The problem with this tour was the bad guide named Frank who was mostly unintelligible, although very well informed. The places shown are better seen individually. It is a tour of two and a half hours and seems to be waste of money. The palace was shown as a drive by without any stoppage..

Great overview of Brussels. Really good for the first day of the first visit. If you've been before or done other tours, I might skip this one.

It is very fast paced, but worth it. You get to visit one of the oldest malls and chocolate factories. I wish there was more time to walk around and explore, but for what it was, it was nice.

I was not extremely happy with this tour of the city. I felt that it could have been better or maybe I was led to believe we would have more walking of city center Brussels. We walked over the Grand Place in Brussels and then got on a bus. I thought we would have seen the manneken pis or hit a couple highlights of the historic area, but we didn't. I was also hoping the bus would have stopped a couple times to allow folks to take pictures, but also was not the case. This tour needs to be extended by an hour and really showcase Brussels. Not enough time and everything felt extremely rushed.

This was a very average tour. I saw the main highlights of Belgium but was disappointed we did not get off the tour bus enough.

An absolute must, me and my son had a really limited time in Brussels and this one almost summed up everything for us. If you don't have time to visit everything on your own take this one really worth it!

Amazing experience! Tour departed on time, our guide was very knowledgeable and immediately started to tell us very interesting things about Brussels and Belgium. It was very nice to see so many sites in just a few hours, I would really recommend to do this tour at the beginning of your holiday as it gives you a great orientation of the city. We started visiting the main square, and then jumped on our minibus to visit the rest of the attractions. Minibus was nice and cozy, and we saw many interesting sites while heading to our next stop: the atomium. We had time to take some pictures in front of the automium, before to head to the cinquantenaire park and then back to the starting point.

The tour company was meant to pick us up from a hotel we nominated. We were there 15 mins prior and saw nobody. At the time the tour started, I still hadn't heard, and had to ask the hotel reception for help. They then told me the tour might be cancelled because it was raining. However, a bus did come by and picked us up, dropped us off with the rest of our group which had already started. The tour was half in English/Spanish which wasn't great. It wasn't a great tour- don't bother with this one.

We took the half day city tour of Brussels 2200DEB01 in the afternoon with Bruno on August 19, 2017. It was supposed to be in English but someone in the group wanted spanish so the tour guide did both langauges which was annoying and took away from information the rest of the group could have received. We went to the Basilica and we're left off for 30 minutes to look around on our own while our guide stayed behind with the bus driver. He really should have accompanied us and given us information. _br/_ We drove around and looked at other parts other city, and went to see the Atomium from a distance. We drove past a chocolate_br/_ factory which was the main thing I wanted to see and was advertised as a stop but he just pointed it out as we drove past. Shockingly our half day tour ended after a little over 2 hours. What a rip off. Avoid this tour and and hire a taxi to take you on a drive of the city. . You will save a bunch of money and will probably see as much if not more.

I'd really like more stops at the individual places.... it says half day tour but in reality it is only 2-3 hours long.

This tour was not very good. The guide smoked the entire time and it was blowing right in your face.It was rushed and we just drove past almost everything really fast and from a distance. The tour I signed up for was in English but it was a tour in 3 languages and I could barely understand his English.

Horrible This tour was led by a very aged lady who reminded me of a horrible, uninspired, boring history teacher. I love history and traveling, and I had a hard time staying awake. Thank goodness we did the chocolate demonstration and that wasn't led by her. A couple left the tour half way through I don't blame them, and she talked bad about them for the rest of the tour. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Maybe they had to be somewhere... maybe they didn't want to listen to your horrible tour. It was also half in English, half in Spanish. The guide's primary language was Spanish and she definitely enbellished in her own language--I am bilingual, but my husband was not. I felt we got cheated.

A good tour to learn about Brussels and its importance to the European Union. The guide, Frank, was not very good. But the sights were great. Wish his explanations were good too. The city is lovely and has much to offer. This is a good way to see Brussels in a short time.

