It was great. It included all the museums I wanted to see and it saved a lot of money.

I would not purchase the Brussels card in future. The information desk in the City Hall Square is hard to find, and the staff who exchanged my voucher were grudging at best. I had purchased the Brussels card online before reading the fine print. My visit was from Sunday noon until Tuesday noon. I did not know all the museums were closed Mondays, so I got to see exactly one, for which the Brussels card was useful. That was it. I tried to purchase a discounted Metro pass but that involved various code numbers that a tourist does not necessarily carry around. The Brussels card cost 30 euros and it saved me possibly 5 euros. A big disappointment. The coupons in the booklet might be helpful to some but not to me.

Definitely choose this card. Don't visit anything without it!

Sorry when booking miscommunication with what I was ordering. Thought this included the hop on hop off bus tour. However, I was able to correct the problem via the phone in time.Really did not use the Brussels Card, but told a lot of the museums were closed.

NOTE....the certificate for this card has to be redeemed at the tourism office located near St. Michaels church....it is very small and not to easy to find...

Review by:   Melissa C,    February 2016 Review: 2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better
Most places were closed on the Monday so I couldn't visit them.

Good value for money.

Horrible!!! we never got to use the card. It took us hours to find the place to pick up a piece of paper that could have been e-mailed to me, not a card. The Holocaust Museum was closed, so why do you list it????_br/_ The streets are very confusing and easy to get lost. I chose a bad place to visit.....

Worked very well for me. Had entry to several museums and Hop on Hop off bus.

Not included any public transport, not worth it. !!

We hardly used this card so I would recommend it only if you are staying more than two days.

Review by:   Stephanie E,    June 2015 Review: 2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better
Turns out there was no public transport included! Also not as good as the Paris Pass...

Hello,

Review by:   David W,    February 2015 Review: 5 star rating: Highly Recommended
The Brussels card was a brilliant asset to our trip. It gave us free transport around and free or discounted entry into the places we wanted to visit. The only negative thing I found was trying find the actual tourist office where I had to collect them from as signage was poor. The card is a defiant if you are taking a trip.

Review by:   Robert H,    December 2014 Review: 3 star rating: Worth doing
The trains, buses, all public transportation was on strike on Monday, one of the three days of our scheduled use of the 72 hours of the card. We felt like we paid for nothing! Especially since all of the Museums were also closed on Monday. This information would have been helpful prior to our purchase!

Very useful to have to visit different museums... but you can also buy the same card in Bruxelles for a similar price

the most flexible way to see Brussels - worth every dime!!!

Review by:   Akyra D,    October 2014 Review: 4 star rating: Recommended
It made it so easy to just go from museum to museum. I also feel like most of the museums preferred if you had the card. Having unlimited access to public transportation was also very helpful. Most of the museums are small so you have the chance to see a lot of them and it helps that they are fairly close together.

24hr card is waste of time with kids. can't see any more then 2 or 3 places in one day

Review by:   KAMILA B,    September 2014 Review: 5 star rating: Highly Recommended
We loved this card! Free entry to so many Museums, free fares and discounts. It was brilliant._br/_ The only inconvenience is that you cannot order it to a hotel or place of residence, but you have to collect it - and there are only 2 locations to do that. They also keep regular working hours which sucks if you want to go sightseeing from early morning, or you arrive in the evening :(

The card was useful and we went to a few museums and travelled on the metro. Will buy them again.

Review by:   billneelin,    August 2014 Review: 5 star rating: Highly Recommended
A great way to travel on the Metro and the added benefit of reduced admission to many venues.

Transport and museum passes worked well. _br/_ The savings vs. price for locations and attractions evened out , but only if one takes advantage of what is offered via discounts and free entry.

We purchased a 72 hour card and really got our monies worth! Used it at as many museums and transportations that we could fit in! Good value!

Review by:   Cristobal F,    March 2014 Review: 5 star rating: Highly Recommended
The card was very useful and cost effective. You had access to some good venues and discounts in others. I can say that not all off the museums were as great but the card allowed to go into places that otherwise i would have not seen

The trip was very good. However too much to see and not enough time...Maybe some other time?

We loved Brussels and the card worked great for us and we were able to use it on Christmas Day as the transportation was running and some of the Museums were open. Definitely worth the money spent!

This is a wonderful and very useful tool to use visiting a new city. Viator cost is very reasonable. The card enables you to use public transportation and visit most museum and places of interest. I wouldn't go without one!

very easy to use great transport system and lots of things to do

Review by:   Viliyana A,    June 2013 Review: 5 star rating: Highly Recommended
I loved Brussels!!! There are so many cool places and museums and the Brussels Card is totally worth buying!!! Museums are not expensive but with the Card you can go to each of them as many times as you like. Most of them only work between 10AM and 5PM though and are closed on Mondays. And some of the participating venues are even closed on Tuesdays as well as on Mondays. If you want to visit the Botanical Garden you should probably avoid visiting Brussels on Monday and Tuesday... :)

Not necessary save any money because when I pick up the voucher at tourist office at Grand place. The staff does not even recognize the voucher. I got it teemed but the guide book has no map coo related with the attraction. It is not user friendly. I have bought and used city pass to visit over 15 major international cities. This guide book is the worst to navigate.

Review by:   Shan,    February 2013 Review: 5 star rating: Highly Recommended
A lot of free museum tours and free public transport for 48 hours. Definitely worth it! I just wish that the participating restaurants offered discounts instead of just free beer or coffee.

The Brussels card was great, with only two full days in Brussels and a long list of places to visit it saved a lot of time and money. The book that came with the card was also very helpful along with the free city map.

Ok. We went to 3 museums in the afternoon but did not use the transportation card. I would not recommend the card ard unless you planned on using the card first thing in the morning and wanted to figure out using the public transportation system. Tourist office was very crowded when we arrived.

I found the Brussels card to be excellent value for money and easy to use on the transport systems. All the attractions are easily accessible and admission was speedy. I would recommend it to anyone planning to travel to Brussels.

Great value. Allows you access to public transport, discounts at museums, restaurants and pubs. Even includes admission to certain museums and facilities.

Great Value for Money! Plenty of things to do with the card that's provided, saw a significant savings and made it much easier not to have to spend on door entries.

We visited the museums we had wanted to see then went to a few more since they were included. Who knew the Musical Instruments Museum would be so interesting? We went because of the architecture and ended up really getting involved._br/_ I found that the Brussels card and booklet weren't as easy to use as the IAmsterdam card.

As the first time, a year ago, I loved Brussels. Art Deco in architecture, Rene Magritte - the beauty I can relate to, and even more...

Review by:   Claire T,    March 2012 Review: 4 star rating: Recommended
The card was very good and included lots of places - if you aren;t into museums I wouldn't recommend it. Having the transport with it was great as helped us to get round the places. I have found other city passes more helpful - as in they have numbered the things you can do in the book and then put the numbers on the mpa - which helped a lot, however this one was not like this. Just meant we had to use our brains more, which after the fabulous Beer in Brussels was sometimes a task :)_br/_ All in all I would recommend this pass.

The card for the U-Bahn was well worth the money. The Atomium was a joke but Mini Europe was very good. I did not have enough time to fully use the card but I like the idea of it as in Paris and Dublin etc. really good idea.

Review by:   Anne K,    May 2011 Review: 4 star rating: Recommended
Even if you end up spending more on the card than you would have on admissions, it's a bargain. Clutching the card in your hot little hand allows you to bypass the pesky lines at the major museums, and lets you into a lot of the small ones. You also get unlimited transportation on all metro, trams, and buses, saving the hassle of buying individual tickets.
