This was definitely worth the cost of the tour! My 9 year old son and I wanted to go check out the Hoover Dam, so I booked online before we left for Vegas. Our guide Tom picked us up at the hotel in the Hummer, gave us a great history of the area and the dam on the way, then gave us specific instructions on how to beat the crowds, where restrooms were, etc. After the tour, Tom was right there to drop us back off at the hotel. Strong recommendation!

If you happen to go to Vegas enough, this tour is well worth your time. There is more to Vegas then just gambling and I am glad we gave this tour a shot. Masterpiece of Civil engineering, the guide was knowledgeable, we were not rushed. We spend enough time on the Hoover dam deck, took pictures. We got to appreciate this dam much more then we would have if we never visited.

Our tour was a little disappointing since the elevator leading down to the generators were broken down. Our tour guide I believe his name was Mike, made the experience dam good. He took us to a couple of great outlooks looking over the dam and Lake Mead. When talking with us we mention that we have not seen any animals, so he took us to a city park and there were 20 to 30 big horn sheep. My son also mention that he did not see any fancy cars. Mike made sure to tell us every time he saw a Ferrari, Lamborghini, or note worthy car on the road, he even took us on the strip on the way back to the hotel and showed us where one was at we could go and see up close. So even though the actual Hoover Dam tour was a little disappointing our tour guide made it a great experience and would recommend the Hummer Tours.

Had a great time on this tour, the ride to Hoover Dam in the Hummer was comfy and went by quickly. Our guide Sean was very knowledgeable and personable and made the trip very enjoyable. Our time at the Dam was nice with lots of information, sights, and efficiently handled. Next time we're in Vegas we'll look at other tours available through Viator and Big Horn Wild West Tours.

My husband enjoyed the dam more than I did. Driver picked us up and dropped us back at the hotel, was really nice being just us and another couple. We are not the 'bus tour' people, so this was a fund morning out and a trip in a hummer too. Dam is quite impressive and well worth a look, not sure you would go twice, but I enjoyed the tour and got some great photos. The sheer size is jaw dropping. My husband enjoyed the generator tour.

Fantastic tour - the guide and driver Randy was great and gave us so much knowledge of not only the dam but also the history of Vegas and Boulder Town. the staff and guides at the Hoover dam were also great and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend this tour and of course its great fun riding in a Hummer!

I wish I could remember our tour guide's name because he was great. We figured out that we weren't super excited about Las Vegas proper - too expensive and not really our thing. We decided to take this tour to get out of the city and see the surrounding area. We are so glad we did! It was an interesting tour, a comfortable ride, and our tour guide was hilarious and knowledgeable.

My wife, son and I had a great tour of the Hoover Dam. Picked up right on time at our hotel by a friendly and knowledgable tour guide, David. On the trip to the Dam, David was a wealth of information about Las Vegas, the surrounding areas, Boulder City and the Dam. Definitely a great value all around both for the convenience and knowledge gained. Highly recommend this tour!

Could not have asked for more. Sean was a fantastic guide attentive, knowledgeable and super friendly. The tour itself was a great way to capture everything you wanted to know about the Hoover Dam. This tour was really good. Our guide Tom was very informative from the Las Vegas area all the way to the Hoover Dam. Giving us many tips about travelling into other areas, and about the different communities along the way to the dam. He was a pleasure to ride with. Only 2 things that would have been better is a newer version of the hummer, and more time at the dam to walk around. At least 30 to 60 minutes more would have been perfect.

We family of 4 adults had a great time on this tour and I should have reviewed it before. The only problem was the original meeting place was unclear to us as we were unfamiliar with the casino and had difficulty meeting the guide deep in the bowels of the parking garage. Once that was settled, everything went off without a hitch. We learned a lot about the great Hoover Dam!
