I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Las Vegas. Timely pickup from our hotel. Flight began at the time we were quoted. Amazing views of the Hoover Dam, Lake Meade and Grand Canyon, the only thing I didn’t like was that I was on the right side of the plane and could not see the Hoover Dam from where I was sitting. I was taking photos of our flight and got none. Everything else was top notch!

Enjoyable trip but marred by the requirement to phone for the pick-up time. In all the confusion of arranging the whole holiday to Las Vegas from the UK plus being involved with a wedding there too, I would expect to be sent an email notifying me of the pick-up time. The situation wasn't helped when I rang the phone number that was given, using my UK cell phone in the US, only to get a 'subscriber not registered' message whether I included the US international dial code or not. In the end, a 2 minute call from the hotel reception phone which was answered by a very helpful gentlemen helped sort matters out. There after, the trip from pick-up to return was a stress free, interesting and wonderful tour.

Amazing trip to the grand canyon! Such a great service from start to finish. When we arrived to Vegas we called the company to arrange our hotel pick up. We we're picked up at the exact time we were told so no waiting around. The journey out took around 30 minutes and was really comfortable. When we got there we had about another 30 minute wait but you can sit and watch other tours take off and land or grab a coffee. Our pilot was really nice friendly. The trip itself took around an hour which was plenty of time, the sights are just spectacular and the headsets are great and give really good information on what your looking at and the background history of the Canyon. I can't wait to return to take another tour!!

The thought of going up in a small plane scared me whitless but it was a great experience - felt really safe - the only thing they didn't tell you was to turn up the volume on the plane headphones, which we assumed was to keep the noise out so we missed a bit of the opening information - but a great trip - really worth doing

This was an incredible look at the Grand Canyon from above. The convenience of being picked up at the hotel and driven to the airport without more arrangements to be made added to the desirability of this tour. Great tour and very friendly staff and I would highly recommend the trip. Only dropped a star due to the fact that the audio wasn't working in our aircraft. The ride to the airport was great. The experience at the airport and during the flight was amazing. If you do not have a lot of time or money this is a perfect trip for you. We took the first flight of the day and got back while most people in Vegas were eating breakfast. On the way back the driver thought he was in NASCAR on a small track. Hit the gas hard and then hit the breaks hard. I got a little car sick for the first time in my life. I am 50

For the price of our afternoon tour, this was a great experience. Communication at Boulder City Airport was very poor. On arrival we were told once checked in that we would be called in 30 minutes. An hour had passed before we had to ask what was the delay and were then told earlier issues had impacted the schedule. It would have been more professional to have kept us informed and an apology wouldn't have gone amiss either! Once on board communication again was poor, we were not instructed on how to use our headsets or given any indication when the commentary had started-the volume was down on my headset and so I missed all the Hoover Dam information. Spectacular views were plentiful and so overall was still worth doing.

Booked this trip as we didnt want to lose a full day, the early pickup was prompt and journey to airport was fine. The flight was perfect just log enough without being too long and as early morning very smooth as not must turbulance so if you are a bit wary of flying this is the best one avoid those later in the day

My wife, two adult daughters and I had a very enjoyable experience on our Viator tour over the Grand Canyon. The entire trip was very well organized, facilities and accommodations were outstanding and the scenery was spectacular. My only disappointment was that we didn't receive more information via the tour guides or recorded messages as we were flying. I'm the kind of person who likes to hear details about what we are seeing and I just didn't feel we receive a lot of that on this flight. For instance, I had to ask after we landed how far we actually went into the canyon. Also, it would have been nice to go at least as far east as the "south rim" and to see the new glass walk-way (whatever it is called) that allows people on the ground to walk out over the canyon. None of that was pointed out to us during the flight.

Brilliant!! So organised and helpful. The operators were super helpful; the pick up from the hotel was seamless; the transport to the airport was comfortable; the wait at the airport was minimal. Flight absolutely amazing and so smooth!! I get very bad travel sickness (even with tablets) but the flight was so good so kudos to the pilot! We were whizzed straight back to the hotel after touchdown. Couldn't have asked for better value for money. Do it!
