Glide up and away in a hot air balloon over Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve. Take to the morning skies as the sun starts to rise over the Hajar Mountains and falcons fly up to 4,000 feet above the Earth in a trained demonstration. After an hour in the air, return to ground to celebrate the flight with a gourmet breakfast before returning to Dubai.
Rise early to start your hot air balloon experience with a hotel pickup from central Dubai, and then travel out of the city toward Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, roughly 30 minutes away. Stop at the launch field in Margham, and hop out of your minibus to watch your balloon inflate.
After listening to a safety briefing, step inside the basket and take to the skies with your pilot. Each basket holds a maximum of 24 people and there’s plenty of room for you to sightsee comfortably as you soar up and away.
Have your camera ready to capture bird’s-eye views of the desert that stretches out as far as the eye can see. As you watch the sun rise over the red-tinged sand dunes, listen to your pilot talking about the barren landscape mapped out beneath you, and learn about the wildlife — think camels and gazelles — that prosper in the harsh desert conditions. As you soar to scenic heights you will have the pleasure of watching falcons fly up to 4,000 feet above the Earth, all while gently floating over the pristine dunes of the Dubai desert and watching the sunrise over the Hajar Mountains.
After an hour in the air, return to ground level for a gourmet breakfast of select delicacies. Then return to your minibus to end your Dubai hot air balloon experience with a hotel drop-off.
A dope experience. Really enjoyed the balloon and the breakfast was awesome. Guides were fun and entertaining. Coming back for this one again!!!

I loved it!!! An experience that I would recommend to anyone. Our balloon was for 10 people only so it didn't feel too cramped. I never experienced such silence like being up there and the breakfast was delightful. The whole ritual, riding with those cool cars through the desert was wow!!

What a great adventure! Our balloon captain, Mr. Sanjay, was experienced and entertaining. Seeing the sun rise over the desert at 4,000 feet, with falcons flying, was a thrill and a half! There were 5 balloons flying the morning of our adventure. Our balloon had an added treat we ended-up with 2 falcons when an additional one from another balloon finished the trip with us. It was so quiet and majestic in the air. And our adventure didn't stop there. Transportation to a location with breakfast was a treat, as well. Very professionally done!! Everyone, from the driver of the pick-up van, to the balloon pilot, to the ground crews, to the breakfast servers, was top-notch!

Pickup and return was smooth. The driver was friendly and punctual. The balloon ride was a lifetime experience by itself - amazing view of the vast desert. The balloon pilot and the falcon trainer were both in their own aspects. End it off with a sumptous desert dinner.

We enjoy the Hot Air Balloon as the weather was a bit chill. However, very disappointed with the breakfast since it was mentioned as the Gourmet breakfast but the breakfast was no where near a Gourmet. Consider pretty expensive.

If you are afraid of heights, you don't get a sense of height in the balloon. It is calm and serene and you will love the experience. We saw camels racing across the desert, as well as gazelles. Would do it again in a heart beat.

The balloon ride was beautiful, but due to the amount of people we had to be divided into sections, we had limited view of sunrise, giraffes, gazelles as it was facing to our backs._br/_ Certainly improvements have to be made with falconry and gourmet breakfast. _br/_ Do not recommend for the price you pay!

Unfortunately our balloon flight was cancelled, but I must say the aviators tried their very best to take us up. The weather was not willing to cooperate and I appreciate that they were conscientious of this.

This tour was awesome! Highly recommended if you are in Dubai! Definitely a must. The desert is beautiful! I would have liked to see more of the falcon though. The breakfast at the authentic camp was good as well. Highly recommend platinum heritage tours

First of all, let me commend Captain Peter and his crew for making this excursion memorable. The first scheduled trip had to be postponed due to high winds,which would have made the flight risky. Upon booking for a different day, my wife and I were delighted to see that we would be aloft with Capt. Peter. Having a live falcon and falconer aboard added a nice touch. The breakfast we enjoyed at a desert restaurant following the flight added a wonderful addition to the experience.

Everyone was really nice. The tour was well organized. The falcon show and pilot was absolutely amazing! The breakfast was limited....cold cuts (i.e. turkey, ham, salmon, etc) and caviar was not our thing. Other than that, I would recommend this tour!

Easily, I can say this is one of the best experiences I've ever had. This was my first time on a hot air balloon and everything was amazing. The ballon flight was really nice, the falcon flight is impressive and the pilot was excellent and fun. However, it was not a 1-hour ride as it says here it was 30 minutes maximum. Also, the gourmet breakfast consisted of poached and scrambled eggs, fruit and sandwich bread with artificial OJ, it was ok but not my idea of gourmet.

Highly recommend! This was an unforgettable experience and we loved every second. Not only that, they were also super accomodating when we weren't able to make our first event due to our flight cancellation. The falconry demonstration was beautiful and even though one of the birds didnt' come backthey found her later, it was still an amazing sight to see. The breakfast food was okay I wasn't expecting much, but the area they took us to was gorgeous.

This was our very favorite thing that we did in Dubai. Do NOT miss it - even if you are only spending a short while like a layover in Dubai. It's worth getting up for early in the morning. The staff was very courteous and professional. The provided breakfast in the camp was also very plentiful and nice. The company provides other services that I would have taken advantage of if we were able to stay longer.

Literally a bird's eye view of the spectacular desert and the sun rising. Dubai city was also seen from where we were. The landing was quite an experience. Overall, a wonderful unforgettable adventure indeed!

What a fab way to spend a morning! This trip was amazing and even encouraged my 14 year old son to smile on occasion :- _br/_ The company collected us from our hotel and transferred us to the site, we had full safety briefings and then we were off. After landing we had a lovely breakfast and falconry display. Unfortunately, that was cut very short as the bird manged to grab the prey a little too soon. _br/_ It was quite cold first thing so i was glad i had read the other reviews that advise to take a jacket or cardigan and wear longer trousers. _br/_ Captain Mike and his team are very informative and great hosts. I recommend this trip when visiting Dubai or the surrounding area.

Over rated, and quiet pricey, would have expected a bit more time in the air and actually see more than only one oasis. 35 euro for 3 minute movie from only one angle is unbelievable. I expected some great views from the entire balloon, but only seen the cabin.

Fabulous - from start at 4:30 am to finish this was THE highlight of our trip! Sunrise over the desert in the stillness of a balloon is truly a once in a lifetime experience that should NOT be missed!
