It was a good tour. One of the best bits was that we skipped the line to get in. Saved us hours of queuing in the heat. The guide was knowledgeable and very informative. Lunch was pretty good too.

The tour guide was incredible! What an experience! The driver almost fell asleep at the wheel on the way home, at least it looked that way. I made a comment and that seemed to wake him up. Kind of scary! But the guide was absolutely amazing. Spoke fluent English and easy to understand, got waters for us throughout the day, navigated the sites and the people for us. Really good experience!

This tour was brilliant and all I could have asked for. Raza, the driver, was early to pick me up from my hotel and stopped for refreshment along the long drive. My guide, Asif, met us in Agra. Both explained all I would need to know and Asif was attentive and thoroughly knowledgeable. ☆☆☆☆☆

My mother and I had a great time on this trip! Our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable and we loved hearing his stories. Our tour guide was a great photographer and helped us take incredible photos. We also really loved lunch at the restaurant Indiana.

I would definitely recommend this tour! The driver and tour guide were awesome. The Indiana restaurant where we had lunch was delicious. I am from Indiana so I got a kick out of the name._br/_ The drive back and forth from Delhi to Agra was quite an experience, but worth it. We were picked up from our hotel and dropped off safely. Great job guys!

We loved our day trip to Agra. Our driver Raza was absolutely brilliant and is a credit to Viator. He was even able to add on a trip to Fatephur Sikri at the very last minute. We felt in very good hands with Raza. Thank you!!

This was a great tour. A driver Raza picked me up at my hotel exactly on time. The drive to Agra was quick with a pitstop about mid point. Then the tour of Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. The Taj Mahal was beyond anything I ever imagined. With the driver and my tour guide, I always felt safe.

Excellent car, driver, and guide. This is an excellent way to see the Taj Mahal and Fort in a one day excursion from Delhi. Our guide was terrific, and was fine when we politely informed him we had no interest in purchasing a rug or any other craft item in Agra. Be prepared for horrendous traffic on your re-entry to Delhi, but, that's Delhi!

Congratulations on a fabulous trip !!

Incredible tour of Taj Mahal and Agra fort. The Taj Mahal must be seen in person to get the total perspective of its beauty. The transport driver and tour guide were very good. They also took me to a few artisan shops where I saw stones being shaped just like those inlaid in the Taj. Excellent overall tour.

driver was on the phone constantly, which does not help in crazy india traffic. i rejected the offer of a sales tour, and than all of a sudden the tour was ended early. Taj was great, but not thx to Viator_br/_ so, not a good as previous tour and not worth the money. there are better and cheaper tours available.

An excellent experience and well explained by tour guide. Drive is a testing one from Delhi due to traffic but driver handled in brilliantly. It is a long day and probably does not need the visit to the Persian carpet showroom. The Taj and Red Fort are sufficient on their own.

This was an excellent tour! Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and took great care of my group. He brought us around to the best photo spots and was very patient as each person wanted a few snapshots with the Taj Mahal in the back. He provided a wonderful account of the history, and we were also able to bypass all of the lines. The driver was very good as well and ensured we were picked up and dropped back off at our hotel safely. It is a spectacular day, and I highly recommend this tour if you plan on seeing the Taj Mahal.

I was very disappointed with the transport, a car for 5 plus driver. Back row of seats very uncomfortable for 2 people for a long trip of over 3 hours each way. Extreemly cramped when picked up guide in Agra. I expected Viator to be better than this . I have often used Viator and never been disappointed. I scored the trip high despite this because our guide was excellent. Mana not only great guide but a photographer and bird watching expert whixh pleased all of us.

It was a great experience! The tour guide was very knowledgable, friendly, and we felt a lot more comfortable throughout the day. The drive to Agra is about 3 hours, so that was a little long, but I would still highly recommend this tour to anyone!

Got to see the Taj Mahal and Red Fort in Agra easily and comfortably. Guide gave good knowledge on the buildings/history/navigating the crowds and good spots for photos. Transportation was comfortable and the driver was safe when you come to Delhi/Agra you will appreciate this with the local driving style!. Only downside was the hinting of taking us to see knotted carpets, jewellery and local craft code for taking you to a shop where they get a kickback/commission - having previous experience in this I was clear this is not something we wanted to do, and the hint was taken. The restaurant recommendation in Agra was terrible - worst Indian food I have tasted anywhere in the world. Overall a decent trip, and worth doing.

My tour morning started in a panic. As instructed, I printed out my itinerary to find in big print 'MUST CALL WITHIN 24 HOURS TO CONFIRM OR YOUR TOUR WILL BE CANCELED'. Oops...I forgot to do that. Luckily, my driver still arrived. My tour was during India's heat wave and I was happy to see that the car was modern with good AC. The driver was courteous, pointed out things along the way, and made friendly conversation along the way. The drive was about 3.5 hours in which 80 was on a fast moving toll-road. There were plenty of optional clean restroom stops if needed along the way. Driving through Agra was especially interesting. Cattle in the streets, monkeys on rooftops, etc. I was dropped off at Costa Coffee where I met my tour guide. He explained the details of the day, such as what was included and what was not and also gave advise on dealing with beggars that we would encounter on the way there ignore them, basically. He added that I was only allowed to bring with me a wallet, camera, and cell phone, nothing else including water. We got back in the car and were dropped off at the gate where we then walked the 1km to the Taj there are electric carts available for 100 rupees 1.50 US per person if desired. He provided a bottle of water for me to quickly drink and then we skipped the line into the Taj Mahal grounds. He gave a great tour and knew all the great photo opportunities. After the tour we took an electric cart to the Fort have 100 rupees per person ready. He then gave the in depth tour of the Fort. In all, both tours took about 1.5 hours. We got back in the car to Costa where we had a cold beverage you pay for this and it is common courtesy to treat the guide and driver. I was then given the option to go to a souvenir shop or restaurant that they recommend. Thankfully, they were not pushy about this when I declined. I tipped the guide 1000 rupees/15 USD and we proceeded back to Delhi. I tipped the driver 1500 rupees 23 USD.

