I recommend this tour to anyone! Our tour guide was great and the Hummer was in excellent conditions and very comfortable for the four of us. The tour leave very early in the morning and you are back early afternoon, but it is OK. Nevertheless, I would have love for the driver/tour guide to slow a little bite. We felt like he was eager to get back to Las Vegas. However, his driving was great, his driving speed was appropriate. He is an excellent driver and he was an excellent guide... no complaints to the quality of his services. We highly recommend him and the company._br/_ We love this tour and the experience!

We weren't sure about a helicopter so opted for the Hummer tour, for us a good decision. There can be up to 6 people in a Hummer plus the driver/guide but in the end in was just the 2 of us so we had our personal tour guide! We stopped at the Hoover Dam on the way which is a feat of engineering and worth the visit, and then onto the Canyon via the Joshua Tree forests. Brett, our guide/driver, was very knowledgeable about the area including Vegas's history and looked after us wonderfully, including taking a mass of good photos for us! We went to both Eagle and Guano points, the latter giving the best view of the Canyon which is breathtaking, and stopped to get lunch which was included with the trip. Overall an unforgettable experience, recommended.

I am so glad I did the Canyon this way. It was so much better being in a small group and our driver/guide Randy, was so knowledgeable and helpful. We followed his advice and went straight to our destinations so that we were always ahead of the crowds. We were then able to take our time returning.

Booking was easy, efficient and communication good. Pick-up was on time, guide was fab....even jolly, for 5.45am start! Early start meant we beat the crowds at Hoover Dam...as in, was just our group of 5, our guide and very patriotic Hummer. Informative and interesting....our guide, of course. A short off road experience was fun, with a sing-a-long, to boot. Grand Canyon was amazing...looking around and down...doh! Would like a return trip and go down to the river and look up...to be really IN the Grand Canyon.

It was a fun tour. Our guide David was extremely knowledgable and told us everything about History, Culture, Geography and even politics of the water and electricity sharing and distribution treaty between Nevada, Arizona and California. That is very relevant to understand Hoover Dam better. Grand Canyon was a wonderful experience too._br/_ We left at 6 in the morning from our Hotel and were back by 4pm. I did enjoy the tour although I think the detour to the Joshua Tree Forest could be eliminated. Perhaps the tour of the power plant/sky walk could be included even if it does involve extra cost. Our driver needed to be a little more diplomatic when asked by one of the passengers if we could go down to the power house.

A wonderful way to see the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam. So much nicer to do this in a small group and because you get to the Grand Canyon comparatively early to most groups, you get to see it without being surrounded by hoards of people - so don't let the 6am pick up put you off... Sean was a great guide and good fun - full of interesting facts and happy to answer any questions. With hindsight wish we had booked the helicopter down to the canyon floor, but even without this the trip was one we will never forget. Can highly recommend the tour - it was also fun to do a bit of off roading in the Joshua Forest and then have a stand off with a cow in the middle of the track!

This trip was with two other girls and we had a great time. We were in Vegas for a girls trip no husbands and decided to take this tour. David our tour guide was very helpful with taking pictures for us, telling us all about the area. He had water and snacks in the hummer for us and made several bathroom stops for us. We chose the Hummer Tour since it was a small group, we didn't want to be in a big bus. There was also another man on the tour with us and he was nice enough to sit in the back of the hummer and allowed me to sit in the front seat, so I could take pictures. Two of us walked out onto the skywalk over the Grand Canyon and it was worth the extra 25 to go out on it. Since you are not allowed to take cameras on the skywalk, David took pictures for us from below of us. I would highly recommend this tour, if you want to see the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon it is worth the price.

The hummer ride to Grand Canyon was the icing to top off the whole tour and it was worth it. Many thanks to Scott who was our guide from Bighorn tours. Our tour guide David was a wealth of Knowledge and made the trip brilliant. Albeit it takes an hour or two to get to the Canyon this past so quickly thanks to David's conversation and wit. The Hoover Dam was worth the trip on route, and David even stopped at the famous Vegas sign so we could grab a picture before the crowds arrived. Once at the Canyon David knew some of the spots that you were able to stand to get an advantage view plus some spots that challenged our nerves but with David's guidance we felt able to take advantage. He was a true Gentleman and looked after my 5 girlfriends and I extremely well. I fully recommend this trip.