I was not crazy about this tour it was difficult to take pictures from the bus and I felt it would been better to be able to stop at each location and get out of the bus and see more of Brussels

It was mainly a bus tour. It was hard to see the city from the bus. Would recommend the Hop on Hop off bus instead. The AC broke on the bus and the company would not send a replacement. It was cooler outside then in the bus. The tour was with multiple languages, so the tour guide had to repeat themselves 2 to 3 times. Would recommend to the company to brake up the tour by language and to have audio units for each person on the tour. I really liked that they picked me up from my hotel, but didn't take me back to the hotel.

Kind of boring being on a bus for the entire tour with a few minutes at some sites for pictures. The Chocolate part of the tour was nice.

This was not the best tour, we were under the impression it would be a group no larger than 25. It was over 40 and the guide indicated concern about this often as we were on the tour. As a result of the large group it seemed much time was spent with the guide repeating the information in several languages to accommodate the preferences of language for the group. No microphone was used during the walking part of the tour so it was very hard to hear what she was saying-mics are probably not allowed in the square but with this many people trying to get around one person to hear, it was difficult. The stop at chocolate shop was great and informative, samples limited but again due to size, two groups were established to go into the small space, leaving 25 minutes of idle time. Due to this added time at the chocolate shop, time was taken from the visit at the Atomium-we had time to go out, take a photo and get back. This was disappointing as it was the only time we were able to get out to the site. Once on the bus, a microphone was used and it was much easier to hear, yet it was hard to know what she was talking about since she had to state it in 3 different languages my the time she got to ours, often the spot of interest was past. While we have been on others like this and expect some of these issues, my main concern was the size. The number in the group made it difficult for the guide to manage and to share information with this size of group. I commend her for trying. I may also point out that the meeting place staff were not too pleasant, likely due to the fact that they were very busy with calls and bookings for other tours. The space was crowded. This may not be the best spot to meet for this tour if staff are not easily available to address questions.

Frank was not the most informative guide and the tour is given in four languages so there is a lot of time that you are standing around waiting and not getting a lot of information.

Our guide, Jasmin spelling? was very informative and friendly. She accommodated everyone in the group by speaking English, Spanish, French and I think even German. Impressive! After walking everywhere earlier in my trip London and Paris it was welcomed rest for my feet to be in the minivan.

We almost 90 rode at the tour bus for the city viist. I think it would be better if it can stay 10mins for each sightseeing spots instaed viisting on the van. Well, I almost forgot what I visited. About the language levels of the tour guide, it is quite difficult to hear what he said in English, the voice is low pitch a bit probably.

Tour was mediocre. Unclear instructions on arrival. I set to be picked up at the hotel. I Ubered from Quick in the City Center to the hotel i was getting picked up from. I then was told that they wouldn't pick me up and to go to the hotel right across from the Quick that ride they paid for. Tour wasn't too great. Best part was Parliamentarium stop, which had nothing to do with our guide.

Again, the hotel pickup delayed for 20 mins. I was asked to wait at the hotel at 9am and the pickup only happened 9:22am. I have to raise this concern as it didn't happen to all 3 tours I booked in London in Sept. After arriving the gathering point, we were waiting outside the tour office and standing there for another 30min before we could see the guide._br/_ The tour duration is supposed to be 2.5 hours but the tour only started after 10:15am was 9:45am indicated in the original plan and ended at 12pm. The impression I had for Brussels city after less than 2 hours touring is very minimum but I know it could have richer in contents. More opportunities could have been given to let visitors to get down from the bus to view on site rather than just see from a moving bus. The surrounding of Grand Place could be toured and introduced and not only just 10 min at the Grand Place itself.

A great way to visit the important and scenic sights of an old city like Brussels. The coach tour provided a comfy way to move around the city and view the Atomium, Asian Gardens, and the city's palace. We love the town square very much, day or night, just splendid.