Our tour guide was well informed and walked us through the remarkable construction of this world landmark. The visit to the Taj Mahal was the centerpiece of our family trip to India, and we will long remember it as an amazing illustration of this unique country's culture and history.

It was a really amazing tour! My guide was very knowledgeable and always explained the reason of architectonic features. This is much more interesting than just listening to historic facts as it is often the case in similar tours. He knows great photo spots and is not tired to try again and again until you have that perfect photo. _br/_ The only downside was the visit to an art store at the end of the tour. Even tough I pointed out several times to the shopkeeper that I am not interested in buying anything, he gave me a guilty feeling and my guide didn't help me to get out of there._br/_ Altogether I can recommend the tour and would book it again.

This was my second tour to the Taj Mahal, so I thought I knew what to expect. The driver was on time, but we were 15 minutes late departing because the hotel Concierge told us to wait inside the lobby while the driver was told to wait outside - not his fault - just a communication problem. The vehicle was in poor condition. The windshield had a crack that spanned the entire windshield, the left side view mirror was damaged / useless. We tried to fasten our seatbelts and were told "no seatbelts for the back seat - you'll be OK"... we only had one day to make the trip - refusing this driver and car could have jeopardized our trip.

This tour was excellent. Reccomend going on a sunday due to lower traffic in Delhi. We had no traffic issues along the way. Stay hydrated! The Taj is beautiful but the inside portion is very hot and crowded. Be on your toes for pick pockets inside the Taj. No need to get one of the many photographers to follow you. You can take plenty of pics yourself and your guide can snap photos too. At Fort, be sure and look up. There are monkees, bats, and parrots to be seen in addition to the wonderful fort. Make sure the guide tells you the history of the Black Taj Mahal. It's almost as fascinating as the Taj itself.

The way there and back from Dehli is really dangerous and long (took us aprox 6 hours each since we believe that the driver avoided the expresway) but the tour itself was perfect and the tour guide was excelent (giving a lot of extra information, helped us avoid all ques, took us to safe shops with very reasonable prices when we wanted, saved some stuff that security wanted to took from us at the Taj Mahal gate at his friends shop, etc...a really friendly behavior.

Well this is a tough one. Let me talk about this trip in 3 parts. The first part was absolutely terrible. We had 1 day set aside on our trip to India for a day trip to Agra to see the Taj Mahal. It was the last day before flying out. The driver was on time and off we go. About 5 minutes into the trip I realize that the air conditioning is not working...are you kidding me ? We are going to spend 4 hours in a car in summer in India and the a/c doesn't work ??? Unforgivable...but we have no choice...last day in India and we didn't come all the way here to not see the Taj Mahal. So on we go. After a hot nasty ride to Agra we met our guide and proceeded to the Taj Mahal. The guide was excellent and the Taj is truly magnificent well worth a visit, a must see. We decided to skip the Red Fort visit as we were now very hot, hungry and dreading the 4 hour ride home. To the credit of the tour company we had a nice lunch in a cool restaurant and while we were eating they sapped out the vehicle and we were able ride back to Delhi in a car with working a/c. If not for part 1 of our journey I would have given the rest of this tour a 5 star.

We had the best driver from Delhi to Agra managing that crazy traffic. He was at our hotel about ten minutes early. Our driver was Prahalad. Our tour guide in Agra was fantastic as well- the creator of Beautiful World. Our driver even set up a day of sightseeing in Dehli for the following day. Do it

Although getting to see the Taj Mahal was absolutely amazing, the drive itself and the tour guide could have been better. The driver got into an accident on the way to Agra, and had me step outside the car (onto a VERY busy road) while 12 people ran out from the side of the road to "lift" the car off of the truck that it was stuck on. This delayed our arrival to Agra, upon which the driver told the tour guide that he hoped the "accident" was not going to affect his trip! Although the tour guide was very knowledgeable about the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort, I did not appreciate being taken to shops that he would he would get commissions from. I was taken into basements of buildings with doors closed behind me - and felt very uncomfortable. Even after I expressed my displeasure at being taken to the first stop, I was taken to another shop with a similar method of "shopping". If you say you don't want to purchase something, you are taken into a room of "cheaper" stuff that they hope you will purchase. I felt compelled to purchase something just so they would let me out of the store - which made me completely uncomfortable. The drive was long, but the sights were amazing. Recommend this type of travel for a single woman traveling alone.

I thoroughly enjoyed the day. The driver was 10 minutes early for the pickup which was very reassuring and kept me informed along the way, ie how to deal with hawkers, where we would meet the guide, how long the ride would take and also a bit of general knowledge on New Dehli. My tour guide, Mehran Uddin was very informative, made the day relaxed and easy and held interesting conversations. As a solo femal travellor I felt safe and looked after and the whole experience from booking the tour through to being dropped back at the hotel was so smooth and easy I don't think it could have gone any better. I would suggest taking some snacks for the trip, the driver does stop on the way and there is time for lunch, but I found with the humidity in Agra I got very hungry and weary quickly. Overall, a very enjoyable day.

The Taj Mahal and other sights in Agra were very impressive. The guide and driver were very pleasant and gave me all of the information that I could want. The drive was long and tiring but that's India. I did not care for the side trips to various shops. I could do without those shopping trips unless I specifically asked to be taken there.
