When we arrived in Las Vegas, we had to wait one hour and fifteen minutes because the shuttles were full and we had to wait for one to come back. It was freezing cold and we were treated with indifference. I don't know what the point of booking this transfer ahead had because it made no difference. I would never do this again preferring to take an UBER. It is not worth the stress and inconvenience.

When my husband and I arrived at the airport we did exactly what we were told to do. We picked up our luggage and went to door 11 and proceeded to the desk outside to get our ride to the resort. Others ahead of us were told that there would be a 45 minute wait for the next limo. We were not given a wait time, even though I asked for one, and were told to stand at the end of the sidewalk. We waited there for over half an hour for a ride. I did not expect to wait that long. I told my husband next time we should get a taxi. They were running better than your limos.

Very simple booking and easy to follow instruction on the printed Viator voucher. Zero0 problem on taking the shuttle to assigned designation hotel/resort at the West side of Tropicana and no problem of pick-up to the airport after seven7 days of vacation. We had a great experience with our shuttle. They were there when they said they would be. Had a great driver when we were picked up. He was friendly and gave us good advice about places to eat, etc. on our return trip, the driver wasn't as friendly. Not sure if it was early for her but she didn't greet us or help with luggage, but overall the shuttle service was excellent.

The transfer to our hotel was fine, although it would certainly have been quicker and cheaper to catch a taxi. Our return transfer simply did not occur. I phoned Super Shuttle four hours prior to the pickup to confirm our pick up point. They did not show up at the designated time or pick up point. I then phoned the company and they informed me that they had attempted to pick us up from the wrong location. After waiting 1 hour and trying to negotiate a solution over the phone, I gave up and caught a taxi for a quarter of the price. A very upsetting and distressing situation to deal with, especially when we needed to catch our flight.

Long walk to their check in desk from arrivals at airport, then another long walk back to pick up point. Appreciate it was a Friday afternoon so very busy traffic but waiting 35 minutes for pick up was a bit much after a ten hour flight. Driver was very pleasant and professional.

The trip was fine, driver was nice and helpful as well. The one thing I did not like was having to print out my voucher at home and then when I got to Super Shuttle I had to stand in line again to get a ticket. I had just been on two planes and wanted to get to my hotel and take a nap since I had to be at the airport at 5:30 A.M.

Having arrived at the airport it did take a little time and walking to find the booth there are 2 but the one the voucher directed us to was closed but the lady was friendly and helpful and sorted our transfer out for us. We did have to wait a little while for the shuttle to arrive. The return trip was perfect - the shuttle arrived within the time window and we received text messages with updates on the progress of the shuttle. The driver dropped us off as close as possible to the terminal door for our airline to minimize walking in the heat. Would definitely recommend and will use again for next trip to US.

I typed this once not sure if it took! Synopsis: There was a mix-up with my van when I arrived, second van, no problem took me to my hotel. Departure-I called to have van come one hour earlier, young lady came, on schedule, very nice, took me right to airport, later I got a text saying my van was waiting...at Hotel...I called to say I was already at the airport! Apparently, when I called to change time they didn't cancel original time!

After I parked and got my luggage out of the car, I looked around and nothing. I walked all the way to the exit and asked a guy in the office what I should do. He said someone will be here soon to pick you up. When I returned I followed the instructions and waited in the rain for quite a while. One of the vans came by and picked up a woman who had just arrived and pulled away with me shouting to stop. Then another van came and I got on that one. Not a good experience at all!

It was nice having this already booked before we landed and to take us back to the airport. The return trip to the airport was not quite as pleasant since the air conditioning wasn't working.
