Our tour meets in the largest medieval square in Europe, the main market square of Krakow. After an introduction on Krakow's origins we lead our guests to our shop to equip each person with their own Beachcruiser bike. Our tour takes you through a time warp of history and architecture, where you will find remnants of a history over 2000 years old.
We bike pass a 900 year old market before riding along the Planty gardens to the Jaggiloninan University, where we walk inside the medieval courtyard and listen and watch as figures representing Queens of Poland's history chime the hour. We continue our journey to the Bishop's Palace for a glance at the famous window of Pope John Paul II, before glimpsing the old residence of Oscar Schindler. And what tour would be complete without a stop at the Wawel castle as well as the Dragon dwelling. Take pictures as the dragon breaths fire just for you!
Now its time for a relaxing ride along Krakow's Vistula river before entering the Krakow Ghetto and seeing remnants of the Ghetto wall. See remnants of Krakow's historical Jewish quarter known as Kazimierz. By this time your appetite has grown enough to enjoy a Polish meal in a traditional Polish restaurant. The restaurant is an old Jewish carpenter's shop, tailor shop, general store and a pantry. You will have the opportunity to sit amongst the authentic equipment and goods dating back to the 19th century, such as sewing machines, dresses, carpentry tools, and other objects once sold. There are also fragments of the walls that once divided the shops.
We begin our journey back from the restaurant through the bar saturated areas of Kazimierz, before we follow the royal route from behind the castle all the way to the resting area of Poland's only Leonardo De Vinci, Lady with Ermine. We stress that you do not have to be fit to do this tour. Krakow is completely flat and ideal for bike riding.

Fabulous bike tour with very humorous guide called Tom who showed us round the city with a running commentary on the history of this beautiful city . Easy bikes to ride easy pace to keep up and mostly off road . Lovely simple polish lunch included . Great value for money and a must do if you want to see it all in 4 hours .

We were very fortunate to have Pawel take us on our bicycle tour of Krakow. We had so much fun and learned so much about the area that we would never have known. Our group was very small only 3 tourists which was great. Pawel told us about the local history, legends, and also some personal stories about himself and others that were entertaining and informative. Lunch was great and we very much enjoyed chatting with Pawel while enjoying some traditional Polish food. Pawel also did a great job ensuring that we were always riding safely, and that we were able to keep up without difficulty.

Our bike guide was wonderful! HIghly recommend. He even helped us with directions to train station and post office to pick up our tickets after he was done with the tour. Fantastic!! Be prepared however for lots of bike riding with lots of stops every 10-15 min for informational updates. Loved it but wish I was in better shape.

Being just the two of us, Tom made me fall even deeper in love with Krakow. He was well informed, informal, great fun to be with, and because of him I did not want the tour to end. Wow! What a wonderful way to see so much in the city of Krakow. We spent two days visiting Auschwitz Concentration Camp and the Salt Mine in Krakow during the day while exploring the streets of Krakow late afternoon on into the evening. However, when we took this bike tour on the third day we saw so much that we would have missed if we didn't! Sylvia was so knowledgable about all of the sites and did a great job keeping our large group together. This is a must do! Just be sure your tires are well inflated and you have a bell to ring for pedestrians before you head out!
