Everyone told me that there is nothing to see in Vegas and I was wasting my money. BUT as it turned out, it was an excellent tour which covered all the major tourist spots. I had an amazing time. The guide was good and the bus was comfortable.

The Las Vegas Lights Night Tour was a wonderful way to explore Las Vegas. Suzy was our very friendly and knowledgeable guide and the bus departure location from Bally's is convenient. Our small group particularly enjoyed the lights and excitement of Fremont street. Being fairly new to Las Vegas, the tour allowed me to see other areas of the city. Enjoyed the history facts that were shared about how the city evolved. I really liked being able to get out and experience Fremont Street. The tour was split up enough to keep me engaged.

A must do trip for Vegas first timers. It really gives you a general sense of where everything is. Plus, its just awesome. My wife and I loved it. We got to see all the resorts on the strip on night and got a little insight into all the resorts.

While my husband and I did enjoy seeing sights we would never have seen on our own, and they were amazing, we did not catch the name of our female tour guide and at times we had to run to catch up to her. For this tour having tags identifying who was on the tour would help because of the crowds of people we walked through. We weren't sure who was with our tour and could have easily gotten lost. Great value for money even if you've visited before. Tour guide was superbly well informed and to see all the sights we did over an evening was memorable. You could not manage all of this yourself using a car or taxis and the cost parking would be prohibitive. have visited Vegas 6 times and never managed to get out to the famous sign - now ticked off the list. Old Vegas at night was buzzing and another highlight. Very highly recommended.

The local tour office was desorganized: they ask you to arrive 20 mins earlier, but there is no sign regarding where the tour takes place or where to check-in. The tour guide was late and the tour started 10 mins later._br/_ Some information given during the tour I find inacurate e.g. they said that Louis Vuitton HQ was in Las Vegas - I googled I found no information that would confirm this and even silly e.g. the tour guide said the roof of one of the hotels - I believe the Bellagio - could only be compared in its beauty to the Sistine Chapel. How can you compare a 30 years old hotel to a piece of art from the XV century??._br/_ The tour was small and most of the things visited I had seen already before._br/_ Moreover, after the tour a bag of mine was left in the bus. It was a nightmare to contact anyone from Viator and I could only find them through my own proactivity. When I recovered my bag I understood that they had screen it and went through my stuff which I do not find nice._br/_ Overall, I felt that this was an amateurish tour compared to others I have done with Viator.

For first time visitors to Las Vegas, i would recomment this tour for them to get an overview of the strip and downtown Freemont Street area before proceeding on any other venture. It allows one to see the amazing effects of the lights on the general ambience of the environment. The Bellagio fountains, the erupting volcano, the Las Vegas Welcome Sign and shows on Freemont Street are just a few of the attractions one will see on this tour. It is worth every penny.

This tour is well worth doing - you get to see all the sights of Las Vegas, all light up, looking their best. I had already done a hop on hop off tour and much prefered the night tour. I had expected an open top bus, but it was a coach, which meant it was not so easy to take photos when on the move, but it was comfortable and air conditioned, which made up for it.

It proved to be such a good idea to get an overview of Las Vegas early in our holiday. The pick-up point is mid-way and just off the LV Strip and quite a walk for us and relying on google maps led us to walk way too far. Nonetheless, we met the coach and a lovely knowledgeable guide in good time. It's a shame the coach had promotional material over the windows as it limited the view of the sites along the Strip we only partially got to see the volcano display at the Mirage. The main event though is Freemont St and the light show there. We loved it and our guide was very helpful.

I recommend this tour, especially as an introduction to Vegas. We took it the first night we were in Vegas. What a great way to see what is here and what we want to go back to see. It was also a nice way to see The Strip as well as get a feel for Vegas the way it used to be. Just driving past all the wedding chapels was amazing. Ed was a fantastic tour guide with lots of interesting facts about Vegas. I loved being able to experience Freemont Street. It is like being on a different planet. We were there to see the volcano erupt and to see the Belaggio's light show.

