Absolutely terrible!!! We left too late so didn’t see sun rise. We only saw a small part of the red hills and they were in the distance the company said they couldn’t fly over them despite the rep and myself asking several times We were then supposed to have champagne and nibbles instead we had cheap fizzy wine and orange juice

What an amazing morning. The views were breathtaking and we even got to go down into the caverns. Our pilot was Jonathan, and he was amazing. He was kept us laughing with his stories while we soared over the dessert. James was our driver and also part of our ground crew. He was awesome as well and gave us lots of Vegas info as we drove to the location. I would recommend this tour for anyone coming to Las Vegas!

Las Vegas Balloons were fantastic. The pilot and crew were seasoned and safe and made for a wonderful experience. My only downer is that I paid 399 for 2 thru Viator but discovered that couples paid 269 for the exact same flight thru Groupon. Shame on you Viator

Amazing trip excellent staff and fantastic trip. Bruce our pilot was simply amazing his knowledge and experience was something special. I must also say Danny and his ground team also made the day so special . I would strongly recommend this trip to anyone wishing to take a balloon trio with Las Vegas Balloon rides. This was one of the best presents for my 50th and the memories will last forever thank you for a wonderful day .

This was the most amazing experience. We arrived and after our safety briefing were allowed to help set up and inflate the envelope balloon itself. We hopped in the basket and took off just after dawn with the intermittent lighting of the burner being the only sound. We were lucky to get a very calm, almost still day for our flight. Seeing the strip and surrounding mountains from the gondola of a balloon was absolutely amazing. It was peaceful and so interesting to see everything for a prolonged period of time. Most air vehicles planes, helicopters, etc pass by anything on the ground so quickly you don't get to see anything. Watching the sun light up the strip and Red Rocks was incredible.

Phenomenal experience. Early start 4.30 pick up, but well worth it. Breathtaking views of the city and landscape. And the champagne toast afterwards just topped the trip off perfectly.

Our first booking for this was cancelled due to high winds but the wonderful company managed to re-book us for our last morning in Vegas and what a way to end our trip! Getting up for a 4am start was worth it. We helped assemble our balloon which was fun and interesting. Our balloonist Jonathan was amazing - he is one of the top in the world at competitive ballooning - and a great character. Incredible views of the canyon and Las Vegas and every minute was mind-blowing. We finished by helping collapse and stow the balloon and then drunk Buck's Fizz. Excellent trip!
