We took this exact tour once before and it was straight from airport to hotel - 10 minute ride. This time the driver took us on a nice tour of Vegas on the way to hotel - about a 40 minute ride. It was wonderful. I don't know what you have to do to get the one with the tour but so much better!!

Just took this tour again in 2017. It was a very different experience. We paid a lot of money for a 10 minute ride in 2016. In 2017 our driver took us around Vegas on the way to the hotel - it was fantastic. Don't know why the difference but hope you get the good one if you book this!

What a way to start our trip to Las Vegas, talk about arriving in style. The limo was excellent, the driver was very friendly and tucking into a glass of bubbly wine was just what our group needed after a long flight. Our driver was lovely and waiting for us when we arrived and helped with the luggage which was all good. The car was amazing and exactly as descried however all our luggage didnt fit so we had to drive along with the boot open!

The limo was late picking us up, so surprise totally ruined. Very old limo, was very warm and warm champagne wasn't even drinkable!! Total waste of money and very disappointed!! 20 mins arrived at hotel via back roads!This was not the reviews I had read so was very disappointed!

It was great. The driver called before my plane had even reached the gate to let me know he was there and where to meet him. It was meant as a surprise for my brother and nephew and it was. I only wish that is that the drive to our hotel would have taken longer. Will recommend this to my friends.

The Limousine was a fantastic way to start our holiday of a lifetime, our driver was ready for us as soon as we had got through customs, he took us to the las vegas sign first to have our photo taken , then we had a champagne trip up and down the strip, I would highly recommend it.Its the only way to travel

Just call and double check to make sure you are booked. I reserved this online 2 days before and when I called to confirm, the operating company said they had no booking. I had to call Viator and get them to deal with the booking as I was boarding a plane. The driver was great and gave us a nice long mini-guided drive along the strip.

Absolutely amazing service, easy to book and received confirmation quickly with all details. Warren our driver was fabulous he was at the airport and had the champagne chilled! Original booking time had been amended by driver failed to be notified so arrived at airport with 60 minutes until flight. No champagne available, not that we would have had time to drink it - Only book if you have spare time and ensure you add in an additional hour or so on your flight departure time. What should have been a relaxing ride back to airport was stressful in thinking we'd miss our flight

Not impressed with our limo at all. Our flight arrived on time but clearing immigration and customs took a long time. Our driver hurried us out to the car telling us we were very late and that he didn't have time to take us down the strip and was taking us straight to the hotel. The car was dirty and the interior was falling apart. I was really disappointed as I had booked it as a treat for my dad's and my husband's birthdays, not a great way to start our holiday

Do not do this tour! Our bags took 20 mins to come off the plane( in my opinion not a long time ) and we were told by the driver this ate in to our 30 minute slot and so we couldn't have a tour of he strip and he dropped us straight at the hotel (3mins) we ended up having to pour champagne away

Upon sitting on the tarmac at the airport for 2 hours, me and my party were convinced that we would miss out on our limousine transfer. To our delight, we were met in arrivals by Ray, a Vegas veteran who gave us an excellent tour of the strip, giving us a brief history of hotels, the sign, the strip. He was more than happy to help with our baggage, take photos with the limousine and serve us our champagne, before eventually dropping us off at our hotel at the airport end of the strip.

Great experience. Our driver was very friendly and helpful. He was waiting at the Baggage Claim area with our names displayed on an iPad. The Limo was in good condition and the Champagne Service was a nice touch. He took the long way to our hotel so that we could get a nice view of the strip and have time to enjoy our champagne. We did not get dropped off at our hotel in Anaheim which was just 2 minutes away and was not advised we would be dropped at the closest hotel to our accommodation. We had to get a taxi as we had luggage and could not walk the block to our hotel in Anaheim.

What a great way to arrive in Vegas. I organised this as a surprise for my travelling companions and what a surprise!! Lovely young chap, Casey, was waiting for us at arrivals, helped us with our luggage and made sure we were all comfortable in the limo before opening the champagne. He pointed out places of interest en route and it was just a special way to arrive "in town". I would certainly recommend it as it was different and fun and a lovely way to get dropped off at our hotel!!
