We made our reservation online in advance, and expected Bell Transport to be ready . First, the location info given on our reservation, on where to find Bell was wrong. They had moved to a different location at the Vegas airport. When we finally found them, we check in and were told to wait at the curb (in the sun in 113 degree weather). We waited OVER 40 MINUTES for our shuttle to arrive. There were a lot of people waiting by the time it appeared. THEN, we were told to get on a shuttle. Minutes later, we were told that was not to be our shuttle, that another was coming. Another one appeared. We loaded up and the driver disappeared for another 15-20 minutes. We were all waiting on the shuttle for him to come back and drive us. He finally came back, and we took off. This operation was SO Disorganized, understaffed, and unhelpful. We will not use them again!!! My husband didn't even want to use them for the return transfer. We had already paid for it so we did call for the return. A shuttle van showed up within the allotted time frame and after picking up other people headed straight to the airport. So the return was definitely better orchestrated.

Waited 1/2 hour for a shuttle to pick us up,once it did we sat there another 10 minutes or so while the driver was outside talking to another driver. On the way to the hotels all we listened to was the loud scratchy dispatcher. It all sounded very unorganized and unpleasant. I'm going back to taking a ride with Uber or a taxi

Wasnt happy as it took nearly 2 hours to arrive at our hotel. Driver dropped off at Venetian, Marriott conference centre, stratosphere, west gate and golden nugget then asked us what hotel we were going to. We should have been dropped off after the Venetian as we were staying at the trump. I had a return voucher but didnt use it as I wasnt happy with the service from the airport.

We booked this pick up at short notice. very good price. We were able to find the collection point easily. Even though it had moved. But not by very far. The lady at the desk printed our travel vouchers and pointed us in the right direction. The Driver was there waiting. He loaded us all in and off we went. Easy. On the way back the day before I gave the call to the number given. I was given a time and we were collected as promised. All very easy and would use again. We beat the queues for the taxis and they were long. Highly recommend. Just so Easy.

I use Bell transport every year last 4 years for return transport to and from airport in Las Vegas. Every year they have been super efficient and pick up at the hotel to return to the airport always right on time.

Very efficient and cheap way getting to and from airport. Will take you a little longer due to various hotel drops/collections and taking a taxi would be quicker if you are happy to pay twice the price. Don’t forget the driver looks for a tip but this applies throughout your stay in Vegas

First of all, there's no benefit to pre-booking this shuttle. They have booths set up right next to baggage, and the prices are the same. Secondly, the company Bell Transfers has terrible customer service. When it came time for me to call and arrange my trip back to the airport, it took 3 telephone attempts to get it confirmed. My hotel wasn't listed on the automated system, so that wasn't an option. I was outside waiting for over an hour. Two more phone calls. Confirmed with 3 different people that I was in the last location, but they never came. On my final phone call, the rep said, I don't know what to tell you...they came and said you were there. Not sure what you expect me to do. Never again...at least the uber driver was nice to me...

Arrived at the airport and went to the kiosk per the instructions on our sheet for pickup. We were immediately directed to the van. One other person got in and we left. Perfect! On the return, we told them when to pick us up. They came on time. We were the last of 3 groups and went straight to the airport. The drivers on both vans were polite, helpful, and drove safely. VERY happy with this service and would use again.

Trip from the airport to the hotel went great but then the app disappeared from my phone and we had a heck of a time getting our ride back! Had to make several phone calls and then thank goodness I had my ipad with me with my email so I could get an email from them. Then had to have the hotel print it out. Still didn't have all the info I needed, just the original date was on it not my return one. Thank goodness the driver took it since it did have the confirmation number on it!

Trip from airport to hotel was without incident. The return trip became a headache and a half, our pickup time came and went I called multiple times and was told a van is 5 minutes out... After an hour past the pickup time we ended up paying $40 for a cab to make sure we didn't miss our flight.

Have used this company three times now and they are fairly efficient as we were staying Downtown we knew we would be the last drop off, which was fine. The only thing I found a little strange was when I called more than 24 hours prior to departure to confirm the pick up, the gentleman said to me that I hadn't rang, I said to him well that's what I'm doing now. Anyway they are a pretty good company and reasonably priced.