I booked this tour because I wanted to see Vegas at night and I am so glad that I did!!! This was my first Vegas trip, so I was looking forward to seeing al of the things that I'd seen on television: wedding chapels, bright lights on Fremont St didn't know they were on Fremont St until I got there, Elvis impersonators, pawn shops and everything else that slightly resembled anything from The Hangover. On this tour we rode by the motel from the movie, toured Fremont St, learned a great deal of history about the city. I mean who knew that the Vegas strip isn't actually in Vegas???!!! It's in Paradise, NV!!! Yeah, learned that on the tour. The three hour tour is led by a former musician, transplant from Chicago, who seems to know a lot of Vegas history and what is happening in the city today. He answered all questions posed by the tourists and provided any other insight he had. Made several stops along the way or photo ops. Great experience, would highly recommend to anyone visiting Vegas to not leave without taking this tour.

Out of all the tours we took while in Las Vegas, this was a real disappointment. The tour guide, Rene Reed, left us at the Fremont Experience. She had our phone number, because she called us at the beginning of the tour, to confirm we were coming on the tour. These hotels in Vegas have multiple entrances, and we were at an entrance about 30 feet away from where she told us to meet for our return trip. We were supposed to meet at 9:25 pm. We were there at 9:10 pm. When I sent her a text asking why she left us, she said she waited until 9:35 pm, and then left. When I told her that she had our phone number, because she called us at the beginning of the tour, she said she did not have it stored in her phone. Then told me to have a nice night. An experienced tour guide should have a list of all the people/phone numbers on her tour, and atleast she should have called before she took off without us. We were stuck in Downtown Las Vegas and had to find our own way back to our hotel.

I would not take this tour again. Everything we saw can be seen for free. We didn't even get off the bus to see the volcano. Also felt the bus was too large to allow good interaction between people on the tour. The tour guide was not particularly friendly and a bit snippy. She asked what questions did we have.....other tours we've taken have filled in history/fun facts about the area without us having to ask. You can't ask about what you don't know about. Then when someone did ask a question, the tour guide was sort of patronizing and demeaning. Was disappointed. It also was LONG and could have been done in a quicker amount of time.

Our tour guide was excellent and gave us a lot of interesting facts and stories about Vegas. We saw the erupting volcano at The Mirage, the fountains at Bellagio, all the lights and hotels along the strip, and several famous wedding chapels. The guide took our picture at the iconic Welcome to Las Vegas sign with our camera so it did not cost anything extra. The Freemont Experience in old Vegas should not be missed. The old neon on Binions and the Gold Nugget is so warm and beautiful and the overhead light show each hour is stunning. They even have a zip line overhead! One note: this area is not for young children as there is some nudity on the street which I am sure is not sanctioned by the local officials. Also, the ad said water would be provided but we had to purchase water at the Bally's shop if we wanted to take it along. The bus was comfortable and air conditioned. We felt this tour was a great value for the price.

We saw two outside shows The Mirage volcano show and The Belago which had the water feature to music, that was good. We went to the Nuggett walked in and saw the shark tank, that was amazing, didn't care for Fremont Street,a lot of weirdos, the tour just talked about that place all the time. I did this tour in August 2016. The reason for my three star rating is due to inaccurate information advertising the tour. The tour guide was friendly but clearly annoyed that the information hadn't been updated. We booked this tour, whilst in Vegas, so that we could see all the lights at night and take pictures from the best spot. However, the new driver missed the turning for the Mirage so we viewed the volcano from the hotel side which was very crowded. Secondly, the bus didn't stop to let us off at the Bellagio fountains the tour guide said they were not allowed to do so anymore and asked the driver to park up but the driver refused to stop so we only caught a bit of the show and had no chance of taking pictures. Finally, we drove past everything else really quickly and had a 5 minute stop at the sign. The last part of the tour was a visit to Fremont Street which was definitely the best part of the tour. We got off the bus and spent over an hour on Fremont Street watching the light display which was amazing. The three stars are for Fremont Street alone as the rest of the tour was rushed and pretty pointless.

The bus driver and our tour guide,Rene , still showed us all the places as per their itinerary which we don't think we can find it on our own. Both the bus driver and tour guide, Rene are still so professional in their job despite our family were the only ones in the bus. Definitely recommend this company for the Las Vegas Lights Night Tour.

We had a wonderful tour of the city. We got off in the more significant locations like Freemont, the Fabulous Las Vegas sign, and the Bellagio fountains. We got a great view of the exploding volcano at the Mirage . Overall, it was well worth it. Our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable! Well worth the hassle of driving yourself around.