The Hummer Tour started at 6am prompt. Antonio chatted amiably on our way to pick our two remaining tourists. He offered to stop for coffee and informed us that he had plenty of cold drinks and snacks for us. The first stop was a bonus visit to the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign, He took pictures of us with our cameras as he continued to do each stop. En route he provided entertaining commentary with his own Latino twist. A detour through the Mojave desert showed off the Hummer's off-road prowess. He easily negociated the entry into the Hualapai reservation. At the South Rim of the Grand Canyon we had plenty of time to take in the spectacular vista as well as visiting the Skywalk. Buffet lunch was taken at an Old Western Town including an impressive Close Magic Show. On the way back to the Hoover Dam we stopped in desert to observe unspoilt nature. The Memorial Bridge provided a spectacular viewpoint of the Hoover Dam before crossing the Dam by Hummer. As a final bonus we stopped off in Boulder City to look for Big Horn Sheep. For once my bad luck no whales in a whale watching cruise in Reykjavik turned to good luck and we saw a wild herd grazing._br/_ Overall the Hummer Tour was a joy thanks to our friendly guide Antonio and to the amazing attractions. A perfect ten tour!

Had a fantastic day at the canyon in the Hummer, Antonia driver/guide was great, very informative, had good timing on when to avoid the queues by leaving early getting to canyon first the Hoover dam on return it worked really well we never waited in any queues or on any coaches that take you into the canyon, he was also great at taking unusual photos if you are brave enough to hover near the edges lol, family and friends at home were amazed by the photos. The skywalk was a good experience although don't think hubby would agree lol. It's not as pricey as we thought at 20 not including tax, apparently they had dropped prices recently, to make you aware there is absolutely no taking of photos on the skywalk in any form, belongings get placed in a locker before hand and you get protective covers to put over your shoes, it's a shame as we didn't see what the big deal was taking a photo, but needless to say they have the obligatory photographer taking photos for you to purchase at a rediculous cost. Don't bother with them you can get more than enough amazing shots of the west side of the canyon from your own viewpoint. We also enjoyed the off road experience on return through the forest to see the Joshua trees, beware it can be bumpy but it was great fun. On return you will be able to go over the bridge for fab photos of the dam. All in all a fab day, with a fairly good lunch thrown in of chicken or beef, salad and water. A bad start to the trip as our pick up time was 6:00 so we were too early to redeem our free 'to go' breakfast at our hotel. Our driver Scott was over half an hour late, so no coffee or food made for a grumpy start until we stopped for gas where we refuelled ourselves too. Scott was very knowledgable, and kept us ahead of the masses, knowing where to go first and when to eat accordingly. This was very much appreciated by us. The Hummer was a smooth ride, though the single back seat is more suited for a child, as is the middle seat in the back, so really only 3 descent seats excluding the drivers. Off roading through the Joshua trees was a far cry from what we expected. We simply rode up a small track about 50 meters and got out to take photos before returning to the road, rather disappointing.

A perfect day. Our guide, Antonio, picked us up on time and couldn't have been more helpful or accomodating throughout the day. We had bonus stops at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign, and also at Hoover Dam. In addition, the short off-road trip through the Joshua Trees really added another dimension to the day. The canyon itself is breathtaking and no description or photograph can do it justice. Whilst we didn't book it, there were no queues at the Skywalk, so managed to add this to the trip not essential, but very enjoyable nonetheless. I would highly recommend this tour, and huge thanks to Antonio for a brilliant day.

This was a fantastic tour. The driver Antonio couldn't have done more to make sure we had a great day, he was even our own personal photographer taking pictures of us with our phones, which made a huge difference to the trip. He was very knowledgeable and gave us the history of the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. I've been on the Helicopter trip before which was great but I think this is much better as you are on the ground and actually in the Canyon, there's absolutely nothing like it! It was truly breathtaking. The lunch included was really nice. Chicken or shredded beef, with creamy mash and gravy and corn on the cob and a bowl of salad, with a cookie. There were also snacks and drinks in the Hummer if we felt peckish. The driver stopped on the way so we could pick up breakfast as it was an early start, to be honest he couldn't have done more. I highly rate this trip and would do it all over again.

Wow an amazing trip and Scott our guide was brilliant, he was very informative and a great host to our day. We had debated whether to do helicopter trip only but doing both the drive there and then the flight, was definitely the best option to experience the canyon. We had no delays and this trip was a highlight to our holiday.
