Hidden Valley and Primm ATV Tour

Las Vegas, United States of America

No experience necessary on this ATV/quad bike adventure tour from Las Vegas to the Hidden Valley. Escape the pavements of Las Vegas and have lots of fun as you bump along the dusty trails in the McCullough Mountain range, Hidden Valley and across the Roach Dry Lakebed. The longest ATV tour in Las Vegas and the shortest ride to get there!

Your day begins with complimentary air-conditioned transportation from your hotel to the tour departure point at Jean, NV (about 20 -30 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip). After a short but thorough safety briefing, set out on an adventure through rugged desert and mountain terrain. Travel through historic Hidden Valley, extinct lava beds, Roach dry lake and then enter the rugged McCullough Mountain Range. This longest ATV tour in Las Vegas will cover anywhere from 20 to over 50 miles of desert terrain depending on group size and riding level.

Book the morning tour and stop for a short break at Buffalo Bill's Hotel and Casino in Primm, Nevada on the California - Nevada Stateline and then prepare for your return ATV ride. Afternoon tours offer the same ATV ride, but are shorter in total tour duration, as they do not stop at Primm.

Your tour ends with air-conditioned transportation back to your hotel.

Please note: All ATV riders must be at least 16 years old.

We have taken a few of these tours on other trips with different companies and by far this was the best, our guide was great, the trails long and the sun hot... Fantastic experience :

Trip was awesome! Provides a nice break from the crowds on the vegas strip. This company was very accommodating. I broke my finger a couple of days before the trip and didn't think I could handle the ATV. They switch us to a RZR so my sister drove and I was able to ride with her. The guides emphasized safety and took care of us on the trip. We got pretty dirty but the scenery was beautiful and the trip was a hoot. A lot of fun for a city girl from Minneapolis :-

My 22 yr old daughter and I went on this ATV tour on Oct 27th - while we were in Vegas for the NHRA races. Although my daughter was skeptical re: the tour classification she is bit of a free spirit and was hoping to be let loose on the ATVs! - she was pleasantly surprised and we both had a great time! Of course - the best part is getting to run 55 mph across the flats: Bottom line, all went 100 according to plan. Pick up was on time at the designated hotel. Easy drive in the van to the valley. Quick and thorough instructions. Then onto the AVTs for about 3 hours stop for lunch at the mall just over the CA border included in that time. All the guides on the tour were just terrific! You won't go wrong with this shift off the strip in Vegas!

Enjoyed the fast rides and length, but wish there were more twists and turns, especially corners. Crew were all professionals and equipment worked well. Not sure why we went to a mall and wasted over 1/2 an hour though...would've enjoyed more time on the ATV...

This was a good tour. We went in July and I was worried about it being too hot, and too long. That said it turned out pretty good. Staff and Atvs were nice. The scenery was interesting. This was my longest atv tour. The flat bed was the best part we went really fast. And the stop for food was good.

Don't waste your money on this. Tour guide was not friendly, and only cared about us not wrecking his machines. machines were fairly new but obviously not cared for as two of the six machines just quit halfway though the tour and we just left them on the side of the trail and then had to ride double the rest of the tour. trails were very rough and looked like they had never been maintained. Also don't plan on leaving the trail to play in the desert. Trail is only as wide as the machine and you HAVE to stay on the trail at all times. ABSOLUTELY BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For the novice rider this tour will get you everything you were expecting. For the experienced rider you're going to want to get your money and your time back.

ABSOLUTELY BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tour guide was not friendly. He had no concern about us having fun but rather that we obeyed the rules and did'nt wreck anything. trails were rough and looked like they had never been maintained. machines were fairly new but obviously not cared for properly as two of the six died halfway though the trip and those people had to ride double the rest of the tour. riders cannot leave the trail AT ANYTIME and trail is only as wide as the machine is in most places. this tour is ONLY for a novice rider. for the experienced rider you will want your time and money back. We did get a partial refund for the two machines that broke down, but only because we called the corporation and filed a complaint. there was no mention of a refund from the tour guides the day of the tour

It was worth it!!! The guides were so nice and the tour took us through the most beautiful terrain!! I went with two other people and one was not as fast as the others, our guide would always check and make sure we could see her and we didn't leave her in the middle of the desert! They let us take pictures, made sure we were hydrated and made sure we had a overall good time. I highly recommend this and can't wait until I could do it again!

Had a great ride, saw some amazing views, blasted over flats at 55 MPH, and was very comfortable with the ride leader's management of the experience. They/the vendor knows what they are doing and scaled our ride experience so that our most and least experienced rider had a good time. Equipment was top notch - the quads were nearly new and super capable to eat up some rough trails and sand. The ride trail was also maintained by the vendor for safety and fun. One gap - the Viator instructions on where to meet at MGM were not the same as the vendor's pick up point. I suggest you confirm with the vendor for clarity.

Tour was amazing. Guides were fun and sweet. I had so much fun, I didn't even care how dirty I was. We stopped at the California state line for lunch and shopping (wish they'd told me that's what we were doing, I left my wallet back at the site with the van) great guys!

