After a pickup from your centrally located Dubai hotel, relax in your comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle on the way to your first Dubai city stop: the striking Burj Al-Arab hotel. Located on the sands of Jumeirah Beach, on an artificial island, the luxury hotel is one of the tallest in the world, standing at roughly 1,053 feet (321 meters). Stop for a photo, and then continue with your guide along the shoreline to Jumeirah, one of Dubai's upmarket residential areas.
Next, head to Bastakiya to see the contrast between the two neighborhoods. Explore the winding lanes that lead to hidden courtyards and the mud-brick homes topped by traditional wind towers, designed to catch cooling offshore breezes. Continue to old Al-Fahidi Fort, home to Dubai Museum, and take in views of the fort’s cannons, turrets and fortified walls. Then, cross Dubai's central waterway, Dubai Creek, in a traditional abra; it’s a must-do activity in Dubai!
On the Deira side of Dubai Creek, soak up the colors and perfumes of the famous Spice Souq. Then enjoy free time to shop for souvenirs or glimmering accessories in the nearby Deira Gold Souq before returning to your hotel.

We felt very rushed. 20 mins on the beach was excessive, especially when one couple were not aware of the time._br/_ Then the time allotted for the museum was not enough we were rushed through so we could not look at all the exhibits. Again the same couple decided to go and get some food and again we left waiting for them. Very Annoying. Then the souks again a rush trip around here , at least the guide had a word with the couple to stay close as he was not prepared to wait again. The guide was excellent, but more time on the interesting parts of the tour.

This was the worse tour we have taken with Viator. Our guide never said a word through everyone's pickup at hotels. When we asked about the itinery he was somewhat rude. We finally left the tour and took a cab back to our hotel. I would suggest the Red Bus to anyone coming here. Beautiful City and the people are extremely nice here.

Good tour Gold and spice souks very interesting. Wish we could have gotten closer to the Burj Al Arab and also see the Burj Khalifa. No stop at Dubai Mall. Would recommend this tour.

Somewhat disappointing, focus was too much on shopping Souks, particularly at the end of the day. The highlights were the museum and the taxi ride across the creek. I realize a half a day is limited, the city is large, which means lots of driving, plus waiting at stops for people to return was rather tiring. Possibly the tours could be multiple with different area focuses to cut down the driving. Our guide was great, but having it done in 2 languages English and German was a bit challenging to understand.

We were given a pick up time of 6:45am for an 8am tour. The tour guide was given a 7:15am pick up time. Especially given that we had only got to the hotel at midnight from London and made a special effort for 6:45am, this is not the way to win friends and influence people. The tour guide was suitably apologetic. The guide was informative and interesting. The walk through the spice souq was a bit disjointed because a section was closed. Not being avid shoppers, being left in the gold souq just to wander was a bit of a let down.

The guide was not great, he did not offer much info or engage with us much. The museum and water taxi ride were good, but I did not go on a tour to have free time to shop in a spice market and gold market. Also the group were constantly late, never returning by our meeting times.

I would recommend the afternoon half-day dubai tour, which includes the historical part of the city. The pick-up/drop-off service may be problematic as there is always a chance of sticking in the traffic depending on the day. Besides this the tour was well-organized and the quide friendly and helpful. We visited the Sooqs and we learnt a few things about the city and UAE in general.

This was an excellent tour with a knowledgable guide. We saw the amazing architectural wonders of Dubai and were deeply impressed with how this area has bloomed into a tourist paradise. We enjoyed a river ferry, experienced the spice market and the gold outlets all in the bright and hot Dubai sun. This city has much to offer, dancing fountains, incredible acquarium in the shopping mal and delicious food. Highly recommended.

We had a friendly guide who spoke decent English, only thing I wished he shared more about the cultural and historical points of Dubai instead of just pointing out the buildings and landmarks._br/_ Tour group was a comfortable 10-15 pax which was cosy. Bus was large and new so we could spread ourselves out comfortably._br/_ Didn't spend much time at each site we visited, about 20-30 mins each but as the weather was unbearably warm my family was quite happy to take a few snapshots and head up the bus._br/_ Very basic tour that covers the cultural highlights of Dubai within a couple of hours. We didn't get to Burj Khalifa but we bought our own separate tickets so it didn't matter anyway and the Atlantis Palm so do make your own plans if you wish to see those as well._br/_ Overall a pleasant tour which i'd recommend

This tour starts off very slow and I really was beginning to think I had booked a terrible tourwe spent a lot of time waiting for another bus at the beach It improved and I really enjoyed the gold souk when we were given some time to explore and then meet back and then continue on tour.There is a commercial aspect which I didn't like when we visited a perfume/rug shop where there was a little more pressure to buy but this is not unusual with these type of tours.Overall though I really enjoyed the day.

This was a great way to see a lot of the must-sees if you only have a short time in Dubai. I wanted to see the spice and gold souks but wasn't sure how to get there. This tour solved that problem! The morning tour left me the entire afternoon to wander in downtown Dubai it was great!

This was an amazing tour with and exceptional guide who spoke good English. The itinerary was comprehensive - making us aware of both the old and the new in Dubai. The journey includes a boat ride across the river and is very pleasant. The old Souk is not interesting for travelers like me who come from Asia and have see similar markets but the commentary made the journey worthwhile.

Tour time was changed on morning of tour from 1.30pm to 2.35pm. Was finally picked up at Hotel half an hour late then taken in a feeder coach for half an hour to join main coach to eventually start tour over one hour late. Tour guide was good but felt too much time was spent in the museum and at the gold souk and that I had not seen much of Dubai except for sitting in a coach on busy roads. Were last Hotel to be dropped off at 9pm far later than I had expected.

This is an excellent tour if you only have a day or so to look around the wider attractions of Dubai outside the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, which lets face it are the real stars of the region. We were impressed with how much was included in the tour and had not realised we would be given time to explore at various attractions. This turned the whole tour into a six-hour one, which was a bit more than we had bargained for! Jumeira beach was the first stop and then main mosque which was quite interesting. Our entry tickets for the Dubai Museum were included as was the boat ride across the Creek to the Spice Market and Gold Souk, both very atmospheric and interesting. Given that Dubai only has a very limited history we saw as much as could be expected and really got our money's worth. The only things stopping us from giving this full five star rating were the rather 'clunky' continuity and multiple pick ups and drop offs and the guide, though knowledgeable and keen to please was at times a little harder to follow than we would have liked. Recommended overall, though.
