh there is your shuttle it was a very nice van, wish they had let us wait for a nicer ride. On the return. We were told Noon pickup. At 12:15 we phoned, again they sent another small taxi for us. Not very comfortable ride back to the airport. Drivers were very nice, not their fault.

Taxi driver had two passengers but only showed one name (not mine!) on his card at the pick-up area. My phone won't work abroad, so I couldn't call for help. A kind man from the Hilton Hotel called the office and found out that the driver was at the airport waiting for me. The driver had my name--on the wrong side of the card! While waiting for the other passenger. I went to get something to eat. There was only one place nearby, "Chefette", with a very long line. They did not tell me that pizza took 7 minutes to cook. so I was delayed again (but this is not a problem for Viator--just warn future customers!) No problems getting to the hotel at last.

My transfer took all the worry out of finding my way to my resort from the airport and back. The Viator driver was waiting for me when I arrived with a sign, and on my return trip at 5:00 am, was waiting for me at the resort 15 minutes before I was due to be picked up. The driver was friendly and very helpful, providing information about his beautiful island during the ride to the resort.

Lovely to walk out of airport and see lady with the tour operator's sign. Comfortable, air conditioned transport to the hotel. Confirmed collection date and time the day before pick-up only to have a call 20 minutes later from driver to say he was at front of hotel - moment of confusion and slight panic, but the next day he was there (as booked) and I enjoyed a subsequent smooth trip to the airport.

I was glad to have prearranged the airport transfer which made the trip run smoothly. We were picked up at the airport and driven to our hotel by a warm, knowledgeable person who was very excited to show us his beloved Barbados. Our return to the airport was even better because we had the same person come and pick us up. So, we had an abundance of things to discuss with him about ie., laws, roundabouts etc. Viator offers not only airport transfers, but guided tours to a variety of attractions. We enjoyed our experience with them.

I was collected from the airport after a short 10 minute wait and had a mini-bus to myself for the drive to my west coast aparthotel. The driver was cheerful and friendly and kindly waited for me to check-in then drove me the couple of streets to my accommodation. For the return journey, I was collected on time by a pleasant woman who was chatty, friendly and efficient. I will use Viator again.
