This was extremely helpful to have someone waiting for you at arrivals and quickly take you to your hotel.The driver was friendly and waited despite our flight delay. However, after spending time in Curacao I find that the price is almost double than a normal taxi. Taxis are indeed quite expensive in Curacao, but this was definitely a price gouge. If you are spending a few days it is more economical to rent a car.

I booked a transfer from Hato to my hotel. I've never seen the transfer and when an other taxi called Viator to ask if my transfer was coming, they told her to take me to my hotel, because nobody was coming to pick me up. Very very bad service and now i've paid twice…!

The best thing we did to start our trip. After long day of travel, it was great to have our taxi driver waiting us. Saved time and energy of finding one. Also saved total of $60 ($30 each way for 2 people) by booking thru viator!

This was perfect. It was easy to find the driver and would have cost the same as getting a taxi- if you can figure out how and where. There nothing like entering a foreign country and having to worry about how your going to get to your hotel. I definitely recommend booking in advance!
