Excellent to be able to use the public transport to and from the airport. I did not use the card as much as I thought because the bus tour also gives you a discount book for some the same but there were others I decided to see instead. But you need to plan ahead as some of the places have set bookings per time slot. Over all excellent choice.

The BCN 3 card is a great idea if you use it for the amount of days you paid for it. We only used for one full day out of the three only because we didn't pick up at airport on day of arrival. From Barceló Raval, we had to hoof it to Catalunya Square the next afternoon to get the card. We weren't able to really research all the freebies/discounts and so we just visited Sagreda Familia and the discount was for the headsets which we declined. We did enjoy the subway system and there are plenty of buses to get you around the city. Better preparation on our part would have given us better use of this card.

We ordered a 3 day card, but our plans were upset by the one day strike, so we couldn't get the card till the next day as tourist information, metro and museums were all closed._br/_ However, I think we got our money's worth as we managed to visit 6 museums for free, and use the metro for 2 days. If we had had that extra day would have been really good value- if you like museums._br/_ The Miro museum and the Frederic Mares museum were our favourites, also the museum of Art of Catalonia is very impressive if you like medieval art._br/_ Couldn't get into Sagrada Familia or Park Guell as they were fully booked, but not included in the ticket anyway. You definitely need to book for the Gaudi sights. The metro is very easy to use, but we couldn't fathom out the buses, so didn't try them.

The card works if you can figure out the bus system, so we ended up taking the metro. This is a working place of pick -pocketers so beware! My husband got his picked so it made for an upsetting situation that has taken months to correct. I would avoid the metro and the card and spend your money on a taxi.

Ok brought the 5 day card, first day tried to collect at the bus station, after waiting 1hour for the person to come back from lunch we. Were told oh it's after 3 pm even thought it clearly stated you could collect cards until 5pm come back tomorrow so we lost a day metro use should have only brought the 4 day. Anyway next day we were able to collect from a different information centre no trouble. Seems good value and good to have a preloaded metro card

Discounts with card at tourist sites do not apply if you are a senior or traveling with a child 12 or under. We are both and found the card not useful. Museum portion does not get you to the head of the line and card cannot be use to make an online reservation. Museums like the Picasso museum had a long line, a reservation would have been helpful. As you plan your days in Barcelona keep long wait times in mind. Head of the line card would probably been better.

Very exciting tour we learned more about Barcelona with this bus tour than any other way however, when the weather is very hot, travelers are torn between sitting on the top of the bus because one can see so much better versus remaining on the bottom level where it is not as hot but one cannot see as well. So remind your customers to bring or wear appropriate clothing especially HATS!

This is not a tour, but I would say that Barcelona's city railway system is one of the best in the world. I got the Barcelona Card unlimited rides for 6 days, and it made me go more places. I love this option, as it is not an available in all places in the world. I am currently in Beijing, and their system does not allow for such. Check it out online, and see what you think.

I actually purchased this for the metro card and transport to and from the airport. The metro card worked perfectly and we had no issues, but we ended up taking the aerobus for the airport transport which we had to pay for separately and never actually used the Barcelona Card because it really only includes museums and only small discounts. I would say it isn't worth the expense.

Works well with no issues but airport location closes early so be prepared if you flight arrives late. Also, location at Plaza de Cataluña is difficult to find if you do follow the instructions provided. Just look for the stairs across the crazy busy street from the store- NOT in front of the store. The line is long but moves fast. I saw a lot and it was a great savings. Bus ticket alone is worth the price as Barcelona transportation system is faster, cleaner, easier and cheaper than taxi service!

We didn't use the discount card much, but having all transportation included really made a difference. We took the train or a bus everywhere. Having the card also got us into the Picasso Museum when it was sold out. Very helpful!

The Barcelona card is a good value. We used the public transportation and got into the Xocolate Museum, which was fun. The only drawback was that our flight landed after the kiosk at the airport was closed so we were unable to pick up our card and use it until the next day. We had to take a taxi to our hotel instead of using public transportation. Public transportation in Barcelona is reliable.

Saved us a lot of hassle and queuing, and probably money. We used countless buses, metro and trams and got into 3 museums free. If you buzz around, on and off wheels regularly, then I'm sure this is the one for you. Lots of discounts through it. If you plan do a lot of walking just in the central area, then maybe not.

It is good if you're planning to use Barcelona metro to go here and there. But there's another alternative check on Barcelona touristic bus which like hop on hop off bus they have two different companies to choose in Barcelona that will gives you all the sightseeing spots and they gave you discount voucher to some of the sightseeing spots.

The Barcelona Card is really a waste of money unless you plan on riding the Metro often. The admission discounts are only for the minor attractions and the restaurants were difficult to find. Buying a multi trip pass for the Metro would be my choice next time in Barcelona. The Hop on Hop off bus is the best way to get a full scope of the city.
