It was very good loop to see and Hop-On and Off was very convenient. The quality of tour was all depending on the tour guide, some of them better then another. When I found a good one, I was staying on that bus for a long time. It was fun. He was very entertaining unfortunately I forgot his name.

The 1st stop to Hop On, her scanner didn't work and couldnt confirm my prepaid 3day vouchers. The 2nd bus made us Hop Off and walk back to the previous stop so we could get on the night bus. I got so overheated on the walk that I was sick so we took a taxi back to the hotel. Went back the next day for the night ride but they said my print out was only valid for 1 person not 2. I argued but he said it wasn't his problem and I was just out of luck. I gave him the name of the employee who scanned my tickets, but he said he couldnt call her to verify. I feel like the entire deal is a RIP off in Vegas. Never had this problem in any other city with the Hop On/Off Buses. Now I'm out a whole day and the Eiffel Tower. What a waste.

Unless you wish to stay on the double Decker bus to view all the various sites, getting off at any site is very difficult to walk to another potential pick up because it's not on the Main Street e.g. Las Vegas strip. Your map of pick ups is out of date. Next time in Vegas, I'll take an Uber.

The company was horrible, The tour guides were trouble but one guy Mario Sean-he was great with the people and told us a lot about the town. My husband and I rode the bus about 7 times and we couldn't wait to get off everytime but the one we had with Mario Sean. We would NEVER pay to ride this companies buses again, we lost our money on this tour. Not too happy about that.

We always do a Hop on Hop off tour the first couple days we are in a new City. It is a very good way to get the lay of the land and determine where you would like to spend more of your time. The guides are also knowledgeable and one learns more about the city than had they not gone on the tour. It also is reasonable transportation saving on taxi/uber. Obviously the tour in general can only be as interesting as the town itself. Meaning NY and DC are more interesting than Las Vegas as there are many different and diverse things to see and do.

We took this tour in Vegas in December and really enjoyed it. We find the Big Bus tours an excellent way to discover and learn about a new city and the Vegas Big Bus was no different. The added bonus with this bus however, is the 'live' commentary. T was our guide and she made the whole trip extremely enjoyable!!

We had 3-day tickets for the hop-on-hop-off tour - and I might have over-estimated how much we'd use it. Should probably only have bought the 2-day pass. Mostly it was very useful - the guides Vanessa and Tina T were very entertaining and fun... the gentleman didn't catch his name was very knowledgeable but had obviously been doing it a long time. The bus runs every 30 mins and some stops were easy to find well signposted but others - well, if you didn't get dropped off there, no hope of finding it except by flagging the bus down and running to where the bus driver pointed! The app was particularly useless - only worked for selling tickets - it crashed as soon as we tried to use it for locations, mapping or live updates on where the next bus was.

So we stayed in old Las Vegas,my plan was to easily catch the tour from there. I called the provider and was told where the meeting spot was but did not get solid directions.when I could not find any signs I called again and was given more info.but still did not help.the provider was always nice on the phone but did not get me where I needed to go! So I bought bus tickets for 16 and enter to the strip and caught up with the bus,but even then had hard time finding the bus. Eventually I called again and got solid meeting spot._br/_ Once on the bus the tour was informative and very funny at times. I would recommend better signage and solid directions such as street numbers. Thanks it worked out but was a little frustrating.

I stayed at the Excalibur hotel and there is an actual Big Bus stop there which is a lifesaver after a long day shopping and sightseeing. There are two separate routes - one goes up round by the Las Vegas sign and up the Strip to the Linq where the big wheel is and this is where you can connect to the other route which goes to Fremont Street, Mob Museum, shopping etc._br/_ However this is where the negative bit comes....due to the volume of traffic esp in peak hours the buses get stuck in traffic and if waiting on a connection you could be waiting on an hour and it could take nearly 2 hours to go from one end of strip to the other so if you are on a time limit then please leave plenty of time to allow for this._br/_ With the exception of one tour guide on the bus everyone other one was professional, knowledgeable, funny and approachable and interacted the customers.

Good way to see Vegas without the walking , We had a two day ticket . There was a stop right next to our hotel . It was very busy on the second day which did leave us waiting a long time for the first pick up . There was no apology and the agents didn’t seem to care. The night tour was very good .

Took this Classic tour for the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown. Start early if it is hot out or bring sunscreen and a hat that will not fly off as it gets quite windy at the top of the double decker bus. Both loops took about 1.5 hours but there was great commentary from both our guides. The Las Vegas Strip tour takes you around the south part of Las Vegas Blvd. where all the new casinos are located. Our guide described all the interesting history about the hotels/casinos in the area, highlighting places to shop, eat, game and things to see at the casino if you don't want to shop, eat or game. It was a wonderful experience if you are into history. The Downtown tour takes you around the north part of Las Vegas Blvd. where all the old/renovated casinos are located including Freemont Street. Our tour guide pointed out all the wedding chapels, the Pawn Stars shop, places to eat and drink for a fraction of the price compared with what you have to pay on the Strip. The downtown area has interesting buildings and if you are into history of Las Vegas you will enjoy the tour.

This night tour took around 3 hours to complete with 1 hour for us to experience Freemont Street at night. The bus traveled to the south end of the Strip passing all the casinos with their lights on. You can the spectacular Strip and it was a shorter version of the day Classic trip. Overall there were some information on the night tour that was pointed out that was missed on the day trip. The best thing about this trip is that our tour guide took us into the Golden Nugget hotel/casino and showed us where you could swim with the sharks and the casino's display of the golden nugget that was found. We had a great night experience on Freemont Street and if you did not want to leave with the tour it was OK with the tour guide but they would like to know who was going to be staying.

Started off late and progressed into a bit of a farce. Changed buses more times than a yoyo before we actually started to benefit from the tour guide. Last pick up was one and a half hours late to get back to Vegas central point. Shocking really as the heat was up at 80F. Quite a few people were complaining to say the least.

Well worth doing this, amazing tour, getting to see everything all at once, getting off and on as we please. With the most informative and friendly tour guide La' Shawn, even had everyone singing happy birthday to us, videoing it for us too and taking photo's, she was adorable and helpful. Our driver Alvina was amazing, patient and very careful, the best driver ever!!!! We even got great advise on where to eat, best value and where to go for free drinks etc!! The Big Bus is a good way to get a look around Las Vegas, if you don't have your own car. There is a guide on each bus, but they are of variable quality. The best one was a lady called Rain. She knew her stuff and was very entertaining. There is one stop that I must highlight and that the Mob museum. This was truly interesting and worth going into. It can get very hot on the top deck, so make sure you take water and a hat. Good way to see Las Vegas.

The Hop on Hop off was very enjoyable and a great way to see the city. Night tour was amazing especially our guide, she was very helpful and fun. My only complain was that the Big Bus service agents at the stops was not helpful, one agent seemed to not know what he is doing and another was really rude, she was not willing to help at all and lacked good customer service. I think they need training on customer service. Thanks.

The bus really just goes along the strip, you can get off for a 2nd route to downtown at circus circus which is not the best area, it would have been better if getting off one bus the other was there to pick up instead it pulled away as our bus was turning in resulting in a 20 minute wait for the changeover, it maybe more cost effective if you are a large party to hire a cab to see the sights, the tour guides were fun and made the trip