This was everything I thought it would be and more. I had looked into another atv riding service that was double the price of this and became skeptical when I found this one. I began reading all the reviews as I do with everything and I was convinced we had to try it. Just like what was stated previously in reviews- we booked the reservation and it gives you a list of hotels they only pick up at. You cannot be picked up from any outside that list even though it will give you the option to enter your hotel address in- they cannot pick up at any outside that list because they cannot fit their van with the atv's on the back in but certain pick up places. We were picked up from the hotel closest to us on time actually a few minutes early. Its about a 30 minute ride. There is no where to use the bathroom ladies, other than a bush- until about 2 hours in so be prepared! The atv's are big and nice and well maintained and FUN FUN FUN! You go to the top of a mountain and stop to overlook the view, take pictures. The guides provide you with water and answer any questions. Then you take a longer ride to a small town with a place called Buffalo Bill's. Its basically a mall area with a food court. You get 30 minutes to stop and rest inside and eat lunch. Then you make your way back to where you started, If you make good time or everyone is riding well- they will take onto this dried up lake bed. It is massive and very flat and you are able to get up to a faster speed than the trails and it is the best part! They stop and will take your pictures on the atv's out in the desert for you and provider you with more water if needed. The overall experience was a once in a lifetime amazing fun thing I would do again and again if I went back out to Las Vegas. The guides are VERY knowledgeable of the trails, providing you with all the information before you get started, and also will provide you with a helmet, goggles, and gloves. A few pointers: you will get VERY dirty and I mean like dirt caked on every spot of your body. So make sure you wear clothing your prepared to get dirty in. It will also get very hot towards the end. Sunscreen is a must even if you have a job outside on the daily in it. I shared my sunscreen with men who were very dark colored from being in the sun. Please use the gloves! There will be portions of the trails that get a little bumpy and you will wish you had that extra grip. The atv's are easy to use- even if you've never been on one. The are automatic and you have a brake on the left handle, throttle button on the right. That is all you need to use when riding. The trails vary from kinda rough terrain to some smoother places. If I can manage then most people should be fine. I read if you get person kinda going slower than the rest it can be a somewhat bummer for the others. We did not have one of those people so we were pretty constant on staying up to speed and enjoying ourselves. You have a guide in the front leading the way and one in the back. No one is left behind and if you get too far apart they will stop and wait for everyone to catch up. Its important to stay on the trails- dont go off and relax! Have fun! I promise you will NOT be disappointed. The views the whole time were absolutely stunning so try to take it all in as you go! Last thing- don't bring alot with you and make sure you have closed up pockets or a zipped up fanny pack/pocket/small bookbag. We only took our phones, sunscreen, and a small amount of money for lunch. Best part of my trip to Las Vegas was this ATV tour! Oh- dont forget to tip your guides/driver. They shown you an amazing time and most importantly- kept you safe while doing so!

We were visiting Las Vegas for my sons 21st and my wife booked this trip. We have both ridden quade bikes many time before , but this was easily the best experience. Riding across the desert and the tracks at break neck speeds , as we were with other experienced drivers._br/_ If you a speed junkie , try this experience

Excellent guides and the atvs were in top condition. The only recommendation I would make is to split the group based on who has experience or wants to go faster 3 of the people in our group were very slow and held everyone up.

This tour was awesome. The driver arrived on time, they were very knowledgeable and informative about the what we were going to be doing. They had us fitted with gloves,, helmet to make everything was fitted correctly. The flat beds were you can open it up to 60 mph on an Atv. Could have gone faster but got me a little scared. The views were magnificent.

The guide was always checking on us to make sure we all stuck together. They broke down the amount of people into smalls groups so it was more personable. Views of the mountains and solar panels were impressive. This is a must see and must experience bc it's good for family with kids.

The trip say approximately six hours, I figured an hour on each end for picking up and dropping off at the various hotels. We had about two and a half hours of ride time not counting the two break stops. The riding was good, equipment excellent, just wanted more time to ride.

This experience was absolutely AWESOME! It was wonderful to leave behind the bright lights of the strip to enjoy the beauty of the Mojave Desert. Our tour guides Chris and Daniel were wonderful. They are truly experienced professionals that always made us feel comfortable and safe. They provided plenty of opportunities for us to experience the different terrains. We rode through the rugged trails, climbed the winding mountain to the breath taking top and speed off on the flat salt beds. Just be ready to get dirty, you will definitely take a little part of the desert back home with you! This was by far the highlight of our trip. 100 recommend. We will be doing this again on our next trip to Vegas. Thanks again for the awesome experience!

This was awesome. I highly recommend this. I was nervous about riding but they went over the bike instructions and I was riding like a pro. It's not as hot once you start riding the bikes. You will be dusty when you are done. They make a couple of stops so you can rest. Word of advice ladies, there is only an outside bathroom.

Great time out in the desert. The tour leaves the strip a little early to avoid the warmest parts of the day, but once out there we covered around 40 miles between Primm and Jean. The guide stopped a few places so we could take a few pictures. Lots of fun, but you will get very dirty!

It was a fun tour however I believe there should be some kind of insurance of the quad bike incorporated in to the price. Also I highly recommend that the tour guides carry first aid kits on the quads at all times.
